The item was purchased on 21st Jun 2024 and promise date to 24th Jun 2024.
During the delivery process, the status of order changed to 'Handed over - Your parcel has been handed over to our delivery partner, CJSG'.
After several days of late delivery I called CJSG and they informed that parcel was not received by them, regardless the status in the Lazada system. In contact with Lazada, they promised to verify and solve the issue.
I tried to solve this issue by phone, calling Lazada 8 times and requested the cancel and refund of item. It was promised to cancel but nothing happened over the weeks after promissing made.
Following cases were opened and closed at same day without solving the case:

Also chat support didn't solve the issue.
I been treated like a clown by Lazada and the frustration feeling is very high.
My feedback is that very difficult I will by something again from Lazada and will prefer the competitor Shopee or Aliexpress.
Lazada have a very poor caring company when taking care of costumers that have problems with parcels.
Desired outcome: Cancel the item and refund it.
