undelivered documents and bad service
LBC has been serving our company for about 2 months. Since September, all the documents they picked up everyday for delivery (estimated number of documents to be delivered everyday is 200-500 pieces), unfortunately, they always failed to deliver most of the documents (they would deliver 50-100 only out of 500 pieces). They've been reasoning out that some of the parcels are out of delivery zone, office closed or unknown consignee. The reason of this complaint is that it is unbelievable for us that LBC couldn't deliver documents that are addressed to a Mayor, to a Governor, to a School and then they would reason out that these addressees are out of their delivery zone and/or unknown. We already talked to the account executive of our company but he didn't accommodate our complaint, he didn't show up to clarify these things. We just wished that they will act on this complaint ASAP.

I have send urgent documents of daughter through LBC on 10th oct and when I am tracking it already reach in manila on friday 12th oct it has been reach but they didn't bother call or delivery documents and sunday when I track I found out so i inform them to visit Lbc espana office therefore mo day he went to the office but they inform him its has been dispatch to delivery and gave number to contact .He try to contact but the number is not working.

lbc marikina-cainta team delivery failure
I received a text message from the bank regarding my package which was sent through lbc on 14 October with the tracking number. When I check the tracking number, lbc marikina-cainta team states that they couldn't find my address & for me to contact them which I did.However, they still returned my package to the sense without contacting me.Does the team know their job?I've been waiting foe this package for 6 weeks already.

Hi LBC. I was concern about my parcel. It says that it will be delivered within the day. But its already 5pm. So I got curious. I checked the given traking number. But i was surprised. Its says here that there was a shipment issue. I waited but none arrived. Its always the problem to your employees/courier. They dont even text or call when they're in the area. If they dont see you, they will leave. That's not the service I'm expecting. Its always like this. Issue about lazy couriers. this is my tacking number [protected].

I had a package which was out for delivery 3 days ago. Delivery guy updated tracking info — delivery failed citing address not located to be the reason. I have received several packages from lbc as well as other couriers and have always found that if they had difficulty locating my address, they'd contact the mobile number written on the package for a landmark. This time, nobody contacted me and the item was returned to the mandaue warehouse for pick-up. After several attempts to call the warehouse (phone keeps ringing, no answer), one Wellan Ngalot finally answered my call and was not at all helpful. He was sarcastic, didn't answer my queries directly and seemed like he was uninterested with his job. So this is how our conversation went:

I proceeded to ask the agent's name and he stated his name is Wellan Ngalot, he even spelled it for me. This agent was unhelpful and did not answer my queries at all. I had to offer him possible solutions to my problems which is supposed to be his job. He was even sarcastic with the way he first answered me and only stopped being sarcastic when he noticed that I was getting pissed

I went in the LBC branch to claim a small amount (P346.00) payment by a friend of mine. When I arrived, I asked the personnel (a mid-aged guy with eyeglasses) what form I need to fill out in claiming a money. so, he gave me the form. I waited between 25-30mins (with only 4 person in the queue and with 3branch personnel), then another personnel (a girl that seems new) called me and told me that they don't have smaller bills and can just comeback or claim the cash in other branch. I told them to give me P500 and I will just give them P154.00. then, they just let me waited again for another 25mins. they asked for my ID, and told them that I forgot my ID but have a copy in my mobile. the mid aged guy with eyeglasses instructed me sarcastically that I should bring an id. so I apologize in a sarcastic way also. but upon checking, my membership is expired and they told me that I can't claim the money because my membership is expired and need to have my actual id.
If you only knew, i'm in the same branch yesterday and they also have the same problem that they don't have smaller bills. and for a client with a membership that need to be renewed, I think a copy of an id in the mobile should be allowed or consider as an option. Thank you.

I scheduled a pick up booking number [protected] for 12th of October 8:30am - 9pm i keep on waiting but no nobody come to pick up my boxes, they didn't even call me just to inform they will not come and keep me waiting all day long, the next day I called the costumer service hotline and they told me to pick up my items that day but still no nobody come and they keep me waiting again then I called for the 3rd time and i went also to the lbc branch near me to inform them for my scheduled pick up but still nobody come they just promise me 3days of waiting for them and FYI i didn't go to work for three days just for the scheduled pick up, I dont know what is the problem, To be honest you will loose costumers for that bad service experience and why you still have an online booking pick up if there is no one to pick our boxes ? Imagine 3days of waiting ? And 3 days of calling the costumer service and they just promise to pick up my boxes and by the I also went to the nearest lbc branch near me to inform them and they give me the cp number that no one is answering also😔😡

Noong October 10, 2019, araw ng huwebes, nag padala ung auntie nmin ng gamot gamit ang serbisyo ng LBC dyan lang sa Signal Village Taguig. Para sa asawa kong may karamdaman. Araw ng byernes, ika 11 ng Oktobre 2019. Tiningnan q sa website nyo sa pamamagitan ng tracking number at nakita ko po doon sa system nyo at ito ung naka sulat doon. "Arrived at CAVITE SOUTH DELIVERY TEAM." Sumunod na mga araw nag follow up aq ulit sa LBC dito lang malapit samin sa may Sabang Dasmarinas at sabi sakin ay for delivery nrin daw po ung parcel na pinadala ng auntie nmin galing sa Signal Village Taguig.
Noong ika 13 ng Oktobre 2019, (Linggo) ang sabi skin ng taga LBC Sabang Dasmarinas ay nag punta na daw sa bahay nmin ung delivery staff ng LBC at sabi sa report ay wala daw tao sa bahay nmin. Eh, di nmn yon nawawalan ng tao kahit anong oras laging may tao yung bahay nmin. Kasi ilang araw nrin po nmin yon ina antay ung gamot para sa asawa kung may sakit.
Kung tinatamad lang sya mag deliver ng parcel nmin at napaka sinungaling nyang tao sana wag syang gagawa ng kwento at baka bumaliktad sa kanya ung karma sa mga pinag gagawa nyang kasinungalingan.
Tanong q lang po sa inyo taga LBC managment, Di po ba SOP po yon kung sakali man na dapat kuntakin nya ung mismo naka lagay sa parcel total may contact number nmn po yon eh. Alam nyo po ung gamot na pinadala ng auntie nmin ay inutang nya lang yon para maipadala samin at pra maka inom ng gamot ung asawa q. Pro sa kalokohan ng tauhan nyo ay di naka inom ng gamot ung asawa q ng 4 na araw.
Maawa po kayo sa mga tumatangkilik sa inyong serbisyo, nagbabayad po kami ng husto tapos ung serbisyo nyo po ay laging palpak base nrin po sa mga complaint nrin ng inyong mga customer.
Umaasa po aq na sana mabigyan nyo ng aksyon yung naging problema nmin sa staff nyo na napa sinungaling na tao. Isa pa pong problema, para po sa inyong kaalaman karamihan sa mga delivery staff nyo nanghihingi pa po ng pambayad sa gate nmin dito sa subdivision pag lalabas na po sila. Ung resibo ng pinag bayaran nmin eh sa kanila nmn napupunta at siguro pag balik nya sa opisina nyo ay ire-refund nya yung ticket na kunwari sya ung nagbayad eh mismo ung customer pa ung nag babayad. Kaya po sa daming reklamo sa inyo ay paki aksyunan po ninyo ung mga problemadong customer po ninyo dahil sa serbisyo nyong palpak. Maraming slamat po.

To begin with I had already a run in with this agent probably almost more than a year ago and complaint was resoved by Miguel who was apparently the manager of Acton LBC Branch in London
However since I have another balikbayan box to go to the Philippines again, I dont have choice but to send it thru Chris again, he got a middle woman here in Cornwall and thru her I booked the said box for collection, she came back to me with a date which was the 11th of October
I waited whole day and by 8pm I contacted Chris if he will collect, his answer to me was no, because of the bad weather, and I reiterated on why he did not communicated with me about his non collection of the box, I was given a more than twenty minutes of verbal diarrhoea, like how dare me to question him, I do not know what he was doing, since I just sit here on my backside, I do not have Miguel nor Zainal to run to complaint now, and managers come and go but he will still be the agent of Southwest. I refuse to go into slanging match with this man, The aggressiveness of the tone of his voice makes me feel threatened and intimidated, his parting words to me was, I should not ring him, he will ring me and it is up to him on when he feels like to collect my box
If it is possible at all to send another human being from your office to collect my box and with all these encounter of mine from your Agent named Chris, I do not have the strenght to weather the stress
I am almost seventy years of age and with a bad heart and a disable, to be harangued is up the limits

Some issues I have experienced with regards to LBC's service:
1. They charged me SGD2 delivery fee of the empty box. When I called customer service, they told me that I should not have been charged.
2. They told me they will send an SMS within the day I have booked it, but did not receive any. When I called customer service, they do not any record of delivery of an empty box.
3. I sent them a PM on FB, but they have never replied. Maybe putting my concerns on this section will force them to address these issues.

poor customer care service
August 15, 2019 i shipped the item to my costumer, first they said the address was wrong so i stop by at the branch to update the address so the item but no receipt no nothing, i kept on stopping by to check but 1 month later of waiting they said that come back at 2-3 days Tang ina nothing happend and worst they disposed my ITEM.

September was a waste of my time on waiting just to tell me on october na disposed na ang item ko.
And i was really on concern about it cause pabalik balik ako and walang action ginagawa ang branch. They said that i have to wait for the item to return so i could reship it but now october its all gone !
I even message the costumer service through email, no nothing poor service onspot and out!
When i'm always at the branch they make me wait for almost 45 mins -1hr, just to tell me "comeback tom " but 1 month nothing?and they give reason such as its the other branch fault? They can't even call the place which they drop my item? And now they just want me to ask for the refund value of my item, and i said the value they were like hesitating? So it was like my job to call so i could get the money? Isn't their job to do it? They have a phone infront of me like wtf?
Its that even right? Making both me and my costumer wait! I did my job as a sender doing updates and such. Frequently asking if any news and such wala tae na deadma, worst they have attitude towards me too cause nakukulitan sila? So is that a reason to just tell me "balik ka nalang tom" .

To whom it may concern,
I am highly dismayed and upset to what I had experienced yesterday at the said LBC branch. Your girl associate (I do not know here name) who processed my LBC parcel, [protected], missed to put the right amount to collect from the recipient. She put 1080php instead of 920php. Now, the recipient no longer wants to receive the parcel nor make an arrangement with me in paying the excess amount. The recipient already requested to cancel the parcel. So, aside from losing a sale, I will lose 170php for the transaction fee.
Your associate should be taught good attitude and excellent customer service. Yesterday, you could feel that she was very dismayed with the queue of waiting customers. She barely speak and already dismissive.
I would love to hear ang progress on this complaint. This is the worst experience I ever had so far.

I am complaining for their poor service
I am expecting the parcel that must be deliver today but because of their poor service the deliver cancel, they couldnt find the address that we give.. Everytime I had a delivery anywhere but they easily find my place.. Why if its here in batangas they will told you they couldnt fine because the address is not complete.. But you jave an option.. refund of the damaged iphone
Hi! Iam filing a complaint against LBC savanna branch Makati, I send an iPhone 6plus on 8/26/19at their branch unfortunately the phone was damaged upon pick up. I submitted a complaint with photos on 09/10/19 after the investigation I was approved for a refund of 10, 300 and will be processed within 1-2 weeks it almost 4 weeks now but no refund receive yet and I have returned back the damaged phone to the LBC savana but now they were asking me to send the charger of the phone because they cannot validate the phone. I am really frustrated, I have followed everything that I have to submit and now they were holding the refund just because they cannot validate because of they don't have a charger for an iPhone. The charger was included on the package when i send it but the amount declare is only for the iPhone. I am willing to cooperate and send them back the charger as well but no one is now responding to me at LBC savanna branch and how can i be guaranteed that the refund will be processed esp now that they have the phone. All I am asking is an assurance from your company that I will get what I deserve. Cause they keep running around the bush about the refund, one day they said it will be released then the next day it will be just requested and then another day they dont have it yet and they dont have any idea when will it be released. palawan delivery napuntang mindoro. nirerefund ung value and service charge 15 days na wala pa
Delivery start sept. 17, 2019 going to palawan. 4 days nakalipas nag follow up ako. Napunta daw sa mindoro delivery. Binigyan ko na 1 week pra madeliver. Hindi parin dumating sa destinasyon nag file ako ng refund at bayaran ung value. 1 week ulit nakalipas bago tumawag customer service. Under investigation daw, hinahanap kung kanino macha-charge. Oct. 6, 2019 nagfollow up ako ulit tatawag daw ulit ang customer service.

I was expecting my package to arrive by friday but then it didnt. I went to the nearest lbc close to my address but i was told to call lbc hub instead since my parcel was there. Saturday, i called their landline and good thing someone answered it. I gave my tracking number and was told to wait for 15 minutes! But no one came back, i can only hear voices. I dropped the call because i was calling via mobile phone. I wasted my time and money during that useless call. No resolution made. Please lbc improve your services and your people. Very lousy.
