Sir,
I bought a Lenovo A6000 Plus 2 months ago (Order ID OD102706513137848800)
in the first flash sale through flipkart. But after using it for about 2 weeks, the phone's touchscreen started behaving wildly. Some areas do not respond on touching while some others keep responding without touching. So, I replaced my phone via flipkart's 30 day replacement policy. But after using it for a month, the same problem started again. I went to an authorised service center and got my screen replaced. But after a months use, the problems began as usual. The same cycle has been repeating 2 times. Kindly suggest me a remedy for this or refund me my money because my phone is mainly in the service center more than it is with me.Hope to hear from you.

Since from next day be found below mentioned issues are in mobile
1. add blue shade while recording videos or taking snaps.
2. frequently hanged.
3. automatically change date & time, though device is in ideal condition or talking on call.
4. if we talked more then 2 hours then it will disconnect call.
Many time we try to contact their customer care toll free number. but its useless. so we start to sent mail on following mentioned mail id. but they are not ready for giving any more services, though mobile is in warranty period.

I upgraded my Lenovo A6000 on 9th of September 2015 to 5.0.2 version. After that in call egister only numbers are showing. No contact names are showing, Some numbers are not at all showing in call register. In whatsapp also no contacts are showing. Overall performance of phone affected due to this.

I bought a Lenovo A269i around one year ago. Now the set is switching off frequently. If I try to switch on the mobile, it switching off even before boot up fully. This happens frequently, and especially the battery charge go down 60 percent or below. I'm a person handling the phone very well. Even then the phone disappoint me in this way. Some times I'm become so frustrated and become angry that it switches off while attending urgent calls, and cannot be switch on again. The Lenovo is totally disappointed me. What is the solution I don't know. The service of this phone in my locality is so poor that they cannot give me the real reason for this. All the expectations regarding Lenovo phone is spoiled.

The service centre is an dealer who took agency from lenovo and takes this much time to get it repair where also took other agency like vivo n all staff, This is the reason there making it very delay . i have spent 7300 for phone which is not a big money to me but person who purchase lenovo i strongly suggest them not buy it, specially in karnataka dharwad district .. My laptop has been wiped clean 6 times in the last 2 years. This time when the one key restore was used, the windows updates will not install. Lenovo sent new install disks for 8.0. After new install the updates will still not install. I was told I would have to buy 8.1 to "fix" the problem. This is not acceptable, if they can't fix the computer they shouldn't sell it! I've had it! Two weeks on the phone and I don't have a computer, I have a boat anchor.

The LED screen of Lenovo Yoga Ideapad 3.14 I bought via Lazada had cracked at the 3rd week after I received.
The Ideapad just getting crack for not being bang, dropped, hit, stepped and pressed hardly with object placed above. Since i had only used for 3 weeks/lesser, I am pretty sure none of this incident happened. This Yoga Ideapad has been designed with the function of convertible from normal laptop to pad with touchscreen. Before the cracking happened, I always had the problem of converting it to touch screen which I had no idea this failure has spelled some potential problem with the LED screen. Recalling this, I believe the screen has suffered damage internally which was invisible upon receipt or even when it was started being used.
I see the crack is arise from either poor LED quality or design problem with Lenovo, both Lenovo and merchant are unwilling to take responsibilities for this damage that happened “naturally” . I understand from Lenovo that the warranty has excluded the screen, they quoted me MYR 1, 500 for the new LED replacement and RM160 labour cost while my purchase cost was MYR 2, 580. This actually tell other parts like motherboard, ram, labour cost, profit for both Lenovo & merchant and etc cost about RM1, 000...logic ?
On the other hand, why the warranty has excluded the LED screen which the cost has taken about 58% of their selling price?
Lenovo claimed these reason would contributed to the cracked of LED when they refuse to owner their design /production fault :
- Some pressure put on the unit
- A sharp object or edge forcefully contacts the display screen
- Shutting your laptop with small items, such as pencil or small ear-phone left on the Keyboard
- Placing heavy materials on top of your Laptop and Keyboard
- Holding and lifting the Laptop by its LCD Display (the screen) instead of its base
Does these reasons make sense ? I see it actually tell that Lenovo is using fragile LED……then they should labeled a statement of “ Handle With Care” at this product and explain in the manual book. Unfortunately, they are not ……….are they trying to take any advantage of the loophole with their warranty that has excluded the LED screen which cost about 58% of entire cost ? ?
I referred to the forum of Lenovo and found a group of user has encountered this damage with their Lenovo Yoga 3 ...I will like to urge all consumers not to buy the Lenovo products since the management /business as a whole is not reliable, unwilling to take responsibilities for their product damage without reasonable reason..
lcd cracked for using only 20 days
Lenovo should emphasis how to use your Lenovo Yoga 3.14 Ideapad if the LED screen they have used is so fragile. My newly purchase Lenovo Idepad has screen cracking on 24th day from the day I received from their distributor/merchant . Like i used other laptops or pads before, I just opened and closed the Ideapad to work on my documents and surfing as usual. Some more, this design is specifically for converting to pad by folding it ...it is their fault for not informing their user how should it be handled with care if they have chosen fragile LED screen .
Since the cracking happened only 24 days after I received it, I am very sure that it has not been dropped on the floor, bang or being stepped.
I fully believe the Ideapad has start cracking inside before I received /purchased, which is unable be detected upon receipt. My usage just causing the crack being exposed

I submited my laptop for a problem at the base andtop connection. It took 3 weeks to address this point since the laptop was under extended warranty. Unfortunately when they returned to me after 3 weeks it got worse and started hanging. I had to return it back for probably another vweek. I am not happy since this is going back and forth with colossal waste of my time and energy. At sime point carrefore told me that they can give me new piece or remburse me. Hi .I bought a Lenova Laptop from 8ta at the Chatsworth centre, Durban which has a 2 year warranty after 5 months the laptop started to give me problems when you put it on it is fine after couple minutes the picture starts to fade away so initially I had taken it to the store because it has a 2 year warranty but I was told to phone the number that was on the box of the laptop because the store does not handle repairs on this device but initially that was not what I was told when i had purchased this laptop I was told if I have any problems to bring it to the store and they would sort it out.but never the less I phoned that number and I was told that they dont deal with repairs anymore and that I need to contact this number I phone this number and they got all my details and told me a courier would then come and pick up my laptop which he did after a week I contacted them to querry what was happening with my laptop and they said they would send me a quote and know they tell me thay want to charge me R3100.00 for cracked screen and faulty ribbon .The thing is the screen was never cracked perhaps a faulty ribbon I could understand but this is ridiculous because I cannot pay that much of money when that screen was never cracked and that was not the reason I had booked in the Laptop if the device had a cracked screen I wouldnt even bothered to send this device under warranty .Know I have been lied to messed around made like a fool with so many different stories I just want my laptop sorted out .I purchased the laptop from 8ta I dont see why I should be running around to anybody else it should have been sorted out in the store .know how do I go forward because the system that you guys use is ridiculous there is no garantee for the safety of our devices and this is daylight robbery and I wish you guys would just step up and sort this out.

defective product. lenovo s660max handset delivery and extra custom duty charged
Dear sir,
I had ordered a cell phone from aliexpress dated 20 feb 2015 us$ 89.45, model no lenovo s660max and my order id is [protected] from seller shenzen xin dragon electronics co ltd.
At the time of ordering seller had offered for free shipping to india via singapore post, I had received the product by sweden post and they had charged me custom duty of inr 3349 which is not a fair deal, also the product that I had received is not up to the specification and fully defective. I am facing the following problems with the handset
1. handset is not detecting sim card
2. charger is not working
3. camera is not as per specification and of poor quality
4. screen resolution is extremely of poor quality
5. and on all the above whole product is defective
I had sent several emails to the supplier regarding the issues of handset and extra money charged on custom duty, but there was no proper response.
I request you to kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and get me informed about proceeding in this issue. as I had ordered on behalf of your brand name with a faith. I expect prompt settlement of the issue
And if not resolved then please credit me back the amount charged along with custom duty from the froud seller.
In case of non-settlement aliexpress will be sole liable for the legal action under international trade policy

camera is blurred-poor clarity as per specification
I had purchased a brand new (Sealed) lenavo s - 850 mobile phone from e-max located in fujairah city center on 29.01.2015. After fully charged the battery, I had taken some pictures; initially I noticed very poor clarity of pictures (Rear camera). Next day morning I returned the phone with full accessories to e-max shop. I am requesting to the concerned to replace the phone with a new one instead of repairing the same. Please do the necessary action soon.
faulty product
I purchased the phone in 1st week of July 2014 & it worked fine till Sept 2014. Then suddenly one day, there was no signal in any of my two SIMs.
Agitated, I put the phone in service centre near Wakdewadi & I received the worst service of my life. They told me that PCB is faulty & needs replacement & offered to call me back when my phone is ready. 15 days later I still had not heard from them & they won’t pick the phone either. So I visited the centre again & what I saw there was a scene straight out of fish market. The people there had no idea of how to respond to a sea of complainants jostling their way up to the single lady at the reception.
The lady told me that parts were still not available & will take 15 days more. How do you think I must have felt for being received a phone worth 15k which landed in a service centre within 3 months of purchase?
After much follow up, I finally got my phone back after one month..& it worked fine till Jan 2015. But as luck would have it, it again stopped catching any signal & is again in service centre since last week.
Now they are saying they changed the Motherboard.
within 6 months they changed everything in my phone, when i ask for replacement they say simply No .
How pathetic service and products of Lenovo .

delay of repair of tablet
February 2014 I signed a contract for a Lenovo S6000 tablet with Vodacom. Since October 2014 when switching on the tablet it froze at the Lenovo logo. November 15, 2014 the tablet was handed in for repair. I was informed that it had to be sent to Bloemfontein for repairs and can take up to two weeks. After two weeks inquire about the tablet at Vodacom Chatz Kroonstad where it was handed in, I was informed that Vodacom cannot repair the tablet because it is not their product. I had to provide proof of ownership, invoice, delivery note etc. which I did. After another few weeks inquire about the tablet I was informed that it cannot be repaired in Bloemfontein because Lenovo has their own repair company in George. The tablet will be sent to George and that might take about one month. When once again inquire about the tablet I was informed that it cannot be repaired in George and have to be sent to Johannesburg to "Let me repair". Every time I go to Vodacom Chatz Kroonstad I am informed that they have not received any info regarding the tablet. It is now 3 months later, my Vodacom account is being paid on time, but I have no tablet. This is absolutely unacceptable. Vodacom's customer service it useless. No effort has being made to provide me with a loan unit or any apology and explanation why the tablet is not yet repaired.

This is worst Site ever seen.. Nonsense peoples are fooling us for refund and talking so rude that it was unexpected. one thing is they need to give refund cheque on the date mentioned and still not given and making excuses.. I asked them to transfer to senior person and they are denying, thats very bad. I am very irritated with this. I want my refund cheque tomorrow itself. I spoke to Jitesh, Deepak, Rahul (CSE) all gave rubbish answers. i want my cheque anyhow.. I am putting complaint to Police regarding this, this guys are not giving cheque.

W I purchase Lenovo P780 last year December2013 one month ago I received softwear update. when I update my mobile was shut down & never start. Hi, I am facing the problem with the same modeL P780 3 months after I bought this mobile i.e., since October 2014. The problem is there is not signal in the mobile anytime. It's a peculiar problem not found in any mobile. I have escalated several time to the customer care, walked to the service centre and they changed the board atleast 4 times it is still not working fine. When I dropped email to Lencare@lenovo.com
and smartphonets@lenovo.com, the response I always use to get is to walk into the customer care and they won't diagonise the problem and blindly they change the board and give it to me. When I asked for what is the issue, they don't know but changed the board.
There is a guy named Surendar, he always used to ask me to walk to the service centre. I did so couple of times and the last time when I asked him what is the issue, he had no answers and he asked me to collect the mobile. He is a cheat, brainless and does not have the humanity to address the customer who are spending their hard earned money on the costly mobiles. He is not fit for the any position particularly on the public relationship. His only response is always to go to the service centre. If you go their as he said and still the issue persists he will again ask us to do the same. He will try us to fool and make mad if you follow that guys advise. He won't give proper issue on the problem.
Please going forward don't buy Lenovo products anymore in the future. Particularly the Mobile, they hae no experience and also particularly good in addressing the customer problems after sales. This is my worst experience I have ever had with any customer care services.
I am currently planning to file case in the consumer court.

Myself Mr. Chintan H. Thakkar from Rajkot. I have bought Lenovo S860 smartphone ( IMEI NUMBER – [protected]) on August-2014 from Umiya mobile, Rajkot, Gujarat. After just 3 months, suddenly mobile was unable to charge due to some technical reasons. Though I have been used only Lenovo original charger to charge mobile.
I went to authorized Lenovo service center in my place to repair my mobile on 19th Nov. . - Anil Services, 33, Silver Chamber, Tagore Road, Rajkot-360002. I have submitted my mobile there to check the issue. In Job sheet, they have mentioned that my mobile is in warranty period so service is free of charge. They told me that they will inform about issue from my alternate contact number but there is no call from there for 2 days. So, I have to go there again to ask them about status of my mobile. They told me My mobile’s charging socket was damaged but There is no any damage detected in charging socket.
Even then, I agreed and continue to replace the damage part. Then I have called Lenovo smartphone helpline and asked about my issue. They told me one part inquiry is detected in warranty period means they bring new part at no cost from Lenovo as it was not damaged but not worked. I have asked them about estimate for damage part on 21th Nov. 2014. They said that we have mailed in Lenovo about cost of damage part but there is no replay about it. Still my mobile is at service center and I don’t know when it will be repaired.
They also deny me to give me invoice for my new part which is replaced and return me old part which is damaged. It means they want to take charge from me for no reason.
I don’t understand why this ridicules service is provided by Lenovo. If my mobile’s charging socket was really damaged then why they didn’t inform me previously when I have went there first time to check the issue? I am really frustrated about this third class service. My mobile is in warranty period then also why I have to pay for service.

bought a lenovo tablet but no tablet in box
I purchase the lenovo tablet bundle on 11/15/2014, from officemax. I spent $255 for the tablet, its was a gift to my dad for his Birthday. My dad didn't open the box til Monday 11/17/2014, when he open it he found a floor tile and a book rip in half and a cord. There was no tablet or keyboard in the box, I am very upset. Is there something that can be done about this. I went back to the store and spoke with a manager and he just took pictures of the item that was in the box and said he would get back with me. This is Ishwari Dighe, was a proud lenovo user.It is my painful dis-satisfactory feedback and complaint about lenovo service centers and their repairs.I have Lenovo S820 Row mobile phone of 12 MP REAR camera which is in warranty and was working very much properly when it was new then it started becoming blur and even i found range problems.I went to lenovo service center in Pune at Shivaji Nagar named as Fourtech Computers.On 27th September 2014, IMEI No-[protected], which they assured me of giving it on 4th October 2014, I went on 6th October to collect my phone which I was told that is still not repaired.After this they again assured me of giving my phone repaired till 10th October, I purposely gave them time to repair and provide my phone totally repaired and i went again to the service center which is 20 km.s away from my house to pick my REPAIRED phone.On 13th October I was made to sit for an hour or two because the phone was still not repaired and after they gave me my repaired phone as they say, I checked the phone and I was dissatisfied.They changed the camera 3 times finally the problem was solved for the time being, after 2 to 3 days I am still facing the same problem.I went again to complaint on 5th November 2014, I asked them to repair my phone in front of me but as they denied to do so I asked them to order the parts required and as the manager was not in position I was left unanswered. IMEI NO-[protected].On 8th November 2014, when I went back to get my phone repaired and ask the reason of what they did last time when the phone was submitted I was abused and answered abruptly by Mr. More, the manager of the service center.I am totally dissatisfied and insulted by this person.He totally denies his responsibility and blames the Lenovo company every time.The engineer who repaired my phone the last time that is on 13th October, did not tighten the screws well of the handset after changing the camera and PCB.When I opened my phone in the service center the cover was removed but the screw fell and the PCB cover was opened.The manager blamed me for physical damage which was not actually physical damage but irresponsibility of the engineer.On 8th November 2014, I have submitted my phone again for repairing to the same service center, same IMEI No. which they have assured me of giving it on this Saturday that is 15th November 2014.I am totally frustrated by the behavior and response of the Manager and I claim this as mental harassment.Please give me my phone totally repaired or please give me my cash back that i invested on this phone or if the phone is not repairable please provide me a non-defective newly packed piece...!I want some solution for this issue.Please resolve my problem.

I have Lenovo S820 ROW handset, I am facing problem of blur images, hanging of phone, network problems.I have logged complaints in the authorised service centre of Pune (Fourtech computers).I am very very much dissapointed with the service of the service centre.i had given my ph for repair on 27/09/14 which they assured me of giving back in 7days.I got my phone repaired as per they say on 13/10/14 which when i checked was not repaired still after that I was made to sit for an hour or two then they gave me some what repaired phone which was not actually repaired then i was told that this is only the clarity which i will get not more than that.After checking the same i am still facing the same problem which is not solved yet.they gave me the cell phone unrepaired plus they did not tighten the screws from which PCB is changed n after the screw fell n the portion was opened they are blaming me for physical damage .This is mental harassment as i claim because i live 20kms away from the service centre and i had almost unnecessary visits to the same service centre for almost about 8times.i am very much frustrated totally by Mr. More's response and behaviour with me .He is the manager of this service centre and he blames the company totally for its faulty parts n repairs and doesnt take any responsibilty about it. i am very much concerned about my money invested in this phone but i am not at all getting proper benefits please let me know to whome should i speak to or what shall i do?please give me replacement for my phone or my moneyback i have total of 3 complaits logged to which i am unanswered and dissatisfied
