We purchased a Mattress and a bedroom set from Leon's Furniture Barrie on July 20th 2021. They delivered the furniture on July 24th 2021.
The mattress which they delivered had a big black oil stain on it, it was dirty and didn't looked like a new one. I wrote an email to them attaching the pictures of the mattress and asked for a solution. It was reported the very next day. They said they will send a technician to fix it…
My question was simple, should I expect a brand new mattress to be fixed by a technician. I should get a brand new one, without any stains or marks when I am paying for a new one. I asked them to replace it or take the mattress away and refund me.
Customer service team at Leon's stopped responding to my emails. For last week I don't have a mattress to sleep on as I don't want to us the one they sent as it appears to be an old, used mattress.
Pricing guarantee
Purchased 2 x Sofas July 13th 21' received a vip sale event notification and the last day of this event I simulated (I have a screenshot of my online cart) the same purchase I did and the price was down about 200$ minimum compared to my store purchase.
The day after called the head office which directed me to the store and went to the store they just declined with 0 empathy however my purchase is 3000$ worth.
I could have both these sofa online and cancelled my order made at store

Frigidaire refrigerator dead on arrival. Over 1 month has past & no resolve
Ordered 8 appliances on Dec 30, 2020 and 6 of them were delivered on time June 25th 2021.
Dishwasher: Would run for 90 seconds, then empty water and "Clean" light would flash and alarm would sound. Tech repaired the dishwasher July 16th.
Oven: Would not heat. Tech replaced a faulty component on July 19th.
Refrigerator : Plugged it in and interior lights came on and the fan started blowing. It never got cold. After numerous calls to Leon's and the factory a tech arrived Wednesday July 21st and the analysis was that the "Brand New Frig" is unrepairable & it will take 3 to 5 days to process and replace. They were advised June 26 and over a month later we have no refrigerator. Still nothing but empty promises directly from Leon's and they are not returning calls.
The 2 other products remaining on the order from Dec 2020 have been cancelled because they still do not have a delivery date or offer optional available products. We have since purchased elsewhere.

Furniture sale
I purchased sofa and loveseat in May 2021. The first loveseat to come was broken. They exchanged it and even that one was broken. I request to exchange both pieces for something else. They agreed. I went in to the store early June 2021 and purchased a different set. I had to pay an additional $300 dollars. They did not have it in stock and said it would not be here til early August 2021. I ater spoke with an office manager Claire and she stated it would be here end of July. Salesman, Joe, said to keep the furniture I have now until then. In early July I returned the furniture I had. I did not want to risk getting it dirty or broken even more. It is now end of July 2021. I contacted the store and now I am told furniture will not be in til end of September. I told them I am not wanting to wait another two months for furniture and want a full refund. All they did was offer me $130 back. I said no I wanted FULL refund. They are denying my refund. I am now without furniture for another 2 months!

We bought a sectional couch in June, Leon's in Medicine Hat told us it would be here on July 31st. The sectional is currently sitting in Toronto and they said it won't be here until October 31st. We bought about 13k worth of furniture and we are going to take it all back if this is not resolved. We feel the store in Medicine Hat is using this as an excuse because we bought the couch on sale and a week later it increased. We want answers

I call Leon's locate on 10 Suntract Rd, Toronto, ON M9N 3N9 the customer representative was completely disrespectful and disregard my concern by telling me that the technician didn't have a saying on the product and to contact the manufacturer while she was speaking above myself, I ask her to transfer me to her manager and she put me on hold and another trainee came to the line,
To my understanding Leon's is a respectable company but there is a lot to ask for their representative,
Until now I haven't get any resolution about my dishwasher which is lol new.

Delivery issues with october order
We ordered a bedroom set in October 2020, in December we received a dresser and the mattress. Leon's provided the ox spring as a loaner, as ours was not available. I am finding it difficult to believe that the nightstand, mirror, head/foot board and frame have taken this long to arrive. The last I spoke to my salesman, we would have it by June. Still nothing, I would like to receive the rest of the furniture.

Order placed on nov 4 2020- edmonton north. Date of delivery late December, told latest end of January. Sales rep Danielle has been useless. She is not transparent about the status of our order and does not contact when order changes occur. When originally purchasing the couch, we were told by her that the left facing sectional did not exist, only to go to the parking lot and Google it ourselves on the website.. walk back into the store and give her commission for doing absolutely nothing. Our order continues to be pushed month by month. After complaining to sale manager Wendy, a 200 rebait was given along with a promise to contact if any other delays occurred. This did not happen. When following up three days ago we were informed that the couch and recliner was pushed another month. I was told a manager would contact me with more info, but they never did. When speaking with the sales rep Danielle, last month, I was told that she had no idea where our order was, that it was possible another outlet store had taken it and that it was marked as custom so it would get to us faster (it was not a custom order...). When asked if the couch was already made or if it was stuck at the border because of covid we were informed that they had no idea... i contacted leons via social media and they did contact the store for me and get a manager to call me back- so thank you for that, however, I am extremely disappointed at the lack of give a [censored]s given by the employees at the edmonton north location. Why is a sales manager not able to contact the manufacturer and receiöve better information as to the status of our order... why are we not getting full disclosure on our order... why wasn't better compensation offered ex : a similar couch currently in stock... a refund... CONTACT... an actual eta on the couch instead of "maybe next month". Had we known that this would continue to drag on month after month we would have cancelled and gone elsewhere immediately.
I am pleading with you to give me an actual eta on our order and to act on it. WE NEED FURNITURE !

Took ownership of a couch on a Friday, Saturday the arm went crunch a few times the plywood is so thin.
The side where u sit is also warping they said I was over the three day exchange and I notified them on that Sunday online.
I was told a repairman would be In touch with me no one has called, albeit covid is slowing things down.
Another rep is telling me all Sales are final I should have researched that before purchasing this junky sofa .
If this is leons one of the family treatment, I better find a new family and stay with IKEA, they stand behind their products at least .

Purchased dining table and 6 chairs $3, 000, have had 4 out of 6 chairs break, manufacturer refusing to cover warranty, said we must be abusing furniture, tech only came to see 1 chair and replaced, the other 3, they are stating it is not manufacturers defect, Leons replaced as manufacturer would not, when that many chairs break there is a definite problem, we want new different chairs, there is no reason what so ever we they should be accusing us of abusing such furniture it is very insulting.
