Light In The Box canvas wall art

I place an order the end of April 2018 and still haven't received it. My first contact with the company (5-8) about this issue, was to find out what happened to my wall art. They told me to contact the post office with the tracking number (which I did) and the post office told me that it was never even picked up by them, so it wasn't in their system. It was almost like the whole thing never existed. The package is lost. You can't speak to someone about this; you just have to keep submitting requests. I have asked numerous times for proof that it is still on the way and they only tell me the same thing each time I contact them, "Please wait another so many days and if it hasn't arrived, let us know." I have done this countless times and nothing. I am ANGRY! They stole my money and I am not happy about it. I order a lot of things online and have never been treated this way. Stay away from this company! They are horrible!

Light In The Box sent wrong item, and no refund!

I received a pair of shoes that is not the one I ordered, I asked for refund but they need me to pay that shipping cost, which is 1/3 of the amount of the refund. Due to the product is not correct, so I asked for refund and shipping cost for the return, but they said they are correct and the link is changed, but thumbnail still remain!?
I will NEVER visit that site and will spread this incident to all my friends.

Hello.. I make an order in 6 may it's about a shoes, bag and watch OK, then it shipped in 13 may until now it not delivered so what's the problem now and is I will deliver it or no?

Light In The Box product number [protected]

the chandelier hanging strings doesnt have any identification as to which strings goes where to create the wave pattern. We only received the direction paper and the string where in a blank and clear bag. I need a new set of strings to show where and how to place the strings on the chandelier base. I have been trying to contact this company for a month now and there's no number on the website and it say to put in a ticket but each time I go to my orders it say I don't have an order which prevented me from contacting costumer service. I would like for someone to call me as soon as possible or mail me a new set of string that identify how and where to put them up so this problem can be resolved and I can finally enjoy my chandelier . Light In The Box merchandised not received

My name is Miriam Gutierrez and this is my complaint. On March 22, I made a purchase of 2 dresses and a wig, the order number is [protected]. By accident I clicked the order 3 times. I cancelled that order and re-ordered using another card. I have not received any information about it. I want to know because I gave the okay to my bank to pay 49.57 for the order and I still got nothing. I just want a refund for the first order I cancelled if is not been processed yet. I want to know if the one I reorder and paid is on the way and I should not worry about my mistake. I purchased before from this company and never had a problem. Light In The Box xiaomi note 4x

Hello,

I have previously sent tickets (Ticket [protected]) regarding the return and refund of my delayed order(Xiaomi note 4x) with tracking number RS993406500NL that caused me a lot of convenience and disappointment!

I was told I will be refunded should I return the item, which I did as soon as my package arrived at the post office, but not refund from you yet!

Light in the Box. I too have placed an order a month ago but have not received my order. When I go to log into my order another persons order is showing. I suspect they do this to everyone. No uk telephone number to ring, make it impossible to complain. Don't order anything from them, I think it is a website scam.

Light In The Box provision

Hello. Regarding my order [protected]; you have charged me for the full amount and you have a provision on my card. I have written to the customer service but they didnt help me. They told me to call my bank. I called my bank but they said they cant do anything because lightinthebox cancels the provision. I have been dealing with this issu for days now please help me I cant use my card. Cancel the provision. I dont understand why it is so difficult. You have charged the money so why do you still have a provision on my card? Please help asap. This is really annoying, I am not happy with the overall experience.

Light In The Box unethical behavior

I purchase clothing from this company and tried to return it. I could not get them to give me a return label, and nowhere on the site is there one. I tried to call them and and they give a personal number as there number, so now the women gets calls all the time from people trying to get the light in the box. I read review unfortunatley too late it is a company scaming people out of their money. So I have the product i brought cant where them and can't return them. I hope someone can do something about this company, they are stealing from people.

Light In The Box fees that I have been charged

Have emailed a number of times now about a parcel I have not received because of shipping fees I was not told about, why am I have to pay £18 shipping feee that I was not told about, my parcel is now sat in a depot which they won't sent because of this fee. I want a full refund now for this item or you need to pay the £18. I want a reply today as this is now been going on for 3 days. This was for my sons birthday. If I don't receive a reply I will take this further.

This is Mrs Sarmila Rai it is my kind of complain because I have not received any information even can't view the items in the "Light In The Box" account which I placed my order around very first week of February 2018. The money was taken from account the amount of £210.07 on the 06/02/2018. I received a pair of shoe only which I have ordered more then one pair of shoes. I have ordered party cloths and many items, what exactly I can not remember now.
It has been long time, I have not received my orders and also I could not get any feedback from lightinthebox .But sadly, I don't have the items order number.

I bought it on 03/05/2018, the shipment was supposed to happen in 24 hours. But on 03/08 the product was still in process. So I complained to them, and they decided to cancel the order not even asking me. But the problem is, I don't wanna cancel, because I can't receive the return to my original payment method, I closed the account. I need them to replace the order and change the address, but I am trying it since 03/08 and by now anyone has solve this problem yet. I am leaving the country, and I need them to ship me as soon as possible.

Light In The Box product paid for and not received

I ordered a ceiling light from Light in The Box, total cost £167.00 paid for via PayPal and receipt acknowledged from Light in The Box on 13 February 18. I have had no correspondence regarding despatched since then, I cannot access my account with them despite requesting new password's, none of which has worked. I have emailed this company and spent hours trying to find a way to communicate with them, but to no avail. When I search 'customer service' on their website I am led to a sale of ladies shoes page. It seems that if one is unable to log into their account, then this company will not communicate with their customers. I am absolutely frustrated and disappointed that I have allowed myself to be cheated like this. I shall however, in a last attempt try and recover my money via PayPal. One can only hope!
Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Buyers please be aware...
