online purchase that hasn’t arrived
I planed an order to these, order number [protected] for two watches that said dispatch in the EU 3-5 days. This was 8th June. Despite ninberous emails asking for advice as they have not arrived I had a £2 resound. I was told to be patient and 4 weeks later my last ticket request I was told there is nothing they can do and closed the case
I've not had any refund for the items.
They will not come back to any communication at all
I've now had to report this to my credit card provider
so many products I can't put them down here
I ordered one item from LightInTheBox I received it in a timely manner and it was good quality. So then they sent me an email so they would give me a $58 credit if I leave downloaded their app. Still have never seen the $58 credit I contacted them they said they don't deal with that I need to contact a different part The Light in the Box. However they make it to where you can't contact them. Before I knew all this issues I ordered several products spending a total of three or four hundred dollars. Some items were weren't even the right items that I ordered. The Drone that I ordered for my son arrived 2 weeks late and with no battery to operate it by the way it was supposed to have a battery and USB cord in it. There are many other items and I have asked them to refund them saying they are not accurate descriptions of what was on their website. They want pictures and more information and still will not tell me how to return my items for a credit.

I certainly wish I had read these complaints before I ordered from Light in the Box but I will NEVER order from them again. I wear either a 6 or 6 1/2 shoe, so I ordered three pairs, one was not available in the larger size, it was out of stock, so I took a chance on the size 6. It was exceptionally small when it arrived and cannot be worn. A flapper dress which I ordered in an Xlg (I normally take a 12 or 14) would not fit around me. By coincidence I had previously ordered the same dress from Amazon which had arrived the next day and I was able to return it without any problem. After hours of difficulty on Light in the Box website I was told in response to the application for a return number these items were custom made and could not be returned. They were not custom made. If the shoes were custom made why could I not order them in the size I wanted. I am now stuck with 2 pairs of shoes and a flapper dress(made in mass quantities) that I cannot use. Other friends have now told me they wish they had known I was ordering and would have warned me about this site and returns are impossible. The company is very difficult to communicate with, no phone, no chat box and no email address.

I chose to buy a wig from Light in the box in dire circumstances (chemotherapy). I paid for Expedited Express which according to their Shipping FAQ should be done via - DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT
However, the vendor chose to ship my parcel via normal Post! I still waited patiently, but 2 weeks hence there is no trace of my order. I have banged my head against customer service and also escalated it to a supervisor. Only to receive a brilliant reply asking me to check the courier tracking website and a shipping amount refund, wait for it, a rewards voucher to again buy from their website! Not my money back, so to speak.
The package has left the origin country but not yet reached my country (I have checked with our postal dept as well) There is no update on the tracking website after 16th June.
The customer service are just not prepared to reply further! Isnt it their responsibility, given the idiotic dispatch via normal post despite paying for premium?

I place an order the end of April 2018 and still haven't received it. My first contact with the company (5-8) about this issue, was to find out what happened to my wall art. They told me to contact the post office with the tracking number (which I did) and the post office told me that it was never even picked up by them, so it wasn't in their system. It was almost like the whole thing never existed. The package is lost. You can't speak to someone about this; you just have to keep submitting requests. I have asked numerous times for proof that it is still on the way and they only tell me the same thing each time I contact them, "Please wait another so many days and if it hasn't arrived, let us know." I have done this countless times and nothing. I am ANGRY! They stole my money and I am not happy about it. I order a lot of things online and have never been treated this way. Stay away from this company! They are horrible!

I received a pair of shoes that is not the one I ordered, I asked for refund but they need me to pay that shipping cost, which is 1/3 of the amount of the refund. the chandelier hanging strings doesnt have any identification as to which strings goes where to create the wave pattern. We only received the direction paper and the string where in a blank and clear bag. I need a new set of strings to show where and how to place the strings on the chandelier base.
