I purchase clothing from this company and tried to return it. I could not get them to give me a return label, and nowhere on the site is there one. I tried to call them and and they give a personal number as there number, so now the women gets calls all the time from people trying to get the light in the box. I read review unfortunatley too late it is a company scaming people out of their money. So I have the product i brought cant where them and can't return them. I hope someone can do something about this company, they are stealing from people.

Have emailed a number of times now about a parcel I have not received because of shipping fees I was not told about, why am I have to pay £18 shipping feee that I was not told about, my parcel is now sat in a depot which they won't sent because of this fee. I bought it on 03/05/2018, the shipment was supposed to happen in 24 hours. But on 03/08 the product was still in process. So I complained to them, and they decided to cancel the order not even asking me. But the problem is, I don't wanna cancel, because I can't receive the return to my original payment method, I closed the account. I need them to replace the order and change the address, but I am trying it since 03/08 and by now anyone has solve this problem yet. I have had no correspondence regarding despatched since then, I cannot access my account with them despite requesting new password's, none of which has worked. I have emailed this company and spent hours trying to find a way to communicate with them, but to no avail. When I search 'customer service' on their website I am led to a sale of ladies shoes page. It seems that if one is unable to log into their account, then this company will not communicate with their customers. I am absolutely frustrated and disappointed that I have allowed myself to be cheated like this. I shall however, in a last attempt try and recover my money via PayPal. One can only hope!

Hijacked PayPal funds. After two months of non delivery I contacted this site for a refund. They have lied to me over and over. They kept telling me to wait a few days for the refund to my PayPal. I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. Light in the Box sent me a notice stating they would instantly refund my money, ONLY if I withdrew my complaint to PayPal.

Ordered a L at the sizes listed in there site and should have fit with a little room to move. Definitely fits as a S or XS and the measurements are not near what they mention. I contacted them and they said they would refund me - a shipping cost back to them. I put in a ticket they asked to take pictures I did the best I could and they said please send back our sizes are in Chinese sizes. This is not mentioned on there site when ordering. But regardless the measurements they state are not to size.
Resolution. I want my entire order refunded once received.

I ordered two chandeliers and paid for insurance and tax so I would not have to pay any other fees as stated on their website... However I was charged an extra £61 by the courier! So be very wary on using this company as I am struggling to get any money back. Also one of them was damaged and they are expecting me to ship these back to hong kong when it originally stated it would be from europe. The customer service is awful and fraudulent practice, they do not respond or treat you like a proper customer and I will be looking at going to the national press and which magazine in the uk.

I've contacted them three different times no one's gotten back to me but the order says issue resolved under the ticket so clearly they don't give a s*** clearly they're okay with stealing from people. My worst online shopping experience!The dress they sent me was different than the photo I saw at the time of ordering.
It was also 2 size bigger, I'm talking about 6cm extra around my hip! I tried to contact them and exchange the dress with smaller size but the complain tickets I submitted were resolved automatically without even contacting me! So basically a SCAM! There is no Email address or phone number you can contact them.
All emails you receive from them is a no-reply kind of email, so there is no way you get in touch with them!

I ordered a fake fur coat from Light in the Box on Thursday, 28th December at around 7pm. I became suspicious when the company took the money, £30-97, from my Paypal account before they had even asked for my address! The company never sent me an email confirming my order - only one demanding I confirm the order with them - some cheek when they already had my money! I decided to cancel my order immediately, but to date the company has not refunded me my money or attempted to contact me. I later read some truly terrible reviews about this company online which have only further confirmed my suspicions about their nefarious practices. They do not appear to have a customer services telephone number on which to contact them.

I have placed my order on the 7th December 2017. Delivery was supposed to happen within 4/7 working days and I have still not received it (we are the 2nd January 2018).
It is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone and customer service online is absolutely not helpful. They lie and ask me to be patient. This website is a fraud, I will take legal actions.

I get pop-ups on my computer with 30% off I go to the website also get the discount and add items to my favourites all showing the discount. When I add the items to the basket to pay for them the discount is only 10%. I spotted this after placing my first order and was given a credit for my next order but I have to spend twice as much as the credit given and I'm still getting the problem of the price hike when I go to pay. You may never receive the product you purchased. When submitting a resolution ticket, they keep extending the amount of time. At first the reply was "it can take 20-30 days." When that did not happen, I was assured it would arrive "no later than 40 days" and given an exact date. After 40 days, they are now saying, "so you still have great possibilities to receive it within 60 days."
This company appears to be a scam, and they appear to keep extending the delivery date until you either give up or forget. They will not refund your purchase price.
I completely agree. I am in the same basket. I have ordered the product for more than two months now and they are just delaying the delivery date...
