Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to make a complaint that I have made a purchase of oil painting from their website having order number as [protected] with credit card, however, they are showing order as status as pending and payment has been successfully made through credit card. When I tried to contact them on customer support, it does not show any email, phone number or chat support. Only a button is there called "Submit Ticket" because when you click on it, Nothing happens except a pop up comes which say "Please choose a ticket which you want to add". Just fed up with their app as well as website version. Never happed this kind of issue with any of the online shopping website like Amazon, eBay etc. I don't know how to what to do next. Worst experience ever felt.
