I have bought some swimming dresses for £98.93 brith pounds but unfortunately they do not fit despite using the shop measuring chart. I have requested to return the items 5 days ago immediately after receiving them. The seller asked me to send pictures to show why the items do not fit. I found this very inappropriate and I realised that the seller does not want to process the refund and is trying to find excuses. After I complained they offered me to keep the products in exchange of a 50% discount as the return to China may be expensive. I am pretty sure that a courier will not cost 50% of my purchase therefore I refused the proposal. I want to return the items and get my money back. I want to be able to choose the cheapest option to return the items. If the seller is worried about the courier cost I must incur, they can offer me a 90% discount. In that case I will keep the items and give them away. The items do not fit and I do not know what to do with them. To date I have received no answer. I appreciate that it is the weekend but I am convinced that this company is not serious. I am requesting to return the items and get a full refund. Also I want to be able to choose the cheapest delivery option. Thank you very much.
Desired outcome: Returning the items and obtain a full refund. If possible the seller covers the return costs, if I have to cover the cost as I expect, I want to be able to choose the cheapest return option.
