BEWARE!

I bought some nba jerseys from lightinthebox.com(they have another site called Sellerkey.com), thinking they might be ligit because of the pictures. when i recieved them after a month i was very dissapointed. they dont look anyhting like hte picture. and they wont give me a refund but a coupon instead. thats ridiculous cuz im never using this site again.

The jerseys was sposed to be a swingman which means it should be stitched. the numbers looked like they were spray painted on the jersey. and there is no tags. its all mugged.

These guys just stick in nice pictures, bottom prices, once you pay, that`s it, you are ###ed, it is just a BIG BIG RIPOFF.

On 4/5 i order 2 dresess but i changed my mind because of wrong sizes and canceled same day this order with no [protected] till today you have not return my money 160, 98 in my credit card

I have a dress to return - no ticket on my app profile - so I can't raise a return process.
You can't speak to anyone or get an answer.
Today I checked and
Money has been taken from my account TWICE !
No response to emails or tweets

How do we get a return sorted?

I was charged an additional £15.54 in customs not refunded despite numerous tickets being put it. I was also not given any feedback regarding the fact that I had paid extra for 4-5 day delivery and didn't recieve the good for 3 weeks.

I have tried all the tickets I can but getting nothing back at all.

I ordered these shoes for my up coming Christmas party. The shoes were too narrow. That was late September early October. I've been waiting for my refund ever since. It's been 2 months and I still have not received my refund! I've sent several emails over the last 6-8 weeks to no avail. I feel robbed and want my money back!

This company is a fraud and must be exposed. I will not rest until that is achieved. They advertised that the dresses were maxi which they're not. The sizes are false. I want my account credited immediately. And you can have these garage back.

Ordered large tshirt. Size on label states 3xl. But so short looks like a crop top. Their return instructions are incorrect as there is no link in order status to make return. Emailed 3 times requesting return info. BAD company. Don't waste your money!

Cannot trace parcel as i need a South African tracking number. Parcel was send from Jiaxing on 29 December 2019 and arrived South Africa distribution centre 17 January 2020 since then no movement.

Never use lightinthebox! My order took two weeks to arrive during which time I hadn’t received an order confirmation so opened a ticket. They replied saying my order would arrive soon. It did but the size was far from what it should be and the quality was shocking. I went back to my ticket which by this time they had closed. I eventually opened another asking how I get a refund because their system didn’t show that I had an order. They replied saying that I would need to pay to send the item back to CHINA! Which they said would cost more than the order so they would “do me a favour” and give me a 20% credit and I keep the order. This was not acceptable but when I tried to reply on the ticket their system said it couldn’t be found. No other way to contact them so I will be taking legal advice as I am not prepared to let them steal my money regardless of how much it is. My consumer rights states that I am entitled to a full refund if the item is not fit for purpose so that is what I will do.

I ordered a selection of fascinators on 20th July 2022. No email acknowledgement and no sign of order. Unable to login with my email address. The payment of £18.73 appears on my bank statement as Light in the Box. Please advise.

Items was not what was shown or described on their site. I have tried contacting numerous times to initiate return and they do not reply. I have filled out their required return initiation form and submitted photo of product, they are supposedly supposed to respond in 24 hours with your return label and directions. They do not.

This category sucks as it doesn't have toys and no hobby stuff. Just costumes which is clothing not hobby or toys. Already hate this site/app. Plus can't even get proper help when thru your app. I'm trying to get help with a certain question. Just no help at all. Not buying from here again.

First no number to contact. The website don't give information for refund label.The items are not the same as in picture. A males jacket look like a females jacket.I would like to return all the items that I purchase. Ordered one big order that came in multiple shipments , one package claimed to have a wall mural sticker but it didn't. Very hard to get in touch with the company and it looks I'm out of my money.
