I am so disappointed with the Longhorn in North Georgia. I have been going there for a couple of years now. I honestly don't know why I keep going back and spending my hard earned money. I have had many bad experiences there with a waitress named Michelle. She is so slow and unpleasant. I am the office manager for a prominent doctor in Blue Ridge and we freaquent Longhorn for lunch however, that won't be happening anymore. I will not be eating crappy food and getting bad service there anymore. I will go to Ruby Tuesday's. I have spent I figure at least a couple of thousand dollars in the last 3.5 years. I want my money back I know that is unrealistic but thats how I feel. It is a disgrace that you keep unhappy people like her on staff. She is unpleasant short with her words and just YUK Im sick of it!
I called in a to go order at the longhorn Restaurant in jonhson city tn.I order the filet with stuff lobster.I called it in at 1pm they said it would be ready at 1:20pm so i get there at 1:30 food isnt ready i sit sit and sit until 1:51 did i also say i was on a 30 min lunch break.So i left a complaint the G.M. He email me said he was going ti take care of it.So i get a free dinner card in the mail, so i gave rhem another try.So i call in another call in.order a 16 oz t-bone steak med with a side item and salad.They didnt put my salad in the bag no bitter or chez nothing for my bake potato..Im very upset with longhorn and you dont get what u are payin for, you dont no how mad i am with longhorn..So i called the G.M. To tell him what have happen needles to say they dont live up to what they promise and u dont get what u pay for i feel i got robbed.Thanks for nothing Michael Byrd johnson ciry tn
I was shopping in Dalton GA with my family on March 2nd 2013 and decided to eat at your restaurant . I must say it was a awful experience! It took forever for the waitress to come and when she did i tried to get her name but she want even wearing her name tag. We were very tired and hungry so we ordered when the food arrived it was all messed up and had to go back. and th rest room was nasty I was very displeased with the whole experience.
The above complaints are true of the north Georgia Longhorn in Lilburn, GA, off of Killian Hill. Manager is a complete ###, called in the other day asked if the manager was there, response: "oh Warren?...". "May I speak with him please?" I said... Finally I was connected with the biggest ### for brains manager on the team.. was a complete king of all asshead personality, Very rude. Definitley never going to try and work there or eat there again.
This has happened to me several times soooo I dont even know why I go back there...But my brother wanted to go see I went, first my starter was burnt, I order corn balls, an then I order a 8oz. renagade well done, , it came out rare, ofcourse I made a couple of cuts to check the steak, , , , so I sent it back it came back out with the cut marks, , but it was still not cooked to well, , , so I sent it back with a few more cut marks in it. so it came back out an it was cooked to well, but I told the manager yes its cooked to well but why wouldnt it be with such tiny pieces to cook well.. and she said well dessert is on me..so I order a lava cake, , itcame out cold like they just took it out of the frig, , no lava flowing from this cold cake...so just so you all know I wont be coming back...this has happened to me before...
and the steak size was more like a 5oz when they got done with it...
THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY COMPLAINT ON THIS PAGE. THIS MY OWN COMPLAINT HERE BECAUSE I COULD NOT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE TO PUT IT.
MY WIFE AND I HAD LUNCH TODAY AT THE LONGHORN AT ROOSEVELT SQUARE IN JACKSONVILLE, FL. THE FOOD WAS GOOD. WHILE I WAS ORDERING I ASKED MY SERVER IF THE SALAD I WANTED WAS $1.79 WITH THE MEAL, HE SAID IT WAS, SO MY WIFE AND I BOTH HAD THE SALAD. WHEN THE BILL COMES THEY CHARGE ME $5.48 FOR EACH SALAD. I TOLD THE SERVER I WAS OVER CHARGED AND HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE IT FIXED. THEN A LADY COMES OUT AND GIVES ME A BILL FOR ABOUT $1.00 LESS. I SAID TO HER THAT THE BILL SHOULD BE ABOUT $6.00 LESS. SHE SAYS TO ME THE ONLY WAY WE COULD GET THE SALAD TO RING UP FOR $1.79 WAS TO CHARGE ME ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR EACH MEAL, WOULD I LIKE TO TALK TO A MANAGER ABOUT IT. I SAID NO THAT I WAS UPSET ABOUT THIS, BUT I WOULD PAY IT, BUT I WOULD NOT RETURN TO THAT STORE AND I WOULD TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO TO THAT STORE.
