today july 16 2:30-3:45 at 7720 state route 96 victor ny table 63 transaction [protected] we went to celebrate my birthday after we ordered our food ,iwas waiting and waiting for my salad to arrive when i finally had to ask for it, when the food finally did arrive the potatoes were cold and they forgot to bring out the mushrooms that my wife ordered so i had to call again for the waiter and ask where the mushrooms were and they finally brought them out, we were there well over an hour . iam very disappointed with the food and service we received

But when we got to the restaurant we were turned away they said we had too many people in our party and they weren’t going to be able to handle it They were 13 people so they turned 13 people away but 25 people came in after we left because we sat there, having to call the rest of the people to tell them not to show up the manager was very rude and even though we asked OK, then we would sit 6 at one table and seven at another. . This is the 2nd & last time that I will order a bowl of potato soup to go! When I dine in my bowl is full, but when I order to bowl it's not even half full. And when I call to complain the employee stated that she was the one that fixed my order and that amount is what she was told to put in bowl. There shouldn't be that much amount difference whether dining in and to go order! For $12.94 for 2 bowls of soup equals 1 cup smh.. she also had a not so friendly attitude and definitely wasn't a people person in dealing with a customers complaint! So I brought my family of seven to Longhorns and we get to the hostess stand and they tell me it's 45 minutes wait so we waited over an hour and I went up to the counter and asked her how much longer and she said that we didn't have our name on the waiting list so already I was stressed so we put our name on the list and waited and she told us it was an hour and 15 minute wait so we waited and finally was seated as soon as we get to the table we ordered appetizers and ended up getting our meals before our appetizers so I asked them to take the appetizers back because we didn't want them so they took the appetizers back but still charged me for the appetizers so I asked to speak to the manager for him to take it off and he says that the waitress told them that we ate the appetizers but we had all our plates on the table and you can clearly see that there is no appetizers that the guy who delivered the food to us actually took the appetizers back so the manager finally fixed it but overall is the worst experience to bring my family of seven over an hour away who came down from another state thank you Longhorn

On Friday, September 2, I came with a friend to Longhorn at Altamonte Springs, Florida, for dinner and we ordered filet mignon with loaded mash potatoes. They brought us a baked potato and a tough meat that wasn't filet mignon. The manager came and assured me that it was a filet mignon but that they cut it in half, absurd because if you cut the filet when cooking it it is tough, but the texture of that meat was not that of a filet it was tough like a piece of wood and bland. They brought me another potato as I had asked, but not the meat, which of course I did not eat. The manager who doesn't know, obviously her job, came to ask me if I wanted a credit or a free dessert which I didn't accept because I was already quite upset about the discussion of how to cook a steak and that it wasn't a steak. If she really wanted to give me a credit for the food I left untouched, except for the mashed potato I wouldn't have asked, she would have just sent me a bill charging me only for what I consumed. The food in that place horrible and the service of the management worse. I'll never go back to that Longhorn

My wife & I went to our local Longhorn's Steakhouse in Florence, KY 41042 tonight for out 32nd Anniversary. We had a LESS THAN DESIRABLE dining experience.
Our initial waitress was Kara. She was unfriendly upon arrival to out table, acting like she really didn't want to be working there that night. When we tried to order, she kept talking over us before we could complete a sentence.
I asked for onion my salad, telling her 'Any onion in a side cup is fine' She cut me off, saying we 'don't serve onion'. I knew this was not true, because we get onion for our salad in a side cup ALL the time. She was short and abusive with us. She finally said 'you can get white onion in a cup ?
She then abruptly cut us off again, saying 'DO YOU WANT ANOTHER WAITRESS ?' I said Yes.
A 2nd waiter, Daniel, came and took our order, (Onion and all) and was very friendly.
I spoke to the only MGR there, (Chris). She listened, but didn't seem the least bit interested in our ordering situation.
Daniel delivered our food. My 12oz ribeye (Med Well) steak was overcooked and burnt. At this point I didn't say anything about the steak. (I should have).
We have eaten the Florence Longhorn's for 35 years, We seldom travel to Cold Spring's Longhorn in Alexandria, KY 41076. They consistently have VERY good customer service, but are 30-40 miles away from us.
Cold Springs and Florence, KY Longhorns are like walking into totally different restaurant's.
Desired outcome: Please Pay for this terrible meal situation.
