I went to the Lowe’s Camden Delaware location to pick up a Smoke detector the one I selected was marked for $14.98 was 19.98. Scan the product a the app. Came up with $19.98 so I ask one of the employees to scan it their scan came up with $19.98. So I went to customer service waited for 20 minutes while two employees were playing with the paying no attention to the people waiting in line. So I left that line ask to see the manager. Not available the employee said the owner is not there. So they paged an assistant manager. He showed up and said prices are set by corporate there is nothing he can do. So I asked what about the wait time he said lack of personal. Lowes has become one of my worst shopping experiences. Self checkout, lack of experience personal, Maybe this will help you all it called cross training and on the job training. This might help fill some of the holes in the lack of personal. We did this in the military and some of them were even could put our life in danger. Your theory of providing same services with less does not work. Thank you Roy Fogg
Desired outcome: Correct how customers are received in a timely manner. Fire the assistant manager. setup a time when the manager needs to be available in the store. The online ordering need to be out of view from customers. Cross train employees
