Crst Home Solutions - Doesn't deliver when they say they will.
I bought a dishwasher from Lowe's, Prescott, AZ on 11/24/23. I received an email on 12-1-23 informing me that the dishwasher will be delivered on 12/21. It was a no show. Delivery never arrived and I never got a phone call from the driver. Next delivery date was 12/22. No show, and never received a phone call from the driver letting me know it was rescheduled and a time frame. I've called all the Customer Service lines and I've gotten no where. I was told that the dishwasher will be loaded on the truck on on Tuesday, 12/26. But I still don't have any idea when it will be delivered. Now, I'm afraid to have it installed because of all the complaints I'm reading. There are horror stories about damage done by the installers. I'm paying $209 for the install and haul away. I'd really like to be credited $209 for all this stress. I'm sorry that I didn't purchase the dishwasher from another business.

Worst experience of my life. Total runaround with no resolution. Multiple hang ups from Samsung. Tickets opened and closed without anything done. 4 repair visits. Still dishwasher broken. The dishwasher was installed with critical missing pieces. I bought an extended warranty. I have been fighting since August when I bought dishwasher at end of December. The dishwasher is under a year old and does not wash dishes, loud noises and jumps around. This is ridiculous and breaks the law. It is not fit for use. I did not receive perfect tender which also violates the Uniform Commercial Code which regulates products. This is also a violation of Florida’s deceptive fair practices act.

Refusal to accept the return and refund of an unused $1K+ product.
I placed order #[protected] on-line on 11/23/2023 and the oven was delivered on 12/04/2023. It was unboxed by the delivery personnel, without our being asked, before it was brought into the house. They disconnected the existing oven, which we presumed was defective, and for which a $50 removal fee had been paid. Connecting the replacement oven revealed that there might be a problem with the house electricity supply rather than with the existing oven. So, I asked the delivery men to take the new oven back. They, however, recommended that we retain both ovens while we consult an electrician. I asked about the return policy and was told explicitly that the new oven could be returned anytime within the next 30 days. Given the electrician’s report, it is now clear that the new oven should be returned.
I expected that this would be straightforward, and a refund provided by Lowe’s. But, in phone conversations with Lowe’s customer service staff, I have been told that a return and refund is impossible because the return request was not made within 48 hours of the delivery. This $1K+ product is still in its delivery wrapping, has never been used and was not returned within 48 hours only because I was misinformed. My hope is that Lowe’s management will accept the corporate responsibility for a return and authorize a refund rather than having this “customer service” decision publicized. The delivery company may not be Lowe’s but Lowe’s is responsible for their activities and statements.

Setting up a delivery for washer and dryer I purchased Nov. 24 2023
Purchased a washer and dryer on Nov 23 2023. Brenham, Texas Store.
Bought all hook ups, and additional warranty.
Was told I could have it delivered anytime before Jan. 23rd.
Called the Brenham, Tx. location, appliance department.
Talked to Victoria, very, very incompetent and extremely rude.
Told her I wanted to see what dates they had available to deliver my appliances.
After round and round, she told me Jan. 23 2024. I told her no, thats not what we were told. We were told anytime BEFORE Jan. 23 2024. She kept arguing with me, finally said hold on, Threw the phone down, came back and then put me on hold. Time 10:50 am 12/7/2023. Listen to your recordings and see if this is how you allow employees to talk to your customers.

Sliding door installation
To whom it may concern,
Last March I purchased 2 sets of sliding doors for my home with the installation included by your company. Both sliding doors were installed in March the 21sth. When the installers came to my house, I explained to them that the bottom of the wooden frame was rotten because the old doors were leaking. They said that hat was not going to be a problem and installed the doors anyway. A couple of months later the bottom part of one of the doors began leaking on both sides. I called the installation office, and they told me that the company that installed my door was fired and there was a new person to do the job. We set an appointment to fix the problem on August the 24th. I explained to the installer that the leakage was coming from the rotten frame on both sides of the door, but he insisted that it was coming from the outside of the house. Then he re-calked the sliding window outside and ignored my request. Two weeks later we had several days of rain here in Florida and the door started to leak again. I called the installation services office again and talked to and explained the situation in detail. They said the installer will drop by again to check my doors. We set an appointment for October 26th.dropped by on September 28th. I explained the situation again to this man, but he ignored what I told him about the rotten frame and juts put a giant ball of caulking on either side of the bottom of the sliding door where is leaking. A couple of weeks later the rain started again and the doors are still leaking. I need you to do something to finally repair these doors before my wall gets completely damaged by the bad installation job your people did. I am tired of talking to the installation office and have no real solution to this problem that has been happening for over six months now.

I was notified by Lowes via email that they are awarding me a $5 gift card thank you with a special Challenge code to enter to receive it. I have jumped thru every hoop they asked to receive but received nothing but aggravation and frustration. I called several times on a special phone number and got no where.They asked me for my email address then rudely hung up.Tried several times to call back and got no one answering. Lowes has done more harm than good for public relations with me in their customer service.I even stopped in while buying a refrigerator and spoke to store manager about this matter and said he sorry but he couldn't help me.Pretty sorry PR. Dishwasher
I ordered a dishwasher, on-line, 11/27. Shortly thereafter, I received an e-mail from the installation date but without an install date. I called the installation company to find out when installation would happened. I was told, "not until December 27! A whole month for a dishwasher. I was told that they did not have a power cord and the power cord would not be available until 12/27. I wanted to cancel my order. They transferred by to some Lowe's entity. I told them to cancel the order. They said they would take care of it and that I should get a confirmation from Lowe's Bluffton within the hour. Four hours later, nothing. I directly called Lowe's Bluffton and the receptionist transferred my call. I got the pleasure of hearing a phone ring 35 times before the call was dropped. I called back and explained what happened and please don't do that again. After hearing 35 rings, the call was dropped. So, I tried one more time. Stupid me, the same thing happened a third time. My only resort now is to make sure that my credit card company reverses the four Lowe's charges.
I always considered Lowe's a good alternative to Home Depot. six years ago, I bought seven appliances from Lowe's. Now they have lost my business.

Purchased a Washer Machine and protection plan in 2021. Washer Machine stopped working on or about October 4, 2023. Filed a claim with the Protection Plan department a third Party Assurant. It is now 11/27/2023 and several technicians attempts to fix washer machine it is still not working. according to lowes protection plan term and conditions they will replace if unable to fix. situation has gone unresolved. I still have a broken washer machine in my home and lowes or assurant has not backed the warranty that was sold to me.

Doors and installation
On august 29th, my wife and I went into the Lowes store in East Brunswick, Nj. We wanted to order 2 sets of Bi-Fold doors and a rear entry Wood door. Eugene said Lowes uses a company called NJA remodeling to door their installations. We paid the $35.00 to have them come out and measure the places we needed to install the Bi-Fold doors and rear entry doors. They finally came out a month later and sent someone named Tim York. When he got there, he told us he was the boss. We found out later he was not. We showed him where the problems on the door jams would be specifically pointing out the door jams that had holes under a molding and told him we cannot remove the molding because of the holes. He said no problem, we will work around the molding. We also asked him if they have to take off the storm door in the rear would they put it back on. His response was anything they remove; they will put back. He sent the measurements to the East Brunswick store, and we went there a week later to order the doors. We ordered the doors and asked the salesperson Eugene if he was going to replace the rear entry door with the same size door that was there 36X80". He told us absolutely. We told him we didn't want the old rear door, or the storm door removed as I wasn't sure what we wanted to do with it. Eugen did not add that to the contract. When the installer came from NJA he tried to install one of the Bi-fold doors and said he had to remove the molding, we told him that was impossible, His response was"Then I can't install the Bi-Fold doors. He then removed the storm door and the old rear entry door and install the new one from Lowes and when he was finished, the storm door didn't fit. He said the new door was custom made and we would need a smaller storm door. I have more to say, however I ran out of room on your form.
Claimed loss: I am claiming $7,000.00 for the doors and installation as well as the purchase of a new storm door. and the loss of my old storm and rear entry doors that should never have been taken away.
Desired outcome: I want to talk to a senior manager not Renee Franklin about having this resolved.

Washer was making a lot of loud and unusual noises – sounded like something in the mechanism was falling apart. When the wash cycle was complete the cloths were sopping wet – dripping when taken out. I had not had any problems with the washer or dryer before this.
1st visit – 09/07/2023 - #1 Tech appeared to not know anything about this type of washer. He made several calls to various people asking for guidance. He ended up ordering a half dozen parts or more. The next visit was scheduled for 09/20/2023
2nd visit – 09/20/2023 – no one showed up even though I did the process of acknowledging that the parts had arrived.
3rd visit – 10/04/2023 - #2 Tech arrived and assessed the situation and said none of the parts are what should have been ordered and that it was something else. He appeared more knowledgeable and sure of himself. He ordered another part.
4th visit – 10/17/2023 - #3 Tech arrived and put the part in and left without even trying it. My sister was here instead of me this time so when I got home I tried the washer and though it didn’t make any horrible noises it still left cloths sopping wet at the end of the cycle and lights on the panel were flashing. I called and had to request them to come out again.
5th visit – 10/25/2023 - #1 Tech came back and said that the part the previous tech put in may have been bad. He ordered a new part. He also talked with Assurance and was told that if the new part he ordered didn’t work they would replace the whole washer/dryer.
6th visit -11/07/2023 - #3 Tech arrived and replaced the ordered part. It still was flashing and it was making a lot of horrible noises again. He tried to read some instructions but was having a hard time understanding them. He didn’t try calling anyone for assistance from anyone. Then he decided he couldn’t do anything and left stating there wasn’t anything else he could do and I could try playing with it. I asked him for a phone number for a manager or owner of A&E. He refused.
After he left I chatted on-line with Assurance stating the situation. They said they would escalate the complaint. I then get an email on 11/08/2023 stating my claim was closed. I got in touch with Assurance again and they said I would have to put in a new claim. I told them that this was still the same problem and the claim should not have been closed because they didn’t fix the problems. I explained that the Tech #1 had talked to them about this problem on 10/25/2023 and that the unit would be replaced if the last part didn’t work. They are saying now that there was no record of that conversation. Then I was told that there was a “procedure” to follow, a new claim would have to be made and I would have to have an A&E tech come out to look at it. I talked to three different people trying to get them to understand that this is the same claim and that it was not fixed and that I refuse to have A&E come back. Not only have I missed several days of work and my sister ½ day because of this but I am also shelling out $40 a visit to the laundromat. The last person I talked to at Assurance was supposedly a manager who transferred me to A&E but didn’t stay on the line. A&E in turn said that I would have to talk to Assurance after I said I wanted a manager to come out to look at the washer. They refused to help me. Assurance has refused to see that this is the same claim and the problem was not resolved as they say it was.
Claimed loss: Five visits to the laundromat $200. Lost wages taking off work somewhere around $400.
Desired outcome: Assurance told Tech #1 that if the last part ordered didn't work when installed, which it didn't, then they would replace the entire unit. I want a new washer/dryer combo and have it installed.
warranty
purchased a Samsung gas stove from lowes with a extended warranty that i paid for. The stove broke and could not be used. Went 8 weeks without a cook stove waiting for a repair. Lowe’s and the warranty company . The warranty co. Was overseas. In a different country. Called lowes about 10 times and just got the run around with people and recordings. Same with the warranty co. We ended up purchasing another stove from a different company. The broken stove never got fixed and never recieved a refund. It has been 8 months with no reply.

We purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher on November 4, 2023 from the location on Holland Rd in Va Beach using our Lowes credit card. We brought it home, installed it and it was defective. We called the store and was told we only had 48 hours to return since we declined the extended warranty so we would have to call and work with the manufacture. I also called the store and asked for a manager and was hung up on several times. I finally got through and spoke to Nick who told me the same thing. I called your office on 11/13 and spoke to Erin who said that since we used the credit card, we had 30 days. It is now 11/15 and still no word. Firstly this was not explained to us when it was purchased. Secondly, your staff should have known this. I have also notified the credit card company that not one dime would be paid. I also posted this on social media.
Exchange the dishwasher or return it so we can purchase one somewhere else.

A couple of weeks ago I bought spray paint at Lowe’s Rapid City, SD. But when I used it at home it was gray! So when I was in Rapid City I attempted to return/exchange it. However I threw away receipt as I didn’t think I would need it (never had problems with spray paint at other store such as Walmart). My attempts were in vain as I asked the clerk to spray it and see and I had pictures. I was told that the only way she could help me was that I “ have to replace it with the same exact one, perhaps it was a bad mix or something”. There was none left on shelf so I grabbed same brand, not hammered, black and clerk refused to let me exchange this with the bad paint. I told her that I’ve spent much money in this store she could look me up with my phone number, she said she couldn’t find me. This is ridiculous that I wasn’t allowed to exchange it. Driving from Spearfish to their store, why would I lie that I did indeed purchase the paint there? I provided a video with pictures as proof that gray paint came out can labeled black.
