I purchased my product. Twice Lowe's called with the wrong product and I had to correct them TWICE. I didn't want them having to come to my home and then have to return everything so I made sure they got it right. Okay, that was okay, but not terrific. Finally, Kelly's came, the installers, and installed the flooring and ONE threshold. The guy and his wife were really nice and did a great job. Until I noticed it wasn't finished. Where are the 3 thresholds for bedrooms? He didn't know where they were. Lowe's called because Kelly called Lowe's about the missing thresholds and Lowe's said to me, I didn't order them. Really? You don't think when they came and measured they didn't notice I needed a finished flooring? I was happy and now I am sad and angry at Lowe's. .Lowe's used to be my go-to. I want this fixed or I will put a complaint in and try to get my money back for a service and product that was incomplete and a stress caused to me. My 32 year old son just passed and I can't take any more pain! I want this fixed! Take back the four never needed trims I had to pay for and have no idea what to do with them and they were never needed.
