I was in need of new washer, so I went to Lowes looking to purchase one on 07/25/2023 or so. Nothing that I want was in stock. I went ahead and ordered one, The staff told me that it should be arrived on 08/04/2023. When I came by to pick it up, the rep at the customer service and the stock rep keep going back and forth over the phone for about 20 minutes or so. She end up telling me that my washer isn’t in yet. I ask when it will be in? She states that she doesn’t know and they will email me. I call again on 8/12/2023 and was directed to appliances department. This time the rep told me that my order was in before 08/04/23 but it was sold to another customer. I was surprised and politely ask her to cancel my order. She said okay it’s done and she get a confirmation email. A week had past, I call again 08/22/23 at 4:15pm. I was told that they short handled and that she will call me back. Since she didn’t call back, I call again at 7:48pm, again can’t check the info, has to do some research and will call back before close of business. The manager was on phone but he can’t resolve the issue. He promised me that the rep will call me back. Then 10pm had past, still nobody call me back with the status of the request of cancellation. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. This is a blank promise and poor management as well as customer services.
Desired outcome: I want to cancel the order and the refund to go back Lowe’s account.
