I ordered a Napoleon BBQ online to be delivered right before Memorial Day. When they delivered it I had them slide it close to my fence with the front facing the fence. I signed for it not thinking to inspect the front. When I cleared the area and moved in 2 feet I noticed there was a HUGE dent on the front of the hood, the front side was smashed in and it had small scratches all over. I bent to open the one of the doors and it came off in my hand. I noticed sticker marks all over it as they sent my a floor unit! I immediately called to complain, the delivery manager said he would give 20% off and send out a new one. After a week of nothing I called again and he said he only told me I would get 20% off. Extremely frustrated I stated I don't care about the money off I want a bbq that is not destroyed. He said again he would have his crew build one and send it out and pick up the damaged bbq. Crickets for another week...would not pick up my calls ect. By now it was fathers day weekend so I drove to the store and purchased ANOTHER bbq that I had to put together. Again could not get a hold of the deliver manager so had to go back in and have another manager schedule a pick up for the damaged bbq so I could be reimbursed. She was awesome they came to pick it up on July 2. Went on vacation, came home and noticed I still had not received the refund. I drove in once more and had to wait for them to find the bbq and finally got refunded. SUCH a customer service nightmare! Nobody gives a damn anymore
