We opened a lowes credit card 2 days prior to purchasing a refrigerator and stove. When applying, the service desk lady explained we would save 5% when we made the purchase. WE went online and ordered on 03/27/2024 and when almost finalizing, it would not give us the 5% discount. The amount of the purchase was intotal,1310.40. We then used our other credit card as we did not want to open another if not receiving the reward. I do not understand why we would not get the 5% discount when offered. the order #[protected]. It would have saved us approx 65.50. That is why we opened the account and most of all taking into consideration what the CSM explained to us. Can you please explain?
