Hello Lowes my name is Richard on Feb 2 2022 we tried to return a faucet and sink we were told that it’s over 90 days and we need a receipt so we search for hours and finally found it we return on Feb 7 2022 with receipt for only the faucet (the item was bought in 2016 but it’s in pristine condition it was never been opened and still had the straps on it) when the worker look at the receipt she laughed and was very snarky to us saying we can’t return it if it’s over 30 days, what, we were just told we needed a receipt for anything over 90 days. It’s a $90 faucet that we just changer our minds and went a different direction, we were just looking to get a store credit so we could purchase other lowes products. If you could please help us out it would be appreciated.
