I bough LG washing machine direct drive 18 kg . they told me after payment they will deliver it only on ground floor. And I am living on second floor they told I have to lift it my self only their responsibilities to through it on ground floor . how I can lift such 100 kg weight my self as well as I paid around 500 OMR for this machine and I got very bad serviece, during delivery. It is not acceptable for me .
as I know many seller they are providing fitting of the machine to the customer…

Really you have very bad service for delivery I don't recommend any one to buy any heavy electronics from LuLu…
