I had purchased a Persil Washing Powder 6KG from Lulu Village which has been displayed 38.90 AED, but they have billed for 51.75 AED, As I have requested them for the explanation, i haven't got any proper reply from the supervisors and I thought of leaving it, but because of the depression I thought it should not happen to any other common Civilian, As LuLu being a reputed Organization, its their responsibility to take care of their ERP from fake billing. Appreciate Your immediate action.

I had purchased fully automatic washing machine from Lulu (Matter Qadeem) and they'd delivered me wrong product as I opened this washing machine after 10 months and didn't open upon delivering, I ordered FH0C3QDP2 - LG - WASHING MACHINE and they delivered me entirely different product.
I've also enclosed the delivery memo for your further information.
Please make an immediate replacement as we paid for another product and it's mistake of lulu merchandiser / staff.

I had complained on 1st of September about the refrigerator I purchased 10 months back Karama Branch. Complaint reference number [protected]
Panasonic guys came and took the refrigerator with out any temporary replacement and brought the fridge back after three days without resolving the issues. I have been calling and following up with Lulu and the Panasonic team since then so far nothing has been resolved.
Panasonic team have been telling me tomorrow or after few days we will solve the issue. Today the team was supposed to come and take the fridge to repair and give temporary replacement, I called the technician to follow up when he will come his reply was that he will come tomorrow.
It has been 21 days and I am tired of talking to people and complaining about the refrigerator issue. This is as if I am begging for a favor, I have purchased an item and it is under warranty I need this to be fixed because this is my right. Can someone take action on this immediately

bread mould
I had brought bread from lulu in madinat zayed. Its expiry date is on 21st of september.
I had it today and after having about half of it i noticed that it smelled different.
When i checked it there was a discoloured patch on all of them. Some yellow and some blue. I think it maybe mould or something.
I dont even know if its poisonous. Maybe i should complain to food safety too in case something happens to me tomorrow.

Staff don't know how to greet and thank you customer. The most worst Staff getting argue with customer with a loud voice and in an arrogant way. I went to that certain hypermarket to have my groceries but suddenly I git shock when I witness one staff is having an argue with one of her customer and she also answer it by shouting and not even to say sorry to the customer. I just wonder is Lulu hypermarket is the same with public market. Where is the practice of customers first. What a worst experience from that branch of lulu hypermarket.

Hi
I have two years warranty for this tablet, i sent it to be fixed and thy told me two weeks my item is still with them and nobody is feeding back to me.
My complain is on the time, service and feed back. Please it is not good for LuLu quality assure. I am a costumer since 2004.

property loss of customer due to mishandling
We are a regular customer at Lulu Hypermarket. Today I had a bitter experience from Lulu.
While I took a clorex bottle unaware about the cracked cap, the bleach poured on to my clothes. Due to the solution both my shirt and jeans completely damaged. I have reported the matter to the customer service. Immediately after the incident all the clorex bottles were removed from the front stacked area. To my surprise I have'nt received any compensation for my loss. Please look into the matter that no damaged products must be kept on the rack and compensate me for my loss.
An early action in the matter will be appreciated

nikai gas range
I bought nikai gas range in lulu hypermarket on august 25 2019. Later on, i dicover that there are some damage in the metal frame in gas range. I tried to call from lulu, vendor and lg for repair and they told me to go to lulu for replacement. And i went, thy're just giving me hope that they will process. Til now sept 10 2019.i did not recieve a call from them.

Today was our Onam celebrations UtradaM, I just went to LULU Sharjah alNadha to purchase items for Onam, and brought Banana leaves too. during our lunch today, just opened the banana leaves role, it was surprised non of the leaves were not useful.
Why your people rolling like that the useful item. Itr is really like a cheating. Our today function was spoiled trusting LULU>.

I went to Lulu, first floor at Madinat Zayed shopping complex at 6pm on 07/09/2019 to buy some school stuff for my kids. I took the items to billing. Two or three footsteps after the billing, one of the security guys stopped me and asked "Where did I keep the headphone that I took from there?". No greetings, nothing. Just asking this question in front of others as if he already confirmed that I stole something from there! I was shocked and frustrated by hearing this, was too much humiliated in front of a large group of people. How others who left that time will think about me when they see me next time?! Don't you have a CCTV to check who took the headphone rather than insulting me in front of many others whom I know and whom I don't know. I haven't even checked any of the headphones. Are you just relying on the COLOUR OF THE POLO!
Is this the right way of dealing with customers? A first time experience in the last 17 years of my life in UAE. Suspecting me as a thief, this is not how my parents brought me up, this is not the value that I learned. If I want to buy a headphone, I can buy hundreds.
I went to customer care to return the items that I bought asking for a refund. She said voucher can only be issued, I insisted for a refund as what use in getting a voucher if I don't have any plans to go back to Lulu. So she called her Manager, 2 of them came, I explained everything to them, they apologized and so I took the items with me.
Don't you give any training to all the staff to deal with customers, to resolve the difficult situations etc.
How you deal with these type of staff?
Not sure about the UAE law on mental harassment by humiliating in the public, I will check with legal advisers.

beetroot labneh
Yesterday, I was the fresh food section and packed beetroot labneh. There was a crowd at the counter, so I didn't notice that beetroot labneh looked stale. I bought however without noticing. As I came home, I felt its spoilt immediately. It was pale, whitish instead of being the usual dark pink. I said probably it's my head. Today I removed it to have, come out, it's changed color and already starting forming mould. I immediately threw it from my plate and from the box that it came in. Don't you guys have a quality check on items being served to customers? This isn't the first time I'm getting stale food here

parking problem staff problem and policy problem
How many years im buying my groceries in lulu hyper salmiya branch but today.. This is the first time staff stopped me from using the grocery trolley to bring all the things i purchased to the near parking but not lulu parking coz they dont find parking witnin their vicinity. This cause embarassing when all people around starring at us ( me, my husband and my kid) and it caused too much delay arguing so i called their hotline but unfortunately, 3 person talk to me and no manager attend and come to me for long time and its too hot outside..how ur stopping a customer to use the cart... I will not stole it.. But this is what the staff let us feel in front of all the people there.. Is this the customer service youre giving to ur regular customer? Besides too much staff really smells very bad.. Dont know peraonal hygiene..until someone cme to help us bring the cart and the things to where we park..LULU HYPERMARKET SALMIYA! Do i need to scream and get mad for ur very bad service before u let me use ur cart even i purchased to ur supermarket? UNTIL I LEFT MAD AND EMBARRASSED, NO MANAGER CAME TO ME AT ALL!

I purchased a Sony Bravia tv KD43X7000E serial no. 5002372 from Madinat Zayed lulu Abu Dhabi few months before and I bought it to India . Now it's remote sensor is not working but I lost my bill but I still have the warranty card Ref no . On warranty card 2045742. When I called the Sony service centre they asked for the invoice no. on the bill. They said I would have to pay for the service or you should contact the store you bought the tv and ask them for the invoice no. Since my Sony tv is still in warranty period I request you for the bill invoice no.

One of the burners is not working. Bought the burner on 20th April. Such a new stove, I have hardly used a couple of times. Now the service guy is saying that min 1 week to 15 days they will take to repair. They cant give me a spare burner during that time. Respected sir, I Devaja Reghudev is a usual customer in Lulu hypermarket, me and my friends purchase everything from Lulu hypermarket only due to its quality and assurance .On 31st july 2019 i purchased lulu short grain sortex rice along with some other items from our near by branch osaimi lulu hypermat, we consumed it over two weeks .But today i noticed some cluster of spoiled rice grain towards the bottom .Last week we had abdominal cramps and diarrhoea and consulted a medical practisioner, he diagnosed it as food poisoning, but now only came to know the reason behind it as, is this spoiled rice .So i would like to seek your attention on handle food safety while sorting, processing and packing of food products ..
