I am a permanent customer and I was shocked today With the worst cashier I dealt with him in Lulu Hypermarket
First, the way he spoke is bad
Secondly he threw up my goods with very bad attitude, My Coca-Cola glass bottles were spoiled
He is not look like LULU HYPERMARKET's Staff

trolleys brought using escalator is causing threat to customers
I am in Lulu mall with my mother in edappally, Ernakulam. When we were coming up to hyper market from the basement car parking, a guy was carrying a number of trolleys using the escalator. The trolleys were not in order and the person bringing it up was really short to manage such a huge number of trolleys. When we were about to get down, the misaligned trolleys were coming back with the staff not controlling it. My mother's feet and leg was going inside the trolley with she about to topple down which would have created a mishap with all the customers behind toppling and rolling down. I held the trolley and pushed it hard which did not create the mishap. The staff was least bothered and did not even care to apologize. I raised a complaint with customer care in hypermarket but I am not sure if it is registered though they took my name and number as I insisted on registering a complaint. You should employ some healthy, courteous staff to manage such bigger number of trolleys or should have a service escalator for this purpose. My 60 years old mother is now having a leg pain and I am hoping it would not get worse. Attaching a pic, not of the same staff but a different person carrying the load just for reference.

I bought a magnum ice cream 1 pint. And when i come home to eat it i notice that it is already opened and consumed half of it already. I think somebody eat it while inside your market. I will never visit lulu again in my life as I had very bad experience and I was harassed by above mentioned security guard without any reason.
On Friday I purchased grocery from lulu hypermarket in Al Qusais and went upstairs to Lulu clothing store. When I was entering clothing store instead of guiding me to deposit my grocery bag at the counter the security guard took my bag from my hand and started checking without asking me even its bill as if I was some thief. I didn't even enter the clothing section. If I would be exiting the store and if he asked me to check my bag, I understand but without entering the store he started checking my bag and it was very embarrassing as he grabbed me and took to other supervisor. Supervisor also checked my bag though they didn't find anything.
They would have asked bill from me.
I will never ever visit Lulu again as they don't know how to treat customers.

We have done a purchase of 1460 SAR at your outlet in Lulu Hyper market, Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia yesterday 07 Aug 2019 having the Receipt numbers 483725, 358972, 69610, 69609 of items like Omron BP Monitors, Huawei Smart Bands, Electronic toys with rechargable batteries, Sarees, and other stationary items.
We are writing this to inform you regarding the bad experience we had at your centre yesterday.
In all the electronic items purchased we were made to wait for around one hour for testing. At the time of selection itself we asked whether we can see the item and check its working. The customer service people told there is no checking and testing. If any complaints happen we can bring back the items within 3 days. Is it possible for a person who is going to his home country with these items come back in 3 days? We are coming for a purchase in your centre thinking that everything can be bought at a single stop and vacation purchase can be done easily since most visits to Lulu will be at a short notice of Flight departure for vacation.
Later only toys were tested and given back after billing and payments. BP monitors testing was not done.
When we have finalised the items there is no chance for testing; only after billing and payments the box can be opened and tested. For that we have to again go inside to the respective sections. This is really ridiculous and frustrating. It seems they are doing a big favour to us by testing the items sold out.
3 year warranty shown by the manufacturer in the box. But Lulu people saying 1 year manufacturer warranty and 2 year Lulu warranty. Can you specify is this warranty International ?

Hello. I had the worst experience with Lulu hayper market in Khaldyia mall Abu Dhabi. I bought a water dispenser on 2 August and I was not lucky enough as it was leaking and does not cool. I took it back to the store the sales his name is Mohamed said he will check it and exchange it for me. Then he said there is nothing wrong with it it's working well and some people say that but when we check it we find it working. So another sales checked and confirm it not working. I got really mad coz he was talking as if I am laying. Any how I left the machine and the money. And this will be my last buy from Lulu's and will tell all my friends and the people I know. I will even blog about so they will know what type of staff you have.

I removed it from the packet and the stick hardened to a degree that it became unusable after probably a day's time. This (hardening) has happened with previous purchases as well. In fact, before I made the purchase, one of the employees informed me that complaints were coming in this regard.
It's a bit expensive and I've had to throw several sewaks due to this issue.

I just buy this evening the shrimp paste(bagoong) in lulu hypermarket al salam mall salmiya. There is a moulds inside the jar even its sealed.. i just check also the expiry but still valid, i am just wondering why there is moulds inside the jar. You dont have any quality check for your product before they display in the store..! Very disappointing! They dont have a check quality before they display! lulu fresh chicken cut up
I bought 2 packs of fresh chicken leg and 2 packs of chicken thigh (skinless) today at 1:30pm. It was being freshly loaded by the counter staff into the refrigerator. It's the lulu brand. And dated today. I came to find a pack of chicken breast and a pack of chicken leg smelling foul . (& i just stay 5 min away from the hypermarket, so there is no chance of transit damage). I have decided not to use all 4 packs. Pls ensure your staff checks meat before they pack and sell it. It's a health hazard. And can cause food poisoning. Pls remove the whole batch and review before it's sold further .

This email addresses concerns over the work conditions, contract compliance and MOL settlement hearing on July 24th in Tabuk, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I respectfully submit that Lulu's management has acted poorly, first they threatened to toss Mr. Krishna and his belongings on the street, then they took his position away from him, next they offered him a split shift. Today, the Indian manager called Mr. Krishna's Nepal point of hire agency claiming he was acting illegally, and asking that his family be contacted, while Lulu refused to attend a MOL settlement hearing.
Lulu has an outstanding brand, and I am confident that Lulu's can act in full regard of a legally and binding employment agreement. Please see that Lulu's acts in the interests of its workforce that is effectively representing Lulu's best interests.
July 23rd at 8:30 AM the Ministry of Labor conducted a "settlement" meeting under Saudi labor laws. Lulu had been served that notice
well in advance. What's unusual is that no representative from Lulu Tabuk attended yesterday's informal settlement hearing. Mr. Krishna and many of his colleagues have an array of claims that all center on financial contractual issues that they claim are not being contractually met habitually.
We kindly ask that Lulu proactively address these serious employee issues that affect worker's here in Tabuk. Please be advised the matter has been moved into the Labor Court with the next hearing on August 19, 2019. Mr. Khrishna simple seeks monies owed him per the contract, his final exit issued and airfare to Nepal.

Yesterday, I went to Lulu Hypermarket to shop, after returning home I checked the bill and found that there was an extra product (Kdcow Yogurt Full Cream 170g) which I didn't purchase but I had to pay the price for it, didn't expect such dishonest cashiers from such trust able market, first two times I didn't complaint but this is too much. Even I didn't get the product which was listed in my bill.
Hoping this issue will be looked and there are strict rules for cashiers.

I purchased a Hisense tv on 30th May 2019 and within weeks the display started to flick. I called Etisalat assuming it's the set top issue and paid for technician visit as the issue was not from Etisalat. I called Lulu after sales and they come after the promised day and took the tv away. Now LULU is asking me to choose another tv as they don't have it in stock and asked me to visit the branch. After visiting the branch they kept me waiting for an hour as it seemed I was an important customer. Finally, after demanding for my money back they took me inside the store and Mr Kishan (manager) asked me to chose another tv for the same value. Unfortunately, there were no alternatives available with the specs and rice of my old tv. The sales person was not interested in helping me and pushed to choose a inferior model. Upon my denial he showed me another of similar spec but insisted I have to pay the difference of AED 600. I explained to the manager as I cannot pay so much again and I can manage to pay half the difference. Now I am without a tv and left stranded coz I don't want a inferior tv and LULU is reluctant to help. This is totally unprofessional and inconvenience from such a big organization. It is really unjust that I either accept as you say ( go for inferior model or pay extra) or stay without a Tv. I will request LULU's management to look into the issue and resolve it ASAP. This was my first tv from Lulu and the whole experience has become a misery.

My name is Rijil C V. i had purchased your lava iriris 88s mobile phone on 11-07-2019. Unfortunately it is not performing well from my first usage. The problems are.
1) Its software is not updating
2) It is a 2 Gb ram mobile it works like like a below 512 MB ram mobile.
3) The google stops working message is showing always.
4) While using You tube after 10 min it is automatically restart the phone.
5) Al google applications are stopping always after some time.
