Dear Gentleman/Lady, Good afternoon!
I, purchased 2 sets of Bed sheets on 27.07.2021 from Riyadh, Murabba.
When I was about to open a packet, i noticed that the packing was cut and refixed by transparent tape. I thought, may be the poly pack would have got damaged that is why they fixed by tape.
I opened the packet and found the 2 Pillow covers are missing. Other packet was complete.

Kenwood vacuum cleaner VBP50
I purchased the Kenwood vacuum cleaner from the Atrium mall on the 23rd December 2020.
The product starting making an odd sound and the suction was very reduced. This was around April or May. I took the product to the Lulu store at the Atrium mall and was told it would be sent away and would take 2 weeks to be repaired. A month passed and no one from the store contacted me. I then visited the store in either late May or June to ask about the repair. I was told it was not sent as the member of staff responsible found no problem. We turned the machine on in the store to find it was still making an odd sound. I was told to take the vacuum home and clean the filter. I did this and it still made the noise, so I took it back again to Lulu the following week. It was then sent to be repaired. I collected the vacuum last week and was told it was fixed. I have now tested the product and the noise continues, along with a new and more concerning sound. The product does not sound safe in my opinion. I would like a refund for the product as it is not functioning correctly and the store has waited my time enough. The management at the store need to be informed as they have said it is out of their hands and needs to be sent away to be repaired. I have been without this vacuum for over three months and this is the reason for my complaint.

We bought chicken curry from LULU supermarket at karama opposite to karama park on 16.07.2021 19.30 hrs was spoiled .
We plan to feed for children fortunately when opened bad smell came from the box this is very bad and we never felt these type of problem earlier, incase if we never checked children will be under food poison risk or may resulted in death . please take necessary action on concerned supervisor, chef and incharge.If I didn't receive any calls next I will file complain in Dubai Food inspection authority.

On 26th June 2021 we purchased 2 batteries for weighing scale (Energizer brand). Within 2 weeks it's stopped working. Disappointed with such a bad product. I already thrown away the bill. May be you can check in your system. On 26th June after 10pm we billed it and paid it by card. Looking forward for a replacement. It could be a small thing for you but it's big for us.

I received only partial products I ordered and was told that the rest of it, I would receive in couple of hours but in couple of hours but been three days now. I am writing to address an unfortunate incident that occurred because of the Chicken Shawarma served at your Food Court on June 20, 2021.
We bought 4 pcs of Chicken Shawarma online from Lulu Hypermarket, Capsquare, Jalan Munshi Abdullah, City Center, 50100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 20/6/2021.We have attached the invoice as a proof of purchase.
Several hours after having the Chicken Shawarma, me and my family including my kid fell severely ill. The Next day we had to go through the Clinic and later we went to the Emergency Room at KPJ Hospital, Damansara on 23/6/21 and were evaluated by Dr. Anand Hari Rajah as a case of food poisoning.
I have always enjoyed your food, but the severity of the food poisoning, caused our family terrible suffering.
I would like the QC Team to have a check on the food item being sold to the customer.
I would also like to hear what you are doing to address the issue of contaminants or unhealthy cooking practices in your kitchen.

Please note this is really shocked and surprising for me in this last 15 years that the items which was purchased from LULU supermarket Karama has been defected and we cannot used that for cooking and eating. It's a packed items (Paste)and in that packed items we have seen alive weevils in that which are spreads in packet in the items.
How can be LULU so irresponsible about this items and selling this items in store.

I need to disclose this things to the Managing director Mr.Yusuf directly I want to meet him and explain this that what's happening. This is what the LULU management want the customer to eat .

I went to buy fish from Lulu Al Rayyan Mall Sharjah today and found that there was a barricade with red tape, to prevent the customers handpicking the fish they want to buy, i requested the fish monger to pack me half kilo of sardines, after reaching home i found that the fish is smelly and spoiled and its not good for consumption, No wonder why the store Manager Amir put a Red taped Barricade -
secondly I bought datu puti vinegar 350 ml the price was displayed as 2.50 aed but during billing they charged 2.95 aed, when ever i enter Lulu i see all managers with price pamphlets cross checking the items, i wonder whether they cross check or just doing cardio

I took refrigerator from marwa branch Jeddah and they gave me different model and when I asked them they misguided me thay it is same model and etc and if you don't need then return it.
My question is why they gave me the wrong model intentionally.
This is extremely poor customer service from lulu. I will make complain in municipality of Jeddah and also in ministry of commerce.

few months before I bought weetabix packet, while opened too many worms and bad smell. Then I returned to lulu, That time your manager promise these types of issues will never happen again.
We didn't expect from lulu, this is really bad experience for us.
Washing Machine
I purchased Electrolux washing machine in 2019 with extended warranty of 2 years, totally 3 years.
The machine is giving continuous issues with cycle time, initially only 1 program was running short cycle now almost all the programs are running short cycles. Each program is running for approx 20-25% less time. In b/w the drum was also making very high noise but was later fixed, thou sometimes the noise continues.
Since March 2021, the machine has already been to service center 5 times, every times it comes back there is a new issue. The problem still persists.
I have captured the difference in time in pics and videos but the pics sizes are too big to attached. All the pics and videos are shown to the lulu staff and also the service team members who visited earlier to check the machine.
My issue is that I have wasted significant time with lulu barsha after sales service and the only answer I get it that machine has to go back for service center checking.
My question is that how many I have to undergo this ordeal as now it becomes a ongoing story, as every week they take the machine for Checking...
The worst charters in my ordeal is the After Sales Service Manager and his Supervisor, who keeps making false promises and commitment on every complaint.
If a problem is not resolved in 5-6 visits and with the replacement of PLC, then it is obvious it will never be resolved.
Lulu sold us extended warranty at the time of purchase and now they not fulfilling the terms, which is if problem persists then machine has to be replaced.

I have purchased a Bluetooth Earphone from LULU Hypermarket, Mall of UAQ, Umm Al Quwain on 03.06.2021; time: 19:01 with an invoice receipt no. 130014.
I didn't unboxed it at the same time when I purchase the headset. So, I couldn't check the working condition from there.
After unboxing and put for charge for some time and I tried to use the product, but there was no sound and also heard some vibration sound (unpleasant sound).
I tried to call by connecting it, but the sound was very low, after checking the switches I found it is jammed and not working properly.
So, I request you to replace the item with a new working one or any other brand.

Pathetic online delivery service
Placed an order online for Samsung ear buds and had to follow up multiple times for the delivery which has not come as yet. All that I got to hear from the customer service agent is maam it will be delivered today but all false statements. Will never recommend any one to buy anything ever online from lulu. They collect the payment in advance and deliver after a week after multiple follow ups. Truly disgusted. Please note my goods have not yet been delivered as yet.
