I would like to post my complaint about my today experience in KSA LuLu Hypermarket Al Batha Riyadh city.
I am a frequent lulu customer not only Riyadh, Al Khobar, Bahrain, UAE, and 13 years in Kuwait I always go to LuLu Hypermarket to buy my necessary items.
But yesterday 7/5/2020 my friend visit at 2:30 pm LuLu Hypermarket Al Batha, so I inform to buy (air pods) brand name TW5 / SAR 149.
When I received that item it's full pack and I open the box to check that time I find it case cover is broken, so today afternoon I visit lulu and I raise the complaint to the salesman as he was rude and NOT willing to listen and did NOT give a proper answer. I was surprised by his behavior as I have been a regular customer for the last 13 years. I did not expect this attitude.
After that I meet with supervisor and manager both come and ask about my concern and I did explain to them very well, but they listen to words of the salesman, they did not believe my words and they decided to review camera footage thus I waited for 1 hour and they didn't find any mistake in the camera footage, they wanted more time to review camera footage.
I have returned Air pods (TW5) amount 149 to the mobile section.

Hi,
I had purchased 4 chicken samosas from the Ramzan special and while having those I found those were Vegetable samosas.
While buying food stuffs from lulu, we might reach home and only realise this especially during the lockdown.

Misbehaviour of Lulu staff and Trolley boys - WTC Lulu Abu Dhabi
It happened 3 times in recent weeks to me. Trolley boys are harressing customer in WTC Abu Dhabi Lulu center.
They misbehaved when I tried to take trolley with my stuff to my car and started asking too many questions like they are in Police.
Another time they stoped me on the road and took my stuff out of the trolley I had and started putedt it in demaged trolley when I tried to talk to them 3 of them ganged up on me.

I am a frequent lulu customer and 3 weeks ago products where canceled from my cart, up till now, no refund. I emailed no reply, I try calling - no answer, and to make a call cost money and airtime. Please I need help. Another order I received 3 days ago, there was a product missing which i was charged for and cancelled items, who do I contact to get all my money? I have no car and I am unable to go to a store.

Ikon led colour tv E43DMS
The tv works ok but I cannot change the settings using the menu button.
I want to adjust the sleep function so the tv doesn't go into sleep mode when I'm using the monitor as a receiver for internet radio using Tune in app.
The remote does work for other functions.

Order not delivered
I ordered swing bed and nail clipper on april 12th and opted delivery slot on 17th april between 3:00 to 5:00pm.. But only nail clipper is delivered and delivery person had no idea about the swing bed. They send me the invoice for the two items.. I send few mails but they did not reply to any one of them. I tried toll free number also..

Non delivery of order lulu hypermarket online uae
Order # [protected] of 31 March promised delivery 1 April (maybe April's fool?) 3-5pm and then later in the day updated to 1 April 9pm. Still after 10 emails to "customer care" (joke) and several phone calls in vain, not a word back. This is really rude and incredible. If any reply don't give the standard "sorry contact customer service" because they don't care the least.

Braun silk epil lady shaver
On the 11th of April I bought an Epilator from LuLu Sinaya, Al Ain, UAE, at least I thought I did. On the shelf it clearly stated that it was an epilator. I threw the receipt away, but i paid with a card, so it is not difficult to find the purchase. When I tried it. it turned out that it was a shaver and not an epilator. On the 14th I went back to the shop and I told them that they sold me the wrong product, although they admitted it, they refused to swap the shaver for an epilator, because the box was opened. Please help me to exchange this shaver for an epilator.

I purchased an item from Lulu online on 4-April-2020. As per their promise in the site, it was to be delivered within 2-4 days. Then I attempted several times to contact them to clarify some doubts. Even after trying the whole day, no one was attending the phone. They didn't deliver the item as promised. Even they are not replying to the mails or attending the calls. On 9th evening, their delivery agent called me and I sent my location to him. For long 3 hours I was waiting for him and I made several calls to him. At last he was telling me that he came to my gate and missed a call and went back. This is unbelievable. As a prestigious company, customers are expecting a better customer service. Due to lock down in Kuwait we were advised to do online shopping for the convenience
I had purchased Food processor and fan with higher price comparing to other shops in kuwait

Gas Stove
We had purchased a gas stove from Lulu hypermarket Ajman near Royal furniture building, ajman. In October we purchased and within 15 days there was a fault with the nob we got it replaced with new one. Again the new one has the same prob when we switch on the stove and leave the nob then it gets switched off. We have to do this process of switching on 6-7 times whenever we try to switch on..
The sales person over there are really UNPROFESSIONAL

I would like to file a complaint against one of your supervisor at lulu hypermarket al rayyan branch in sharjah. His name is Hem Raj. Today I went to this branch to buy some fruits and other foods that i need, i went to fruit section to buy a bundle of banana and ask the staff to weigh in but your staff didn't allow me as i need to use a plastic bag i inform your staff that i dont want to use a plastic bag because its not good for our nature but still he didn't allow me so i speak to one of your supervisor with regards on the issue. I inform the supervisor that i dont want to use a plastic bag but instead i want to use eco bag and i get surprise when the supervisor didn't allow me to buy a banana without using the plastic bag, i explained to the supervisor that plastic bag are not good to our nature thats why im avoiding using the plastic but instead i will use eco bag. Now my question is, why lulu hypermarket al rayyan branch are promoting to use plastic bag and what is the use of your eco bag. We all know that plastic are not good to our nature and the same reason i explained to your staff and to Mr. Hem Raj but still they wanted me to use plastic? Is your eco bag is just for your profit sake and your people doesn't understand the real issue behind using plastic. Our mother nature is crying because of your ignorance. For your information i didn't buy the staff that i bought from your store because of this reason. Really disappointing.

Kenwood juicer JEP 02
dear customer service agent,
i bought a juicer brand kenwood jep 02 from your branch on mar. 3, 2020 when i plugged it in electricity to use it it started to show smoke from the inside motor then smelled like electrical fire shock. i visited lulu hail branch in order to return the product or exchange it to a newer one. they told me to meet the electronics dept. and they checked and inspected the juicer condition and told me to go to the customer service dept. and waited for the maintenance guy his name salman for about 10 to 15 mins then he showed up and plugged the juicer to electricity and told everything is fine and won't send it to maintenance, he concluded that the machine is working now and that is it. I told him please exchange it to a newer one and he refused then i asked " is it standard that any kenwood machine bought from lulu make fire or smoke?" or has it happened before like this because all new machine when started doesn't make what happened to me and he replied it could happened sometimes when fire shock occurs then it will run normally and he offered that the machine is under insurance for 2 yrs when it is broken comeback!. afterall, he packed the machine and told me that is lulu terms and regulations. i refused his offer and i asked for a manager and waited for almost 1 hr and half and came another maintenance guy (saleh) and told me the same thing and i refused to speak until the manager come by. they made me wait another 15 minutes and came to me that the manager is upstairs if you want him go to him, i had my 3 babies and my wife i refused to move and told him i am the customer your manager should come down and meet his customer gently on time or when asked for not making me wait for an hour and half then sends a messenger! another guy his name is Saleh told me they might put me in prison! and making fun of me! i have visited your other stores in other cities and never experienced this and other competitors treat their customers gently and nicely and this has reflected your image very badly in my experience. then came the manager (awadh alrashidi) afterall and heard me speaking on the phone with the customer service call center making an appeal on the situation and told that they will accept to send it and i refused to give to them until my complaint is resolved then i can give my product to someone i trust and respectful. in conclusion, my experience is very very bad at Hail branch and i still have my juicer with me as it is! also, i would like to return it and get my money back and never get back to these people whose service is bad!
