Hi. I just want to express my disappointment and dismay in your company regarding HEALTH and SAFETY not only for your staffs, but as well as for your customers especially at times like this when there is a global outbreak, Coronavirus COVID-19 to be specific.
I just observed that nobody among your staffs are wearing face masks and when i asked one of them, they told me that they were asked NOT to wear! Like seriously? Your management is insane! And this is a matter that has to be taken seriously. We can't say where and when and to whom the virus will infect so it is better to have preventive measures to be done before something worse will happen. You are not suppose to stop your staffs protecting themselves but instead teach them how to stay safe.

I really don't wanna mention my name cause I am working in lulu Emir Fawaz jeddah KSA. WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, to all seniors. Yesterday 3 March one of lulu's employee came to me and dictated me rudely for some things related to the work. And when I ask for reasons his answers was so surprising, (IT'S UP TO ME HOW TO MANAGE LULU STORE). I Consistently asked for reasons his reply was same. After few moments he went to his one Indian and Saudi boss and they came just kicked me out without listening my explanations. I just want you to take some action on my complaint and teach them how to treat the colleagues.

I am really sorry to say that this is the worst online shopping experience for me. I have booked a TV (Order no: [protected]) on 21st Feb and I was promised to get the delivery within 2-4 working days, but till date even after several follow-up emails & calls there is no trace of my TV except fake promises.
This is very unprofessional way of doing business and I am sure this will lead to loss of customer,

Delayed products delivery/ Poor communication
Dear madam/ sir
I've purchased the items With the details below on Thursday 27/02/2020 19:34 Hrs, from the local branch at my neighborhood, and requested an ASAP delivery, which was scheduled for today; Saturday "Before 12:00 pm", and promised that "someone will call me before an hour to delivery. Well, I called at 10:08 to check, And provide my house address, and after checking my order details by the delivery office staff, I was reassured, and told that "the driver will call me", which didn't happen! So I called again at 10:46 and 11:28 am, as in both, the staff promised to call me back, and again, she didn't.
Eventually after the scheduled delivery time, someone called me and apologized, as "their salesman didn't provide my order details to the company's delivery section, and thus I have to wait until tomorrow".
I find this inconvenient, from the salesperson, Lulu delivery office, and Panasonic side, as either someone was dishonest, or taking their jobs as a joke!

Am daily seeing in sea food area in roof there is aquarium for keeping thilaphia fish, all most all is dead still now people are not ready to remove it. Feels so sad and by these kind of working procedure you people are destroying your companies image. Its dead and already spoiled, we can see from out itself. Its aquarium, so you need to follow the standard at least. Staff is showing too much of negligence and even they are not ready to clean it or change it. While seeing this we are not even feel to buy fish from there. Really I can call this as [censored]. Spoiling your own reputation and peoples image and trust towards lulu. I had seen many lulu in different countries, but this is too sad guys.
poor service
I saw the promotion for black and decker electric grill and it got discounted from 189 to 159AED. When I went to the counter the display items are the not the one on sale. I asked for an item replacement immediately and hence they searched for the item that should be on sale. After 15 minutes of waiting I approached the supervisor of WTC Abu Dhabi whose name is VIKAS again to follow up about the requested item. To my surprise He told me that he has a customer. I told him that I am also a customer and that I should be prioritized because I came before they came. He didn't assist me and instead pass the task to his colleague. After 30 minutes of frustration his colleague came without the item because it's out of stock. I requested for a refund but VIKAS cannot be found anywhere. The customer service needs his signature for the refund to take place, yet he seems to be hiding and don't want to talk to me. The fund was then approved by the manager. I strongly suggest that this kind of staff shouldn't be working in your organization because he is ruining your good reputation. Such a bad service! I'm extremely frustrated with this VIKAS action. I hope you will do something about this kind of action.

rude behaviour of cashiers and managers
It was really worse experience while shopping in lulu khaitan Kuwait. I was having little stuff like vegetables and chicken that was worth of approximately 3kd. When I left from home by mistake I forgot to take some cash. But I had carried my cards .after shopping when I reached to the Express counter ( because I was carrying like 5 items), the cashier made my bill properly, then I asked I would split my payment, I paid 2.75kf through the debit card, and when I asked for the remaining amount I will pay by another card, then the cashier asked to manager, the replied in very bad way, that was really embarrassing for me..I feel too, when another customer said he will pay for .
It means if someone not carrying cash so they can't buy any thing below the worth of 100- Phils.

Dear Sir,
Time and again your in house cooked food fall short of our expectations. Though it is a general statement wish to point out a few things found lacking or not par with others.
The raw items used in the cooked food at counters many a times feel are out dated. Some days cooked food become stale and there is no quality check from your side.
The Bakery items look very glossy and showy but they don taste as good inside. The recent plum cake purchase had gratings of nuts on the out side but inside when you cut it was scant of even normal fruits & raisins found in other regular bakeries. The taste was also not as good as expected.

I had purchased Sun soya white coffee from Lulu hyper market Behrain, dated : 12/12/2019. Store: 3640. I am from Pakistan, and I was in Behrain for few days when I purchased this coffee. Unfortunately when I returned home and I excitedly opened the coffee, made a cup and drank it. I had severe pain in my stomach and vomiting after that. I noticed the expire date of coffee. It was expired item since 25/2/2018. Unbelievable for me, how can such a big superstore can sell expired products to its customers?
