Dear sir/mam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the manager in customer service in lulu center. I have been facing the difficulties for over a month now and I feel that it's the correct time to report a formal complaint letter against him.
Here is what happening last month;
I've been in customer service last month sorry I can't remember the date and time. His behavior towards his staff in customer service has been extremely rude, very rude. He has been calling bad words to his lady staff and he almost slapped the water gallon he was holding at that time to his lady staff.. Which is for me was so annoying why this demon person was working in. That area.. For me he look like a demon/ satan to me.. Very very rude human being. His behavior is unacceptable..
I would request you to please look into this and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I hope you would understand the situation his staff's right now and please take immediate action for this. Coz when I was there last week one of his lady staff is not there anymore. Please even you will check your camera/cctv.
