Mobile
I went to Al khoud, Muscat, Oman branch for buying mobiles. After selecting the mobile, the sales person told that he will pack the display piece itself. I had seen that mobile on display even 6months back, so they are trying to sell the old displayed mobiles also. They was no discount also. Then I went to Nesto which is very close by and the same mobile price sealed piece was 6riyal less than the Lulu.
Got spoiled grilled chicken
Today I bought grill Peri Peri chicken of bill number 529151 of 14.50 dhs.
When I open it after reaching home it smells very bad.
Missing items from trolley
Yesterday lulla hypermart eqaila I purchased some electronics items and cosmetic items but your trolley boy did not keep all items in the trolley. I seen the video and found some missing items. But you staff is not agree to pay back full amount of missing items they agree to pay 50% of total amount which is not fair. Please take necessary action to resolve this issue. Dear lulu managers, i came yesterday on the 1st of October to sar branch bahrain to buy a shoe cabinet it was fully white, a guy there told me i can assumable it for u fully brown if u like i told him ok i will come later and the next day i went to dana mall branch i saw the same shoe cabinet with brown doors i asked him if he can change it into fully brown he said we can't u have to buy it as it is, so i have decided to go back to sar mall branch and get it from there apparently the managers spoke to each others and decided to give it to me all white color however in the website its brown and white, and the manager told me depends on your LUCK how the package will be when you purchase the iteam if its brown we will do it brown if its white we will do it white, , im so unsatisfied with the whole senrio.

Kindly iam disappointed from lulu almaza branch.
As I wasca regular customer of lulu Uae, qatar even here in egypt in 5th district
But the new branch has a wide problem in the quality of food, this is the second time for me to go at this branch.
At the first time I bought cleaning stuff and a bar of New Zealand butter, it was beside another kinds of butter. when I tried I found it like the plant butter in taste not the taste of New Zealand butter, I told my self maybe its a mistake in packaging
This time I bought during the last 10 days a bill with 3500 egp then 1050 egp.
I wanted to try the fresh minced meat at the butcher part the kilo was 170 egp which this price in egypt for a v. good quality.
But when I tried the taste and texture not for a fresh meat its like the frozen not Baladi.
And I went to the butter section and focused to choose well this time I found a small refrigerator for new New Zealand butter, I bought 2 blocks around 2 kilos, and for the second time I found the same taste of the plant butter.
The goda cheese its not the taste of gouda even wrote it is gouda. And after 3 days in refrigerator I found green spots on it.
Iam really disappointed and felt that I was cheated
Is all of that just a mistake? and all in quality of food. For sure there is something wrong
For that I sent you at Uae branch to make sure that my complaint will be respected and take an action

I was double billed on my debit card and I still haven't received my refund.
I was double billed on my debit card at Lulu Khobar on the 20th of September. The cashier told me the money was going to be reversed after 24 hours. I waited for a week and there was nothing. I then went back and spoke to customer service, and the gentleman I spoke seemed not to care about my concern. He asked me to write my name and phone number on a brochure and told me the accounts department was going to call me. Today is the 27th of September and I haven't heard anything from Lulu. This is very bad customer service.
Desired outcome: I need my money back.
Hot food section - burnt chicken in shawarma
Bought a chicken shawarma at 18.38 today. Inside were burnt hard pieces of chicken that no living creature can consume. It was like trying to eat glass with a burnt flavour. Very disappointed with Lulu.

Yesterday the 24 September 2021 I had visited Lulu Hypermarket, dubai stadium metro and based on on the the offer picked 2 gloves and understand at the cash counter that each was charged 10 AED. Which I showed the guy handling that section had no clue.Really wasted lot of time.

It was on the 21st of September 2021 in the LULU Muteena branch Deira Dubai. I have been noticing this scam for quite some time that they trick the customer with the sales price for number chicken items in the shelf with mixing the SKUs for example they keep the price tag for 800g for sale for particular brand and they mix the other brands and 1000g or 900g with the same shelf. It happened to me number of times and I was thinking it was a mistake but this date I found out this is done purposefully. I was trying to talk to the outlet manager on the spot and he hid somewhere and never accessed me to talk to him. I was at a customer care with a petty boy who does not even know what is going on. please be aware of this trick/scam. After I made this complaint to the cashier she wasted around ten to fifteen minutes and exchanged me with another brand. again she made a billing error and I had to wait another ten to fifteen minutes to get the refund. I was really pissed and I still wonder what is going on with LULU.
After came home I found out that they have not returned the invoice to me. total disaster.

Please be informed that almost 1 1/2 month before I bought the said Vacuum Cleaner from your store. Once I went to your customer service about the hose problem. Now it seems there is no power in machine and unable to clean the carpet. I have been cleaning its filter on regulars basis even though the power is too low while it is 1800 W. Kindly advice and solve my complaint.

My Name is Riaz, I am living in Saudi Arabia for more than five years. I love shopping in LULU. I use to go twice in a month or thrice for getting items. I had a bad experience for the past weeks in Lulu hypermarket. Last Saturday I visited Lulu mall in Amir Fawaz. I purchased some items which cost around 250 SR. But when I came to the counter the employee billed me around 370. I asked him to check again later on and he has billed me for the items which I did not purchase. Maybe it was by mistake by the staff and I left. But when I came home and checked the bill again, I was not not satisfied as I saw items in the bill which I did not purchase. Every weekend I used to visit and purchase regularly. Till date I have not checked the bills on my purchases. But that incident made me worried because I do not know whether we are paying the correct amount for my purchase. Yesterday on 14.09.2021 i visited again to the Lulu in Marwah Jeddah for purchasing some items as there is a promotion . Since i had the bad experience of incorrect bill in last week i purchased the items and checked my bill for the correctness but what happened is i have charged 75.95 Sr for the item which cost SR 29.50. . I rushed immediately to the counter and asked about the incorrect bill . They are saying that it was a system error. Later on one person came and convinced me and asked me to give feedback . I have written the feedback and I collected the amount.I was just wondering how the staff can be so irresponsible. It is not a matter of money, it is a matter of trust. for that purchase in the hypermarket I have to travel nearly 30 km in a taxi in case if the bill is incorrect I have to spend another 30 SR and travel 30 km to get that incorrect amount or in another situation if I did not check the bills then 30 SR is a loss for me. I don't know how many customers have gone without checking after purchasing. I have attached all the screenshots. I have never ever checked the bills of LULU Hypermarket during my purchases . But hereafter I will check and tell my friends and my known circles to be vigilant during their purchase in Lulu. I have also given you the feedback in their suggestion box.

Product new mobile vivo y21 sim tray is defective
We purchased ViVO Y21 on 10-Sep-21 from lulu al wahda abudhabi. We inserted the Sim today. Wen we tried to open tray, it's not opening. SIM stuck inside. Wen we reported the same. They were saying 3weeks to get the mobile back. We explained emergency of that SIM still no one cares and also they were saying that we may have to pay the charges for new mobile purchased just 2 days ago. Never expected this from a reputed company. Defective piece was sold to us and on the top of it they were saying that charges should be paid if required. Lost trust on ur store and the bad behaviour of the staff store department manager. I would like to convey my experience that I had at one of your branches at Hamdan Street Lulu express. I had a lulu gift voucher to consume and was trying on clothes from the clearance section. Since the amount of clothes exceeded the staff there started saying I am not allowed to do so, judging me for whether I would be buying a large amount of clothes. I tried to raise the complaint to the supervisor Mr Rahman Abdul Rahman but he just gave a Covid reason. If covid is THE reason then kindly lock your trial rooms, if bulk buying is not allowed kindly stop your gift vouchers. It's the most horrible experience I have ever had shopping by far. Will never recommend it to anyone.

We always purchase A to Z from lulu only, I always buy stuffs from lulu Dubai(stadium branch )I had very bad experience yesterday September 1st evening around 8 pm, I went to take men foot mask, I couldn't find so I asked the girl who stand near me, she told me there is no such things for men, but I know there is, so I was searching and found, then I told her there is for men see it's here, for that she replied, you found rite take and go, what kind of attitude is this .she treated me as if I am her slave, I got really pissed off, I told please behave urself for that she asked me to behave myself..then I told her don't raise ur voice, I ll definitely complain, tell me your name, she said y should I tell my name, I can't tell, then at the end she told me my name is Gin go and complain, (she was raising her hand)I went to the manger, then manager asked her to apologize but she told she can't apologize and she was replying so rudely..(your staff is wittiness) I came home, I didn't buy anything…such a worst staff and human I never saw in my life..manger apologized but what is point in tat, he didn't do any mistake..manger said she is a promoter for some product okay let it be, when I asked her she should have told me in good manner that she is a promoter for some product and she don't know about this …my complaint is her behavior and attitude is worst, second thing she is giving wrong information (saying that there is no such product in lulu for men)please take action on her otherwise you ll loose ur customers

I 'm a regular customer of Lulu hypermarket. I have LuLu Dana Card. Using that I purchased one ikon Gas stove on Jan 14, 2021 @ Ramli Mall for 17.990 BHD. There is a warranty of 1 years. Almost 7 months over now. Today morning while cooking the big sound came and gas table glass top burst. By god grace nothing hapened to us. Please advice what shall i do now. If i returned to shop, will they exchange?
Rude behaviour of Cashier
I 'm a regular customer of Lulu hypermarket and most of the time I did not have any awful experience. But Yesterday I really got insulted by one of cashiers who is working at Muharraq Lulu hypermarket .
I ve approached the " less than 10 item" billing section counter with the items that need to be billed, unfortunately I did not see the signboard mentioning that the desk is closed even though a lady cashier (wearing Black scarf) was sitting there .This lady scolded me saying that"can't you read this" as if behaving to me like her servant, and kept this sign board again to the desk very powerfully. And just after a minute she opened the counter for another customer also. If this is the approach of your staffs towards the customer, I am very sorry, this company will lose more and more customers.
This incident happened on 18.8.21 between 15.40-15.50 hrs
Service warranty delay and ignoring service update
I would like to complain the service warranty delay, ignoring the customer call and update and dropping the phone by the customer service staff in Lulu Hypermarket, Fujairah. I have purchased Nikai kettle, there is a warranty of 2 years. I purchased on May 24, 2021. Brought back on July 23, 2021. I have not received any update and your staff is also not calling back on me whenever i ask for update.
