About lulu darsait oman service i'm complaining
Dear sir/ madam,
Today ( 15/07/23) I faced a really humiliating experience at Darsait lulu hypermarket. I bought one flower bouquet from flower section and went to pay at counter. As I was in hurry to reach a party unknowingly entered a counter where plastic bags are not issued for any purchase. So after paying I went to other section to pick a small plastic carry bag for the flower bouquet.
But the counter helping person pulled the bag from my hand and said no carry bag will be issued if we buy anything from that counter. It was really humiliating experience as the customers are treated in such disrespectful manner even after paying for the product to pick a small carry bag.
I request you to kindly advice the counter and other staff to be courteous towards customers and maintain lulu standards.
Desired outcome: I hope the management will seriously consider this request and provide better customer service.
Skyworth TV installation not done
I purchased Skyworth TV from Lulu Stadium store on 27th June 2023.
And Sales Staff Mr. Shabil [protected] has confirmed it that on 30th June 20123 ( Friday ) technician will come and install the TV.
But 30th june 2023 passed and today 1st July 2023 still no one has called me when the Technician is coming.
Really upset such false promised by your Lulu Staff.

Hi,
I have purchased Phone from Lulu Hypermarket @ 27.6.23 since my old phone was not working due to display issue. While purchasing the same, I have asked the merchandizer whether data's or contacts can be transferred from my old phone to new phone without any extra cost and he assured me the same. I clearly told him & showed the phone to him that i can't view anything in this phone. When I visit the store @ today (30.6.23), I couldn't find that person and another gentleman called Suhail told me that It can't be possible to transfer & I have to visit any mobile shop.
My concern is that for buying a product do not mislead any customers with false promises. Now I couldn't recover any contacts which affect my company activities as well.

Indian Buffalo Meat from DIP LuLu hypermarket
My wife bought Indian buffalo meat from LuLu DIP hyper market near NMC on 13th June 2023 afternoon and cooked after he reached home in Al Furjan after 1 hour. While cooking its notice that its smelling very bad. The whole house smelled very bad due to this spoiled meat they given. We purchase this meat for a dinner evening with our friends and it was not good to be served because of the very bad smell that wafted from it. This is the third time I faced this problem with meat and fish I purchased from LuLu and When I checked about this with my friends everybody have this bad experience lot of time while they purchased meat and fish from lulu in Dubai.

Rice cooker
Would really appreciate if you could assist me with my complaint. I am here standing at the front of the customer service in WTC mall Abu Dhabi, 2nd floor. I am complaining with my rice cooker which is not working, I bought in 22 Dec 2022 which its not taking for 6 months so I am asking for a replacement and here at WTC mall, Abu Dhabi customer service at the 2nd floor. I kindly asked them if they have an options since Jeff, let me to signed the agreement of repairing which he didn't explained to me first that it takes 7-14 working days and My rice is soggy for almost 1 hour now and I am begging for them to give me some option.but Jeff told me to buy a new one, since I am not leaving in front of him, he was saying that it is up to you to stand there long time but we cannot do anything just to wait repair your rice cooker after 7-14 working days. I was saying that I will wait for 7 to 14 days to wait to cook my rice absorbing the water. I am almost 1 and half hour now standing in front of him. But seems he really don't have am options how to resolve the issue.
The Manager was politely explaining to me but the Filipino guy Jeff name, told me that Stand until its getting a repair. We cannot do anything for you.
Can you please raise this matter as for your customer.

Minced chicken
I bought 02 packets of minced chicken from the al wahda mall lulu store yesterday, the production date of the product showed 29th of may and expiry in 03 days from the production date. Today when i opend the box bith the minced chicken were expired and had a horrible smell. The second box was a little inflated even at the time of buying it. I need a fuul refund for this 02 products because its clearly not ethical to sell expired food products.
Misbehavior of staff in fashion store (staff of lingerie section)
29/05/2023 at after 11 pm I asked the about exchange of the item which was placed in the wrong section as the child wear item placed in the adult and when I asked about that she asked me why don’t you read the label written completely that its not adult. If I want to read everything written there then why do you make different section for different ages? You can make everything together we customers will read all the labels and will purchase it. When I ask her she answered me there is no space in the children section. Is this the proper way to do. Trusting your section board we purchase the item. The liss is for me I cannot exchange it. Then when I ask her she spoke behind me in her filpino language to her colleague in the customer service at that time and trasing me. Is this the way to treat the customer?

Store to buy a fan and when I was in counter the fan that I bought is not the price that was intended to it. Store must be vigilant on putting correct price of their items. It's customers right if you wrongly put it. To get the items on that price. It's good that the store manager knows it's their mistake and I commend him on that and so with the supervisor. I'm not bad to get the items and paying the regular price but it's my right to get what was intended. Hope this will give a lesson to you're store and the staff about this. it's a serious matter.
Desired outcome: I only want to commend the store manager of lulu express elektra st abudhabi city on the spot action that he took. Just remind staff to be vigilant on this it might happen again.

I purchased a samsung 7kg top loading washing maching from lulu-bausher
(Oman)on 12th May .Till now ie: 15/05/2023 item not delivered & nobody even called.I had provided my two contact numbers.When I tried to contact them it is continuously disconnecting.I am greatly disappointed by this type of service from Lulu.pls arrange delivery at the earliest possible as it is required urgently.

Security was abusive and misbehave
Last night (5/13/23) is a horrible experience in Lulu Hara. Though I'm a regular customer there. The security names Abdul Aziz in front of the departmental store is so rough in behavior.
I bought a water cooler worth 499 sar from there and I went out as I was in hurry because I need to feed my daughter. In the meantime, a security stopped me and asked the bill I showed him but unfortunately there was 2 tees hanging on the trolley which I missed. I apologies to security and told him that as my wife is still in the billing counter with another 2 dresses so I will give it to her. But he didn't want to understand and accuse me for the same and harassed for 1 hour and being abusive in the meant time the saudi lady in the customer service came and tried to speak to him, but he is keep having don't care attitude. Being with my family there harassing by a mannerless person is totally horrible. They told the security supervisor is coming for the bill we wait for 30 min no one show off. Thanks to the nepali retail supervisor present there helped us for the billing and let us go. Its my keen request to the management to do a detail investigation and do the proper decision. A person who can mistreat a family is not in normal condition. I don't want to recall this experience even in my nightmares.

It was apple product airpod. I took that one form the store one of the lulu staff done all the connection that what I need and I went out after a few hours I was sendind the voice memo through watsapp thats was not clear for the orther peopel the voice was dissable to hear fo other. On that time I came back and we checked it again with the same staff on that time the airpod was connected still then they connect my airpod to other then they checked and find a isuue what I faced. Then they told me to come after 2 days I came on that time they say it is ok but we have to verify it for one more time then I came back on next day so they was saying that the unit inside the box dosent match with ip address of the box and the department manager supervisor dgm and gm blamed on me that I changed the unit from outside and they behave very badly to me I beg them and I prove them everything in front of them through my friend and the staff who was with me on that day then also they are not ready to agree they was very rood to me at that time I asked for the report and checklist they was not ready to give that for me they ignored and refuse that all but one staff said to me that when you return and raise the compalint the product was same he mention that he dont know why these people are doing this to me after all I called police they came and the raised a complaint about the probelm what I had faced and they told me to contact the department mannager on that time he was switched off his phone he told me before if you have any probelm just call me I will be there but he was unavaliable.. From all these situvation I proved it that is the mistake what happen from side of lulu hypermarket.. I need a soluation for this as soon as posiible because for me 759 aed is very big price. Fadco ice cream stk kulfi 80ml
Today I have gone to Lulu Hypermarket in Dammam, for some shopping and in that I bought a KULFI of FADCO company, and after coming I opened it and without seeing it I took a bit, but suddenly I felt like vomiting 🤮 as the KULFI was smelling like hell, instead of me if any children took that and if they have eat that who will be the responsible for this. I want a proper answer to it.

This complaint is regarding the half payback offer. When i went to purchase using this offer i was declined the first time stating its not applicable as i have only got items for 92dhrm hence i should get items in total of 100 dhrms. So while fasting i had to head back and exchange and the casheir poonam simply took time in checking me out so i cancelled and came. Next day i grabbed items for exactly 100 dhrms and went to check out again i was rejected claiming that my mobile number is incorrect by cashier margie. Then we had to speak to a supervisor and sort this out. This is utterly bad customer service to get my offer i had to go through so much trouble simply making the offer unworthy.
Desired outcome: Please educate the staff to be more polite towards customers and to also be matured even to not make them suffer.
Poor customer service in Lulu - Mens Garments Section - Madinat Zayed, Abu Dhabi
Today I purchased 2 shirts from Lulu Madinat Zayed. Before I made the payment at the counter I was asking whether the shirts can be Ironed after payment. they were saying yes we will do pressing (ironing) in the same section (Mens Garments Section). I went and asked for ironing. There are 2 people in that section (1 woman and 1 man). They said we don't do ironing. I said in the billing section they told you to do ironing. Then they told me to come back after 10 mins. I came back after 10 mins. That lady was saying the dress was ironed. But shirts were not pressed. If the workers are not ready to do the work then they shouldn't accept the work.
Most of the shirts and trousers in the mens garments section are squeezed and it's not ready to wear.
Staff and management policy
I am reporting a complaint against Lulu Al dhafra Mall store in bedazaid abudhabi and Two staffs that don't know to behave well to elders and customers. Most of the time my father and mother purchase around 2000 dhs items every week and during Ramadan daily purchase atleast 350 dhs worth items and at the payment counter you are told that they have to pay for the carry bag in which the goods are being packed.
I can understand the plastic bags are not good for environment but why don't they provide paper bag instead of plastic. but since I have already spent considerable time in choosing your groceries and cannot obviously carry all those items without a bag or bags.
Important thing! All staffs are not same some behave well and pack the items without charging for the carry bag. So this makes very clear that they charge for bags or not charge according to the customers face and attitude NOT the policy is IMPORTANT.

when I talk to the manager the final reason they tell about is muncipality issue but no other supermarket or hypermarket bring this matter uncessary and they provide bags for the items.
water cooler repair

I have purchased water cooler from Lulu Sharjah near buhaira police station.
this before 4 months.
25 days back cooler didnot worked ,Sent to lulu and they spent 18 days to back it to me which is too much.
After that cooler worked 5 then again get failure which means very bad repair and no serious action taken towards customer.
Such case not accepted from LULU group and will effect on your business
and market .
If Lulu group will not solve my problem I will complain to Sharjah chammber and customor care department soon

I would lik to complaint about one of your staff who is working in you avenues mall specifically in fruit and vegetables section almost all the time I saw him in that section.he is not under uniform. It happens quit a few times . I avoid him many times but it’s become over the head. Unnecessary he is interfering in personal stuff. He is following and doing the same .no bad words but asking personal things by following.

I purchased a motorola mobile on 19th March from Lulu Karama branch. While using I found out that during call, sound is getting break from the first call itself. Visited the Karama branch yesterday( 24th March ) and their response and reply is very bad. They are not ready to replace the phone. In front of the team we made multiple outgoing calls and still faced the same issue. They are forcing us to keep the same mobile and advising us to come back again if it remains same. we are totally disappointed and still repeating the same problem. Hope this issue can fix urgently.

I am a regular customer of Lulu. Very Bad experience for the last purachase. We recently bought a pack of banana chips and Nan ghats of Lulu From Lulu Hypermarket, Bu Tina, in which We found soap powder. How can we trust this,from such a reputed hypermarket. It was the second time we got the taste of soap powder. We are not able to take a picture at that time. Even without knowing this I happened to give this Banana chips to my Two year old daughter. Delay in aftersales services - Lulu Souk Warsan branch
I have given the Nikai mixer grinder (Covered under warranty) for repairing on 15-Feb-2023 at Souk Warsan branch but after almost one month there is no reply from Lulu. Almost 22 days Lulu just kept the mixer grinder at their store and on 9-Mar-23 they forwarded to Nikai service center. Please resolve the issue, as its around one month I'm trying to get the item.
