I am a regular customer of lulu. Tonight at Marwa Store in Jeddah, I was standing in queue for about 30 minutes, when it was my turn at counter 15, a guy came from behind and wanted to jump the queue. I insisted that it is my turn and I am in hurry, but cashier rudely denied to proceed with my stuff which was on the counter. A lady ( probably supervisor) appeared and asked cashier about the issue, she did not listen to my version or bothered to check the cctv and sided with the queue jumper.
This was very bad experience for me who only prefers Lulu for the needs, I had to leave the stuff and walk away. I hope the board looks into the matter and ensures no recurrence in future.

Poor Customer Service
I had the most pathetic experience with Lulu.
I had placed an order on the 2nd March, 2023 however the time slot selection was missed.
Immediately I sent message through the application, and informed them that to send the delivery between 7pm-7:30pm to my address. They raised tickets and sent me 3 emails confirming the same.
However they sent the delivery guy on 3rd March , at 5pm. I leave office everyday at 6pm. I had informed them.
Then the delivery guy left and told me that someone else would bring the delivery.
I made several calls but the customer service representatives paid no heed to my plea.
This is my last purchase with Lulu.
Desired outcome: Should have sent the delivery on the requested time.

i given a mixer grinder for service at lulu hypermarket Fujairah on 29/01/2023 have not received yet. i checked the store alternate days about the status the staffs response is very poor and very irresponsible. they are saying they don’t have any responsibility and the service center will contact the customer. kindly please help me to resolve the issue. it’s around more than 1 month am trying to get the item.

I had a very bad experience with Lulu Hyper market Rashidiya on 24/02/2023 to purchase fish.I selected the fish and given for cleaning around 10.15 PM.The service representative name was Mr. Ashik (Written on the Uniform).We make a round purchase another and again return back approximate 10.30 pm to take the fish from the fish section.Infront of us another service guy came and deliver the same fish to other customer and we informed to that guy that is ours,without listening us, he given to another customer. On the same time in informed to Ashik, but he was not take any action or stop other customer. I spent that much time (till 10.45 pm) after my duty for nothing without have food.When a customer select an item as per his wish and without his consent ,how your representative
I came on the customer service made the written compliant and also informed on the customer service manager. He inquired directly on the fish section,infront of us and i confirm with the Filipino staff, when will i get the feed back. She said on next day. Till now 28/02/2023 @ 5.56 pm , no one had call or email from LULU side. I given my contact number and also the gmail id.

I have purchased an microwave from lulu buraimi branch in march 2022 its a toshiba company janury 2023 its started making noise and sparks so i went to the same branch for service they took the item from me and told me that it might take 15 days to be fixed after 20 days branch called me and said toshiba is asking for the money to fix it when i asked them its in the warant they told me we will talk to toshiba and let you know after that again after many days passed no response then again they called me that they called you i said no then they said actuallt they are not listining to us our manager also talked to them but they didnt listen and want you to pay when i told them lulu is a very big brand how come toshiba will not listen then they said ok we will ask them to contact you then after 10 days some one called me and said you need to pay when i asked the reason then he said its our fault i told him its not broken sparks are coming from inside how this will be my fault he said no no you have to pay otherwise i cannot fix the phone no he called from is a moblie no regstrd to aa local AC repair mechanic after that i am trying to call lulu branch but they stoped answering my phone i even asked them to give me the consumer no cause i will raise it to consumer dept. i am very disapointed with the service i am complaining here first so you will have a chance to fix my issue before going consumer dept hope my issue will be fixed otherwise i will complain that you are giving stuff in local shops for repairing and asking money even under waranty

#14469 delivry driver he enter from damac hill 1 main gate at 9.38AM he is not coprating with security always he is misbehaving and he is trying to teah security how security need to do job. security is polite because security now who is he. please dont give him fine but atleast teach him to how to talk with security and what is delivry guy job how he need to do. He is blocking the traffic always.

I raised the complaint to Lulu and to my surprise, they only entertain complaints for online purchase
To complain about any store item, they forced you to go to the same store and raise the complaint.
This is not ethical and unprofessional.
Another surprise is that they close the complaint on their own without communicating with the customer.

On 22/01/2023 I bought a formal pair of shoes in Lulu hypermarket which is located in stadium, Dubai. I suppose to take 43 size but I took 44 size. I bought it on urgent basis. Once I reached home and comes to know this is not suiting me. So as I checked the bill, it’s shows I have time to replace the product on 7 days from the date of purchased.
I went to the customer service and given back the product but they say there are some dots in the backside of my shoes. So they will return and their approach is really worst. They don’t even know how to behave to customers. I want to return and to take new product which is suits me, I never mind either it is higher price. I wanted you to take action for employees who approached me very bad. I have not taken any video or something to spoil your name.

Its been 6 business days and I am confident that the customer service will again say that there is a technical delay.

I wonder if anyone is actually tracking it.

I have ordered one air fryer on 6th Jan at 9:30. (Today) through their website, www.luluhypermarket.in
The delivery was offered between 4:00 p.m. And 10:00 p.m. on the same day.
After the payments, and accepting the order, the scheduled delivery was seen as four to seven days.
My home is just 4 km away from this Hypermarket. Even if it is just 4 km away, I ordered online to save my time during office hours.
This is said to be a well organized Business Centre with strong backbone. But I don't understand why these people bluff the public with bogus claims.
Desired outcome: Early delivery at least in a day.

After reaching home when I was having the chicken I felt a plastic piece in mouth! What if it was sharp and something happened inside?
Alhamdulillaah, nothing happened so far. I stopped eating after I felt that plastic piece in my mouth? When i checked from where did this plastic piece came then i found out it was from the damaged container. (I dint keep this container in owen. On 25 th I purchased apple, plum and orange lulu online through order no 4416858. Apple I received was of bad quality and I was able to find in when I cut it on monday. I called customer care on monday and they told they will raise complaint only if I give the details within 24 hours. On 29October 22i brought one Ikon shaver and within 10 days its motor not working and when returned it to customer care, they will not replace it and send for service and I will get it after one month!

I just want to rant over the incident on a sales lady that you have being RACIST! This was yesterday Nov. 9, 2022 at around 10pm on the pickled fruits area section. Just because we are not locals she can just keep us wait on the queue entertaining other customers that just came in over us who were patiently waiting for our turn? If i did'nt raised my voice over what she was obviously doing to us she would have not bothered to entertained us, plus the fact that I am with my children who were toddlers and has practically drained my energy already the whole day I would really burst off from such obvious neglect towards us because we are not her kind of people! Good evening, I just want to raise a complain from you branch at Al Hilal, Im regular customer of this branch almost everyday I purchase items, but Im so much disappointed because I was ordering items but they never replying even once. I send a message around 7pm at follow at 8:30pm is anyone there in that store. But thanks to them even one reply they can not even send me.
