I bought a Nikai Refrigerator (NRF400FN 246 Ltr) with serial number [protected] last November 22, 2019. It was delivered after 3 days. Since we just moved in we did not use it right away. At the end of November we tried to opened it but unfortunately it was not cooling. We called Mushrif Branch and Nikai technician called in and gave a schedule after 4 days. During their visit, they said that the freon has problem during the delivery and they fixed it. After that day again it was not that cold and we did not used it and called again. They said that because it is second complaint they will arrange it urgently. But no one called and came after 1 week. 2 days ago I called again the branch and they said that they will inform the technician. That day he came, for 1 minute he checked then he said that he will be back after 1 hour, but its been 2 days now. No call or any update. How unprofessional? You cant even exchange the item. How are we going yo use a ref which is not cooling at all? Please send someone to take this item or I will return it as soon as possible!
Please note that its been less than a month and until now we can't even use the item!
