False information, trying to cheat customer, rude and unprofessional behaviour. Very very disappointed with the experience I had recently with Malabar gold MG Road Bangalore Karnataka branch. I have a gold plan with Malabar Gold ( which was not at all my plan first of all, the staffs over there convinced me and promised so and so things about the plan and put me into it when I visited the store to get a ring), which got matured and from the day it got matured I am trying to buy a chain, pendant and rings. It was told to me that when I joined the plan, either we can select any models from any branch and get it billed in same branch where I have the gold plan or else I can give a design and they will make it for me. I visited most of the branches in Bangalore and I couldn't find the design of my taste, finally I decide to give a design because the designer they have over there was very useless, I even felt that she didn't have any idea about gold design, even though her rude behaviour was much more than anything, and finally I had to give them some design with the products they have over there, which they promised to make it for me. The real story starts from here, the staffs especially the designer they have is completely useless and the way she behaved to me was really rude, she was not ready to give a proper design neither she showed some respect to the customer. The staffs were not giving a proper information, everytime I visit they keep saying different things about the same, in short false information and lying about their own product exchange and resale values. The design I gave and product they made was entirely different, which is very evident for any individual but the staff were not ready to accept it. I really felt like the staffs were literally trying to cheat me by putting a 18k gold which I didn't want or like at all. I tried raising a complaint where ever I can but nobody contacted me back. It's been almost 2 months the gold plan got matured and I have visited the store almost 10-20 times in 2 months. They are entirely telling the opposite of what they told me when they were convincing me to join for the plan versus when it got matured. very unhappy and disappointed with the experience. They are cheating customers and misusing customers trust and money. The staffs behaviour were like, they show that pitty face on customer that the customer can not do anything and we customers need to blindly trust all the lie they tell us. I want to escalate this to higher authorities and hoping that at least for this I will get call back or solution. My money which I have invested is still stuck over there.
