Manager Conduct
I am a customer of Marshalls Canada for years but I must say that I am no longer a loyal customer and I will be telling my friends and family about what I witnessed today. I am disgusted how an employee was treated at the Marshalls location at 655 Sydney Street, Windsor, Ontario - Manager (Bree was her name) was disrespectful, demeaning, derogatory & humiliating to one of their own employees at the entrance of the store and IN FRONT of all the customers. This happened in the front of the store at approx.12:25pm today (August 10th) Her tone and attitude and how she spoke to her was disgraceful and the manager should be disciplined for how she behaved and she shouldn't be working and representing the company whatsoever. I'm shocked what I witnessed today and will never enter that store again. The manager should be disciplined and retrained since that is definitely NOT how employees should be treated. In my opinion, this is a perfect example of harassment and bullying in a workplace. Horrible!

Wrong order sent

I bought a throw for my sofa and the delivery came in today. While the labels indicated that a throw has been delivered, the actual product received was actually a pet play pen.
How could I get a refund for the product pls? And returning this item at a cost via mail seems ridiculous because it's no fault of mine in the first place. I do not live near a Marshalls so going down to the store makes no sense either.

Me and my sister went to marshalls/home good store located in Canton, Ma this morning.
I brought an item to the register which had two different price tags. the sales representative got the manager (michelle) who ripped off the price tag which showed the cheapest price and told the representative to charge for the highest price tag. I told them that both prices were advertised, two different labels, but she said well the price is the higher one.
I do believe she should have charged for the price that was on the item. The price was 12$ attach to the side. Under the item said about 25$. It was a time glass type of thing
Treatment of employees
I was yesterday waiting in the line to pay for my stuff when I observed that a supervisor was telling the cashiers to hurry up when they were doing their job in a efficient way...I went to the supervisor after I finished pay and asked her why she was pushing the workers like if they work in a factory and she told me that she's been told by her superiors to do so. I'm a long time and frequent customer and I been observing this behavior for some time now and just wanted to inform you that if I see this happening one more time two things are going to happen one is that I'm going to report this harassment to labor department and I will going to start a protest in front of your store and let people know that you treat your employees like slaves. I just want to clarify that this complaint is not against the supervisor since she explained that she didn't have any choice but to do what she's been told to do.
Desired outcome: I want that the workers be treated with respect and dignity.
I admire your standing up for these employees but sadly your plans may not work. Sadly this kind of treatment is usual in jobs like fast food, retail ect. They would get so many complaints. They may not listen to a third party complaint. Second If you protest outside the store, sadly they can ask you to leave and call the police if you refuse to. There are bullies everywhere, whether it is in school or the work place. The supervisor does have a choice however, she can choose to ignore what corporate told her to do. Not all supervisors are like this.

There were two pairs of sweat pant like material pants in the women's section last week. Both pairs did not have a price tag but a tag that said "2 set". I brought both pairs up to the cashier area. I only wanted the one pair. The cashier stated they might be pajamas and that they had to keep the pants for 10 days due to the set being split up. They took my name and said to check back. I called on 7/27/21 and spoke to CAC Lexi who informed me that the pants were put back earlier and were no longer there. I spoke to Manager Cathy and explained what happened, she looked for the pants in the pajamas area and women's pants section and could not locate them. This is disappointing. If you tell someone to check back and they do and you put the pants out early how does that help the customer. Extremely unhappy.
Federal Marshalls
My boyfriend is on federal parole they came looking for him at my house that I was renting from him at 6220 Lorimer st . They broke in twice ripped my door apart turned off my cameras took the screens out of my windows came in the house with my dog only there ramp sacked my house threw my clothes everywhere broke things in my house money came up missing tore my bed dressers and all kinds of things apart destroy it pretty much .

This was Marshall's in gahanna Ohio, stoneridge plaza, I laid a few shirts down on the bench in shoe department, I just had knee surgery so I could walk back to that section I needed to leave, Kathy walked up to me and said very rude do you not want these, she rolled her eyes and sighed so loud, I just cried and left, I was mortified

All Marshall’s stores in Long Island NY
I frequent most of these stores and the lack of air conditioning in these stores has caused me and many shoppers to walk out. These stores are unbearable in the hot humid weather and I feel sorry for the employees who are there and still required to wear masks. How on earth do they breathe! I think the higher ups need to take care of this before you have people passing out. I'm sure Marshall's can afford to up the air in their stores.

174 Passaic street, Garfield NJ a woman named Aline in fitting room was rude and racists to numerous customers for no apparent reason she told me I didn't speak English for not hanging items on the bar. That is racism and racism is not tolerated in America. I will immediately terminate my Marshall card and avoid the store. I'm Kimberly Bernal, a 65 year old woman on disability. I live in Palatka, Florida and was hired over a month ago. I worked in the back room and I liked what I did. I was part time due to my disability. Christine was my supervisor and for some reason she didn't appear to like me. She wrote on our schedule without informing me so it would appear that I didn't come to work.
I enjoyed working at our towns newest store. I have worked for over 30 years in the medical field and have never had someone go behind my back to set me up. I didn't think that Marshall's would condone this behavior. She falsified my schedule. I don't know their last names but there's only 1 Christine that is a supervisor there and Heidi is the manager. This, I'm sure isn't very important to you, but it is to me. I was happy to be working for you. Unfortunately, it appears to be discriminatory against disabled senior citizens. Check hard copy schedules and approximately 3 to 4 weeks ago you will see where 7-11 is written in with pen. It's on a Friday.
