Employee Invalid work authorization
It seems employee K[censored]ija don't have valid work authorization to work in United States. The previous work authorization expired/ended September 2021. She might be working illegally. Someone needs to check the valid authorization.
Over charge
I had ordered a pair of boots ($15) and a new backpack ($24.99) to be shipped to my address. The total charge was for $52.73. I received the packages this week. However, I was just looking at my debit card account and noticed that Marshall's has charged me three different times for these purchases. Twice for the amount of $26.36 each and a third time for $40.59. I do not get why I was over charged and that is unacceptable. This is very frustrating as I live on a tight budget as a I am new teacher and have college debt. I needed these items for my job and now I have paid way more than I agreed to. Below is a screenshot of my order confirmation.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and definitely a reimbursement.

I was attacked and Threatened by Ayana "claims to be a supervisor"!
I went to Marshalls in the Pentagon city yesterday 19 December, 2021, after picking up medicine next door CVS for my disabled 80 years old mother. Picked up a dough roller among 8 others that had no price. Stood in line marked "Maintain social distance", a "Black woman" stood behind me in line, she kept on walking right behind me every step I made, giving one feet between us, she made me very uncomfortable, I asked her kindly "Ma'am, can you practice social distance please"? instead of saying sure, the woman got offended!, she said "hell yeah I will", with a nasty look on her face as if she was calling me dirt! I did not have to express and tell her that I lost 5 family member as COVID victims in 2021 Alone! I ignored her as I waited for the cashier, I got to line 10, I told the cashier no price on the item, and if she can honor the sale price of the other items I got to match the price. The cashier seemed new, she called a supervisor for help, she came already with a attitude and asked me what is going on two meters away, I raised my voice as I was explaining so she can hear me since the place was very crowded. She answered "you need to calm down, and act nice", then she turned her back and started talking to the cashier, without letting me explain the price issue, I told her "you are being rude by not acknowledging the customer", and I asked her for her name, she very loudly spelling her name "A Y A N A"! she got upset and started arguing with me saying "You are coming in here with an attitude"! I did not even get to answer her, that black woman who was in line behind me walked right behind my back and called me bad names using profanities. I turned to her and said "back at you, you need to respect people, follow the rules and regulation of our Government, and practice distance!" Ayana got even more mad, as if I was cursing at her mama, defending the other customer just because they are both black! I told her that I am going to report her, she responded go right ahead! then a lady by the name of April showed up to understand what is going on, Ayana continued screaming and jumping while shaking her neck back and forth and said: "you know what?, you need to be pulled from your hair, and guess what ? someone is going to drag you out of here one day, watch!" at this point, I pulled my telephone out of my pocket and asked her to repeat what she said, and I told her come here so I can video record you! April pushed her right away, and said "Leave tight now, as she was still jumping towards me as I stand from behind the register. April then using her little microphone communication, called some one and I can hear her say "You need to come get Ayana right away!". I told April, "you heard it right, she said no, I told her Yes you did, and this will be reported ! repeat what she said so I can video record her, but April pushed her to leave the place right way when they felt it got serious. As Ayana got wild and behaved as she was fighting in the HOOD, I felt the need to leave, but before that, I took April all the way back of the store and showed her all of the items that were unpriced! and then when I left the store I called ARLINGTON none emergency police number, they advise me to report Ayana to Marshalls corporate office, and right a review of this incident...here I am sharing this horrible experience after being a customer before Ayana was even born!.
Ayana is representing Marshals, very disrespectful to the customer, no mannerism, nasty attitude! How am I suppose to go and shop in that store again when I know that the people that work their can jump on you any minute ?
Missing information on my account
No one seems to be able to find my account number, S/S, D/O/B, address but I got an email that my account was closed? I make all my payments on time and I have receits where I've made plenty purchases and have gift card for my returns! I just don't understand how my info could be lost! I cant even find what my new balance is or when and how much I owe for my next payment! I have been getting the run around and this problem is still unsolved! Please help! I love this store and all I want is my card back! Thank you

Price discrepancy on a red womens guess coat

As I was waiting in line behind Spanish-speaking customers, the Marshalls employee who was checking them out asked if they'd like to open a credit card in order to save 10%. When they declined, she then proceeded to ask them, ‘Do you have a drivers license, are you a citizen?' It was not only
utterly inappropriate and presumptuous, but also very embarrassing for the customers to be asked this in earshot of a line full of people. Customers should not be racially/ethnically profiled.
This occurred on 11/7 at approximately 5:45 pm EST, and I did not catch the employee name who did this,
but she had bleached blonde hair.
Desired outcome: Discussion with the staff. Prevent this from happening again in the future.

As a long time customer of all of your stores, Marshalls', HomeGoods and TJ Maxx I am sorry to have to write about a disappoint in how a situation for me was handled.
On 10/30/21 I purchased a Duvet cover at your Marshall's HomeGoods store at 11 Cornerstone Sq. in Westford, MA. I've shopped here frequently and have never had any issues with purchases or returns. This duvet cover was rung up along with my one other item, a basket and I took my receipt and items and left. It was a busy day for me and I did not look at my receipt, instead went about my errands. I had decided that the duvet cover was not actually going to work for me and then left it in my car where it remained until I drove back to this location to return it on 11/04/21. It was then that I realized that I had been charged more than the marked price on this duvet cover. When the associate ran it through he informed me that the numbers did not match and that the correct price for the duvet was the price marked on it. I had not shopped here again since the 30th of October and this was the receipt I had left with along with the duvet cover. I explained all this and again was told that the numbers did not match. He was able to call over another associate who specialized in this bedding area and after looking at it along with running it again said the very same thing. I explained again to her and she attempted to discredit me, informing me that duvet covers do not cost the $59.99 that was charged on my receipt. I know that this is not true as I've brought duvet covers for that price elsewhere including your very own TJ Maxx stores. In the end the store manager, Don came over and again he ran everything through coming to the same conclusion. He agreed with me to look into this further by having "someone" check the tapes and was kind enough to take my information along with leaving me his own. This experience has left me quite upset and while I hope there can be an explanation and I can be refunded the full amount charged to me, I have to say, I am reluctant to stop here again and if I do, I now know that I will have to be extremely vigilant to check my receipts each time before leaving the stores.
I am attached the images of the duvet cover with the marked price and my receipt where it show my overcharge. I would appreciate help in getting this issue resolved.

Charge twice for one item
On Saturday, I bought a luggage for $111.49 on Marshalls Centro del Sur Mall, Ponce, Puerto Rico and the cashier charge it twice to my account. I work all day and live far way from that Marshalls, so I don't have time to go there again personally. It is disrespectful that they told me that I have to go to the store to get my money refund. I just want my money back.

Morning stock person (Joseph Deau.) from Marshalls in Eagan, MN. claims to be the only employee to do entire stocking of merchandise with NO help from any other worker 4 times weekly. He pointed out that it is JUST him alone handling 7-9 crates daily byhimself! He claims to have seen many customer stealing clothes, jackets and watches the thieves run out store just about weekly, (so Joseph claims). He has also noted that he has noticed customers asking other customers for sales tickets claiming he sees customer scalping price tags outside of store front door. Saying he sees this happening, made reports to his manager, but manager can't do anything about customers scalping price tags. Joseph has also noted that he has to do all of the work with no help from anybody, he does the registering, stocking, putting away merchandise, handling of the truck operations saying "they have NO stock lead supervisor, so that makes him an employee the immediate stock lead supervisor since it is ONLY him Joseph De. Doing ALL the work!" WTF?!?! Really? Just him and him alone running the store? Why is the employee doing the managers job. He PRetends to have no help, but I think he has helpers, he just tells made up stories, manipulates, belittles everybody all of the time! Ask any employee now many people are on morning stock team? More than 1 Joseph De.

I tried to return a pair of shoes bought at the store (2days after purchase)and was told that I could not return because the tag did not match. The manager Javon "said that we don't put tags like these". I am very offended by this. This implies that I changed those tags! I inquired how do I lodge a complaint against him and the store. He walked away. Making such allegations is very humiliating for a loyal customer. I expect Marshalls corporate will take strict measures to avoid such situations and educating their employees NOT To blame the customer for their own employee mistakes. FYI the manager never once apologized for his disrespectful behavior. He must definitely not be in that role. Store #101149

FAIRFAX, VA [protected] today 10/5/2021 to return merchandise with attached tags not worn. The employee insisted that two dresses had a Marshall tag that does not match the dresses. She then said that those dresses are not bought from marshalls even though i have the reciept and the tags. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. When i asked her to explain how is it my fault that the attached tags do not match the dresses she said that i have to check the number and make sure it's the same description. I've never seen a customer do that before. To my understanding this is the store employee's job.

I visited the Marshalls Home Goods store on 9/23/21 at approximately 2:30pm is when I checked out. While in line cashier #2 white female refused to service me and then serviced the person behind me while I walked over to the next available cashier #11. This is completely unacceptable and I am asking that this please be addressed. I am not the person that complains but this was out of line. I had my 3 year old son with me and did not have the time to find a manager and complain. Please address this issue I am sure that a name can be pulled up at that time and date when this occurred. Not only did she refuse to check me out but rudely told me to go to the next cashier and then serviced someone else. Please contact me with any questions.

Got my wallet stolen with my gift card in it. I recently received some of my things back, but not the gift card. The receipt was returned from my original purchase but at the store they won't honor or care or do anything to help. The manager and employee told me is my problem. Thats messed up. I want to start off my saying that I loved Marshall up until today. The cashier was very rude, she didn't greet me or say anything, when it came time for the total I was waiting for her to say something, but instead she just stood their. I was so amazed that she didn't speak one word, but then again didn't none of the employees greet anyone coming inside the store. Marshall will not be getting my business anymore.

Marc is a manager in the Avon Marshall's.
Marc is a rude and disrespectful human being, who has no regard nor respect for disability individuals ; who harasses women in the store instead of doing his job.
He should be running the store, and over seeing truck loads ; however he chooses to harass women employees.
He follows women to the bath room, and to the break room . He is rude and disrespectful. He clearly doesn't need to be in the store, he actually would be more productive at home, he needs to be home.

Management is rude and racist. Many associates quit in just the first month of working. In the month of April about 10 associates quit from dissatisfaction. I don't think any associate should be treated this way! Unacceptable behavior!! No manager should be taking their anger off on someone below them!
