I am normally the type of individual that let things pass but I have never encountered someone so rude. Last night, while ordering, the individual kept cutting me off and rushIng me. When I looked at my wife to talk to her about going to another McDonalds, I heard her faintly make a comment such as, "good" and not in a professional manner or way. That was unbelievable. I have never complained before about any place but I could not let this go. This happened last night 11/5/15 approx 7:35 p.m. at the Jacksonville, Florida, J.T.Butler location. The only thing I am looking for is for someone to address the rudeness at this location. Not tryng to be threating but that was an unbelievable horrible experience.

Please be advised this is not the first time that I have complained about the service and rude and untrained people that you have working for you. I must say that I feel because we are in the East village in NYC you feel you can do what you want and get away with it.Yesterday I went into the store to purchase a burger and I asked the casher/ floor manager about the price of a product and her response to me was "the prices are on the board". she was quite offended with me for asking her and she became very unhappy with dealing with me. Let us make it very clear that was my only conversation with her. Not like I had a fight with her ( I should have but I thought what's the use). If this sort of behavior should happen at my work place I would have fired that employee right away. After all is said and done, I purchased my bun and off course the person was so rude she never even said thank you. I guess she was too busy showing off talking on a cell phone about whatever and all the while the line is getting longer since, there was only two people in attendance. Please close down the store. We do not need people like you in our neighborhood. For a huge corporation you are just the worst and your food is not that great either. The next time this happen and I know it will happen and the sad part of all this is that you know this going on all over your stores. I really hope you do something about this and fire all the staff. You are only as good as your staff. Now what dose that say about you ?

Last night I ordered 2 happy meals and was asked if I wanted a boy or girl toy? I said boy toyS. When I got home there was only 1 boy toy in my bag. I was so upset I drove back to McDonald. I got there 2 minutes before the drive thru was to close but it was already close. I know they saw me and were inside laughing at me.

everytime I go to the wal mart mc donalds at centennial in Hamilton Ontario I see the manager a middle aged man sitting down and he is never workin or helping out hes jus always sitting there listening to his head phones. I go to wal mart a lot threw out a month 2 a week probably and every time there he is in the back with his head phones in doing nothing at all. Also the store is not that welcoming its dull inside like im eating in a jail or somethings. most other mcdonalds are amazing inside like u wanna stay all day but not this one
unsanitary practice
On September 11, 2015. We went to McDonald's for breakfast, there was a young man there taking customers orders and was coughing the whole time, he was also preparing some of the food for the orders. He even looked like he was not feeling good. Our concern is that as he was doing this his germs was spreading everywhere. He was even touching the food we ordered. Sorry but that young man shouldn't of been to work in the first place. When he came in someone should of told him he was to sick to stay there and send him home to get better. What if 20 people or more got sick because of this, McDonald's would lose customers. I worked for them for a bit after school, and when we tried to call out for being sick, the manager would threaten to suspend us for a week. Poor guy was probably forced to be there.

I use to go every Saturday with my family for lunch to Macdonald at 24018 woodbine ave in Keswick and I notice a lot of flies in the store the girl never clean the tables she is only pick up what ever left on the tables but never clean it most the time busy talking with customers also when they get busy she go and help in severing without washing her hands I will not go again .
I met my grandchild at the wye rd. macdonalds in Sherwood park alberta tonight. The food and the service were fine but the restaurant was absolutely filthy! the tables were dirty the floors gross, the drink area was dirty and the play area was also very very dirty. We could smell the bathroom from the tables in the play area so we moved into the main area which was also very dirty. There was a young man cleaning with a broom and dust pan, but he was doing a terrible job and he didn't sanitize anything. There used to be time when there was one person in the restaurant doing a great job cleaning. This restaurant is under renovation, but this is no excuse for a filthy place to eat! I'm very disappointed.

Recently your Ottawa, Ontario (Canada) restaurants started piping music into the restaurants. WHY? There is an abundance of stimulation and ambiance without adding NOISE. The music is ALWAYS on & ALWAYS loud. It has deterred my friends & I from our regular meet-ups at your various franchises. I truly believe that this music is meant to deter any patrons from overstaying their welcome. Once you have our money you want us to move along & cede our place to more consumers. Are the billion dollars in revenue not enough? You are repeling your most affluent & longest standing patrons. Staff consistently ignore & dismiss our complaints & requests to at least lower the volume. It would seem that McDonalds prefers to cater to teens who curse unabashedly (children present or not), shout obscenities at each other constantly and have absolutely no respect for other patrons. By the way, these teens are there solely to take advantage of the free Wifi. You have lost many customers & now I join their ranks. Shame on you for ignoring the patrons who have the resources to pump a lot of $ into your restaurants & who have done just that for so many years. Your company has grown & become what it is thanks to us! I'll never be back with my grandchildren, or anyone for that matter, not even at the drive thru. I will also encourage a boycott of your restaurants to anyone & everyone I meet & know! You are truly disgusting and have taken your business way beyond a "normal" capitalism venture.

I resently went into Rotherhams Mcdonalds on Bridgegate, I was short changed by £5.00 . I told the young assistant that I had been short changed he just looked at me blankly, I then had to wait 10 minutes so that the till could be open . How many more people have they done this too probably loads .
french fries.
on September First 2015 I walked into the Mcdonalds on the corner of first and second street to enjoy what I was looking forward to be some piping hot fresh French fries. You know, like the ones they advertise on the commercial. After waiting in a frustratingly long line I was forced to interact with the rudest most condescending cashier ever. When I finally received my overpriced French fries they were cold and stale. They refused to replace them with fresh fries pointing to the "we have the right to refuse service" sign. I am still waiting to here from corporate.

Just after 5PM today (08/12/2015) I entered the drive in line at the McDonalds, located near Nova Rd. and Dunlawton Ave., Port Orange FL, and ordered 1 Oreo McFlurry, 2 large French Fries, and 1 large Strawberry Lemonade. Some statement was issued advising that it will not be full. I did no understand this, but I proceeded and paid the charges and went to the pick-up line. It was here I asked for an explanation regarding what will not be full. I had ordered the large Strawberry Lemonade to have "very little ice". That was the subject of the information that it will not be full. I was informed that their (McDonalds) dispensing equipment will only dispense an amount of Strawberry Lemonade that the cup will be full when it is first filled with ice. I use very little ice in all drinks except water, because I prefer the taste of my beverages and not a diluted solution of them. No one there was willing to find a way to fill a large cup with Strawberry Lemonade when it is not already filled with ice. I did not order ice and should not be required to pay for it in order to receive a large cup full of Strawberry Lemonade.
mcdonalds online order cancelled without notice / delivery delays
I ordered bff bundle through mcdonalds online delivery last night at 7pm. I received an email confirmation and a text message at 7:38pm saying that my ordered was confirmed and it will be delivered after 60mins (1 hour). I waited until 11:14pm but NO ONE CAME! I called the hotline 8-6236 but it says number is not in service! So i send a complain online then after 1hr somebody called me to say that they received my complain and explained that my order was cancelled because the branch in imus is on REST DAY!? So i asked aren't there any other branches who can deliver my order? Then he said the other branch only delivers until 10pm! So i told him that my order was placed at 7pm! Then the guy said that there are some technical issues online that's why the order came in late! So now, i am wondering, if my order came in late because of tech issues online, then why did i received an email and text message on my phone saying my order was confirmed at 7:38pm?! Mcdonalds delivery is ZERO in customer service! If i didn't complain online then that means that nobody even cared to call me and inform me that they are cancelling my order! Someone only called me because i sent a complain! Wow! Can't believe a well known fast food chain has poor delivery service! Late delivery of food and worst is they are cancelling orders on their own without even informing customers and not delivering at all! If you mcdonalds will keep your poor service like this, you will totally loose all your customers! I don't know who's fault it is, is it the management who can't find solutions for this issues and can't find ways to improve service, or is it the employees who can't do their job properly? Now, mcdo, YOU TELL ME! this has happened before too (my order was cancelled without notifying me at all, and late delivery came after 3 hours) but i didn't complain before because i hate complaining! But now, this isn't acceptable anymore! You totally lost us (me, my family and friends) now and We won't be ordering or even eating mcdo food anymore! We hate mcdo! rudeness, wrong order
At the drive thru, I ordered a Big Mac with salad intend of fries, and a diet coke. Fries showed up on the menu screen and when I tried to ask the clerk to correct it, she rudely said' I know. You want salad. that will be &7.07 at the window.. I restated my order and she only responded ..."7.07 at the window." I paid for the order and when I got to the pick up window, the clerk there asked me what kind of fries did I want. Again, I said 'I don't want fries and I tried to tell the other person that. She just said ok, and handed me my order. I asked if I had dressing for the salad, she said yes. When I got home, I didn't have a diet coke, I had a sprite. I am diabetic, and asked for salad to cut starches from firies and diet soda. When i called the store, someone who identified themselves as Sandy, the Manager, was also rude and hardly allowed me to share the problem. I said no, i won't come back for a soda, but i want you to know about the bad service. How else can I help you? was her answer. No apology, nor, I will talk to the crew... nothing.
