We asked for the order at 23:34 P.M.and they typed the order on the computer at 12:01 we called them at 12:25 to ask where is the order, their execuse was that one of our delivery guys made an accident and we are so sorry for delaying
and when the order arrived at 12:50 we asked the guy about the acciedent happend and he informed us that no accident happaned to any one .
so kindly investigate the incident as its not only delay in delivery its also in typing the order which proof that there are too much carlessess towards the client, and refer back to me on the following mail

A transgendered woman claims that she was denied a job at McDonald's and told "we do not hire ###, " according to a lawsuit filed by the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund (TLDEF) with the Florida Commission on Human Relations.
Seventeen-year-old Zikerria Bellamy applied online for a position as a shift manager or crew leader at an Orlando McDonald's. When she went in for the interview on July 28, Bellamy says a manager forced her to check a box indicating her gender.
"Once I looked at his facial expression, when I checked off male, like the whole face just changed. He was upset. I seen the anger, you know, like you can tell when someone gets upset, " Bellamy said.
She said she was told she would not be granted an interview and received an angry, hateful voicemail from the manager later in the day.
"You went to [indistinguishable] McDonald's today, " the message says. "It doesn't matter how many times you go down there. You will not get hired. We do not hire ###. You lied to me. You told me you was a woman. And then you lied to me. You told me you were seventeen. I can't believe you. You're a lying brother. How could you ever lie to me?"

nasty - cold food-bad service
On Dec. 6, 2009 about 10pm. I drove around to the drive thur and made 2 purchase order. First of all the cashier was rude and talking nasty while in the mike. I went to McDonalds this morning for a breakfast platter, they were out of sausage, which was not a problem. One of the employees told the person at the register not to take anymore breakfast orders, but we were in line long before the deadline. When the order came, one of the employees made the statement that we should have gotten up earlier if we wanted breakfast. She made this statement to all of the customers that were in there, that is poor customer service. I will not be going to that McDonalds again. The date was 12/6/09 @10:45 am. Thanks

I am a faithful customer for McDonalds. I visit the McDonald's at 801 Dennison Avenue, Birmingham, Al. 35211 almost every morning
This morning about 7:45a.m. I go through the line and order a Fruit Parfait. I stood in line 15min. at the window before the cashier
told me to pull up they had to make some, now 15 mins. later which is actually 30min. now they finally bring out a Fruit Parfait. I ask
the cashier what took so long she answered "Oh they couldnt find any cups to put it in" Now Im late for work. So I get to work LATE! and start to eat my Fruit Parfait and "Bam" the fruits are frozen hard as a rock so now I have to eat around frozen fruits just to put something in my stomach. If I hadnt paid already I would have pulled off this McDonalds is very unprofessional and very rude. From now on I will be making a detour and going 10mins out the way to get my breakfast somewhere else. I am very saddened by this
because I love Mcdonald's breakfast menu but I refuse to be treated this way and pay for it.
If they operated by the "but I was in line before the cut-off time!" they would never get finished serving breakfast. I understand their point.

Friday the 4th i was unable to turn up to work as i had to pick up stuff for my year 10 formal i rang work on thursday the 3rd and said that i wouldnt be able to make it to work as i have stuff to do. the manager i spoke to didnt do anything bout it so when i rung work on friday they said that i no showed so i took it and got on with it and today saturday the 5th on arival at work on the 5th december i was givern a hard time by my shift manager (jono obrian) sayin nice of u to turn up to work as i was 20 minutes early when i went out the back i seen one manager and one grew person so i said did u want me to start my shift out the back to help u guys out for a little bit. The manager said were are you ment to be i replied dining room the manager than told troy (my head manager of the store) what had happened he approched me when i was about to start work and said have u got a problem with dining room and i said no why he than said well good get out there now. As a 15 year old on abase rate of $6.54 and hour i beleive i still have a right to be treated like a person not like a non supperior piece of dirt no matterwat has happened in the past.

Dec 3, 2009 on vacation we stopped for a snack, 9:31 am. BIG BIG Mistake in our choice of locations, store #7203. I have never been served such horrible food!! Both of my burrito's were cold enough the cheese was not melted, the hashbrowns were also cold, as well as greasy. Every time I go to the local McDonald's and order a quarter pounder without cheese, I get home and there is cheese on it. This keeps happening, I thought that cheese was an extra! I can't get them to leave it off and my children never get the caramel dip with their Apple dippers. If this just happened once or even twice, I would'nt complain, This has happened at least 10 times and I am sick of it. I have even gotten a burger without meat(2 times) at this same McDonalds. I keep saying i won't go back, but the kids love it. Must be the clown and the toys.

customer lack of service
Today at 2:15 pm we went to Greencastle McDonald's. Seven people were behind the counter, one girl on her pink cell phone. Five cars were in line outside, so we had gone inside. Two active customers waiting for orders, and 3 of us in line. Asked for fresh fries, since the fries were being scraped from the runners where the bags of fries are stored for pick up. Had to wait 2 minutes. Karrie was our counter person, and very polite and apologetic. After I paid and was waiting, I heard someone order 2 apple pies, and thought, Oh, that sounds good, so I added 2 to my order. Karrie called out for 2 apple pies. "Susie" was facing the fries and hollered, "I already got them for you" very loudly and in a demeaning voice. Karrie looked at her, at which point Susie said, "Oh, unless you have 2 more. Well, we only have one." Karrie asked the back how long till pies were done. The answer was 12 minutes. Susie said, "You have to substitute cookies for the one pie." I told Karrie that wouldn't work, I am allergic to chocolate. I asked if I could buy one for 50 cents. By this time, Susie was over to Karrie's register, and said, no I would have to buy one for (I forget a dollar each or nearly a dollar) or get my money back. I said I’ll take my money. She handed it to me from the register and said, "there you go, sweetheart” I said, "Don't call me sweetheart, I am your customer." No apology. I walked away. I got to the door and turned back for some ketchup for my daughter, and Susie was talking about me and my attitude. At this point, I got Susie's name from Karrie. Susie is the asst manager or manager there; I do remember that on her name tag.
For having SEVEN people in front of the counter, they had no fries or apple pies ready. Very poor service.

You know, it's difficult to find any company or store that does everything perfectly all the time but mcdonalds is the worst. I've been holding in my complaints for years and now i'm just going to let them all out and say "hey, you will not be getting not even a cent from me from now on".
For years mcdonalds employees have been disrespecting customers. They should be fired when they harass customers on a daily basis as well. The mcdonalds at keele and st. Clair is just about the worst. The employees are the most racist pigs I have ever met. They laugh at you when you order something different. They question your orders continuously. They give your change incorrectly all the time, so you better count it! They mess up my order every time. What is so hard when I say "one double hamburger please". They give me a double cheese burger instead, even gave me a quarter pounder once. They are disgusting burping, even farting in front of customers. Their attitude is atrocious and I will never go to another mcdonalds or anything related to mcdonalds ever again in my life. When I am buying something from you, you better kiss my # for my service.

So people act hick nasty in Canada, too. Down here in East Tennessee the workers burp all the time. The men burp in the womens ears. They have no manners or class. I was shocked to see this in the workplace. Especially after driving trucks for years over the road. I thought out here in regular society people would have manners. Go into the store on lunch break from working 3rd shift and they only take cash and do not ring up the food for a receipt. When asked about reason we were informed they are changing over the drawer. My past experience tells me it should not matter if in change over for 30 minutes and it does not matter if cash, charge, or debit...unless somebody is pocketing the money. When asked about the receipt we were told it would be rang up later. As we were leaving the food was rang up and receipt handed to us. I wonder where the rest of the CASH went that no receipt was formed.

North ward mc donaldds is the worst restaurant in this whole town, and I will start by saying that I have never had any great service or food there! They quite often forget the happy meal toys, or sauces, and only realise it when you get all the way home!
I ordered a fillet o fish, without cheese. It was given to me with cheese, and after asking if it was without cheese, they took the burger back, didnt re-make what I asked for, they pulled the burger apart and pulled the cheese out! It was miserably cold, and the bun was stale! I ended up, that same day, with extreme abdominal pains, and then the next day, stuck on the loo with very bad diahorrea!
I will never, ever eat there again, and neither should the rest of this town!

Did anyone hear about this nonsense in this town in Utah? It seems that a small group of teenagers went to Mcdonalds and did a rap for their order. Again DID A RAP SONG for their order and this McDonalds called police and then the police cited these kids for doing a rap song for their order. Google this I am not kidding this is crazier than hell.
Update I wrote an email to this McDonalds and received one back this morning from someone not sure who, but the email says to not to jump to conclusions(yea right) and the safety of employees and customers is what was important

I just went through and ordered a chic chip frappe. I was really stressed and looking forward to drinking it.
It was hard to drink through the straw so I pulled the straw out to mix it up a littke. Out came very a long dark hair.

It appears that McDonalds advertises their breakfast menus that are in effect until 10:30 am. It apparantley does NOT matter if the customer was in line before this so-called "cut-off" time - at 10:30 if the staff doesn't take your order by then you are out of luck. On the 25/03/09 I brought my 4 years old a mc ckicken sandwich meal (He won't eat ant other mc donalds food) he'd got 3/4 through the sandwich and started coughing and spat out a chicken bone about 2cm long, so I contacted the macdonalds restruant told them what had happened she told me to take the mc chicken sandwich back to them and she would send it to the lab in solihull b-ham she offered me another mc chicken sandwich I obviously said no way I had no apology she just said someone from the lab would be in touch its been 2 week know I have had no contact from them I sent them an email stating what had happened and guess what still no reply, I feel that this is digusting behaviour you would think that they would contact you as soon as they recieve this kind of complaint even if they sent you a quick note saying that they have recieved your complaint and are looking it to it but in there eyes they probably don'nt care. Thinking about it i'm so glad he spat it out god forbid if he had choked on it, it makes you think what else gets mixed up in the chicken processing.

unfair treatment
My husband works for the Macdonalds by Provo High. Twice when he has been sure he is not to work he finds out later he was scheduled. Making him look bad when he was sure he was not to work. He has been called a liar when he said he worked at another Macdonalds, when he did, in Ft Madison Iowa for about a year (I am his wife, I would know). Called a liar to his face and no one will admit when they make shift mistakes- he just gets the blame . But do they call when he is due in and he is not there? No. They only call when they are short staffed, then they call and he normally goes in as he is supposed to. They know our number why not phone if he is down for that day? He feels they are trying to sack him and this how they plan to do it- to make it so it is his fault when it isnt- he is not a slacker, he goes to work on the days he has knowledge he is working.
I dont like this. They own two other Macdonalds in the area.

Mcdonalds is a hard place to work. I worked at mcdonalds for 6 weeks now and alredy i have been put through hell. they argue with me on how things are suposed to be done when i have the managers handbook but still im wrong even of i read the book. Also they all go for smoke breaks when its rushy and leavs two of us to handle hundreds of people comming in to dine. Thats not all they send us home because we said a wrong word even going as far as to changing our hrs we clocked in at so they dont have as much to pay out to the employees. The secdules are alwise being changes and not informing us about it then were slackers and liars because we dont show up fopr work on time or at all. but its a small works why get mad over little things in live its better to push on and get what you deserve. props to annyone who is doing this.

In this day of age and economic turmoil, I find it hard to believe that a company would have a hard time finding decent looking employees. This must not be the case for MickeyD's. I went to the Pekin McDonalds by the Sears on Court recently in their drive through. The girl who took my money and order look like someone who should be operating the Tilt-O-Whirl at a carnival. Both her forearms were covered in tattoos. Is this what you want the face of your company to be? Some white trash trailer rat? Seriously, people are breaking down doors looking for jobs and they hired her over a nice clean cut individual. Epic Fail McDonald's!

Your judging a person by their looks. Didn't you ever hear the saying, "Don't judge a book by it's cover?" Well, take a closer look.
Just because she has tattoos doesn't mean she is the devil! Maybe be more accepting of individuals based on their personality as opposed to their appearance.
My daughter has some lovely tatoos. She's a software/database developer, and makes more money than Scullen101 will ever dream of. So much for "white trash."
