On the evening of January 2nd 2024 at around 9:30pm i entered the McDonald at 8901 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19136. I ordered on the kiosk but had to pay at the register because I had half cash and half on my apple pay. When going to the register the employee, Tiffany, cashed out the transaction by hitting the 50 cash button on the register. Annoyed by that, she then told us that the money comes out of her paycheck. She then tells us we need to go back to redo the order. I asked her if she could just reorder the items at the register and she said no. So we order the food again and go back to the register to pay. The pos machines were shut down so we had to wait for them to restart. This took over 5 min and Tiffany was very rude tapping her fingernails the whole time. Finally the pos machine starts and we paid the cash but had issues with the cash app payment. Tiffany being very unpatient told us she was canceling the order and we had to go to the drive through being after 10. We told her we walked and she told us it wasn’t her problem. We asked to speak to hee manger and she told us she was the manager but wouldn’t give us her full name. Frustrated we took the bags of food we paid for in the cash but Tiffany would up taking the ice creams and ran us out of the store. She then came at me in a threatening mannner and threw the the ice cream at me. Just to note Tiffany was about 5’9 and around 200 lbs complaredee to my 5 ft 110 lbs stature. They were very unprofessional and in the we did pay for the transaction but we never got the some of the food or the ice creams.
Desired outcome: Tiffany being fired for threatening to hurt me
