Monroeville Kia Monroeville Kia is a good dealership, but they need to work on their communication skills

Monroeville Kia is a good dealership, but they need to work on their communication skills. I had to wait a long time for my car to be serviced, and the staff didn't seem to know what was going on. However, once my car was finally ready, it was in great condition. The prices are reasonable, but I wish they had more options for financing. Overall, I would recommend Monroeville Kia, but be prepared to wait and be patient with the staff.

Monroeville Kia Service here is terrible

Service here is terrible. They couldn't fix the issue and had my Sorrento for a few days each time. Yet, they still billed the warranty company. The manager never returned any calls or emails. Go somewhere else.

Got some real good service at Monroeville Kia for my 2014 Kia Soul. Had a problem, but they fixed it real quick. I'm glad they're open during this pandemic, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get to work. Matt and Jeremy were cool dudes, they were nice and helped me out.

dept at Monroeville Kia. They told me my car burning oil was normal and if I needed a new engine, I'd have to pay for a loaner car and wait over a month for the repair. Not cool. Kia cars and Monroeville Kia's service department are both terrible.

Monroeville Kia I like Monroeville Kia

I like Monroeville Kia. They have good service in the service department. I was happy to see *** again. He knows what he's doing. He's helpful and polite. He explains everything that's been done and how my sportage is doing. This is helpful for me because I don't know much about cars. I hope to see him again when I come back for my regular maintenance service in a few months.

Monroeville Kia I went to Monroeville Kia because they took my extended warranty that I got when I bought my car from another dealership that was far away

I went to Monroeville Kia because they took my extended warranty that I got when I bought my car from another dealership that was far away. My car was losing power and couldn't go up hills until it got over a certain RPM. We went to two different Auto Zones and both times it coded for high fuel pressure. We told Monroeville Kia what we thought was wrong, but they said it was a blown head gasket. They said there was sludge in my engine and that I hadn't been getting oil changes. I talked to the Service Manager and the General Manager, but they both said the same thing. I took my car back to the dealership I bought it from and they found out it was high fuel pressure. They replaced the fuel sensor and then the high fuel pressure pump and now my car is running great. Don't trust Monroeville Kia!

Monroeville Kia I got a new car from Monroeville Kia in September

I got a new car from Monroeville Kia in September. It had a warranty, but the guy in the service department didn't pay attention to it when I brought it in on December 8th. He didn't tell me to keep a screwdriver with me when I bought it, and he didn't check the problem even though the manual said the dealer should. Jason S said they didn't have any loaner cars, so I had to leave it for 48 hours.

Monroeville Kia My car been in the shop since March

My car been in the shop since March. They picked it up, left it for a week, and then towed it back. They were supposed to call my warranty company but didn't until the second time I brought it back. It's now July and I still don't have my car or any phone calls. I keep leaving messages but no one calls me back. I'm still paying my car note and my warranty is about to expire. I'm frustrated and disappointed.

Monroeville Kia I gotta say, I'm pretty upset with Monroeville Kia

I gotta say, I'm pretty upset with Monroeville Kia. I bought a shiny new 2022 Kia Seltos not too long ago, and now it's acting up. The transmission is getting all hot and bothered, and the car is losing power. I had to pull over in the middle of some crazy traffic to let the engine cool down. It was a real close call, and I'm lucky I didn't cause a big ol' accident. I talked to the folks at Kia Manufacter, and they told me to take it to Monroeville Kia for an evaluation. But get this - the dealership says that the Kia Seltos engineers know about this problem, but they ain't gonna fix it! I'm a nurse, and I need my car to get to work. This is a real problem for me, and I need some help fixing it. Can someone please help me out here?

Monroeville Kia My Kia Sorento had an engine problem and I needed a new one

My Kia Sorento had an engine problem and I needed a new one. I took it to Monroeville Kia, where I bought it, on May 20th. They only gave me a rental for 10 days, which wasn't enough time. They said I could submit for reimbursement of $40/day, but that won't cover the cost of a rental. I called two weeks ago to check on my car and they said it would be done by July 8th. When I called on July 8th, they said it would be done on July 11th. I called on July 12th and they said the guy who was supposed to fix it was on vacation and it would be done by Thursday. Today, when I called for an update, they said my car wouldn't be done until next week. Kia Corporate wasn't helpful when I spoke to them.

Monroeville Kia On 06/10, Kia did some work on my 2016 Sorrento, but after that, whenever I used the Air Conditioner, the vehicle smelled like antifreeze

On 06/10, Kia did some work on my 2016 Sorrento, but after that, whenever I used the Air Conditioner, the vehicle smelled like antifreeze. They said they fixed it in July, but the smell continued. In September, the heater stopped working, and the SUV choked while driving. I took it back to them on 10/23, paid $135 for a diagnostic, but they found nothing. Then they asked me to pay $800 to take the engine apart to find the problem, which turned out to be the engine block. They said it was in backwards. The parts are on back order, and there's no estimated time on when they will have them. They provided a rental through Enterprise for 10 days at $35 a day, which was extended to 17 days. Enterprise charged me $666.44 for 29 days, and they charged me for 12 days. That's $225.71 over my car note of $440.73! So far that's $1466.44 I'm required to pay because of mechanic, and manufacturing errors! Kia, and all of their partners are at fault, and responsible for this. Their mechanic said the "flush rushed the problem."and another one said "the part was in backwards". Does that mean it would've happened once my 69k miles reached over there 100k mile warranty that I would be out ove of $1000s of more dollars, or our lives! How many others are affected!

Monroeville Kia I went to Monroeville Kia for service on my 2015 Kia Soul + on March 3rd

I went to Monroeville Kia for service on my 2015 Kia Soul + on March 3rd. I got an oil change, filter change, recalls done, new tires installed, and a multi-point safety inspection for $510. The inspection showed no leaks, but I needed an alignment. I couldn't afford it that day, so I was told to schedule it later. A few hours after leaving, my oil indicator started fluttering, so I called to schedule the alignment and mentioned the indicator. They said not to worry. The indicator kept fluttering, but I thought it was nothing. A few weeks later, on March 25th, my check engine light came on, and the engine started making a clicking noise. I called Monroeville Kia the next day, and they told me to tow it to Century 3 Kia because they were busy. The tow truck driver saw oil leaking. On April 5th, Century 3 Kia told me I needed a new motor for $5200 because of a leaking oil pressure switch. I couldn't afford it, so I had to tow it back home. I've been a responsible car owner, but Monroeville Kia needs to take responsibility for this error.
