I called DSTV in July and asked to be removed from Debit order to cash as I won't be using that account I provided, till to date I am still on Debit order, your accounts department has accumulated R900 of cost from debiting an inactive account, I call In every week to get this resolved but every time I call it's a brand new story with a brand you case looted non of the previously logged cases have been attended to, I am unable to watch nor pay but I am not going to R900 when I am on a Family package, I have been battling with this for a long time now and with the way you call center is chilled even when the see the amount of logged unresolved cases I am shocked that even yesterday I was told there is nothing they can do about the old cases, is it because you have high billed clients and a lot of them that R249 has no significance to your company? Is this truly how you treat a client?
