as per the advert - the voucher was promised - NO limitation on number of vouchers etc.
the agent whom we signed up with on 29/11 Hlengiwe - promised we would get our Takealot voucher within 3-5 days once installed and activate.
Installation and activation were done on 8/12.

phoned daily as each one promised resolution within 24 hours.
22/12 Mqocile - transferred to Sizwe (manager?) promised he would sort and get back to me, I must please give some time.
29/12 Phoned again this morning for the 10th time, spoke to an agent, she put me on hold and cut me off after 28 mins.
Spoke to another agent, she transferred me to the Fiber division? who transferred me to the Price lock division - none could help?
How can your support service be this bad! 7 escalations - all now closed on your side, yet NO-ONE has contacted us or sent us our voucher.
we have spent over 80mins on the phone, this is costing us all our airtime!
PLEASE can you send us our Takealot voucher - as promised in the advertisement and by the agent!
We are waiting 3 weeks for a resolution. Spent over 80mins (wasted airtime) on 8 calls, with 7 escalations - all of which are now apparently closed, yet we have not been contacted, nor have we received the much-promised voucher!

Claimed loss: Takealot Voucher R1000 - in fact this voucher should be more! Due to the additional stress of having to deal with a very incompetent / untrained call center, over 80mins of Airtime wasted!!!
Desired outcome: Our much-promised voucher!!!! and an additional voucher!!
