Munnik Basson Dagama harassment and unprofessional

This is a complaint! My son jarryd gaskin, id no: [protected] is in rehab for drugs until next year january 2020. I keep getting calls on my cell phone and my work number from your call centre and I keep telling them the same thing, only to have the phone put down in my ear while I am still speaking. I have sent through the power of attorney 6 times already and keep getting asked for the same thing. This is flipping pathetic service from your call centre as it looks as if they do not know what is going on and who is calling who. I have been trying to get a statement or some indication of why they are calling so that I can make an arrangement to pay whatever it is that he owes since last year november and am still waiting because they do not want to give me any information. Can someone in your company please sort this out as this is very unprofessional.

Thank you for the response. According to Woolworths, there are over a thousand-rand Credit on my account and due to the fact that they have sold my profile to you, they are not in the position to refund me the credit or neither am I allow to use it. I suggest that you get back to me regarding for I will take this further especially knowing that MBD does not have a great reputation when it comes to refunding overpayment on accounts handed over. If there was an Ombud that I can complain to, I will indeed.

We all do experience financial challenges in our life. In spite of it, at all times I have tried my best to pay my debt due with interest. Therefore, I deserve the respect to be treated well.

Munnik Basson Dagama wrongfully paid monies to the company

I paid a thousand rand into there bank account [protected] with ref number
[protected] which was the wrong referance number they told me to go to my bank and do a reverse which they then declined which cost me 250 plus vatwitch was it i cant get any joy from the firm i dont want money back just want them to allocate

Munnik Basson Dagama harassment

I have been receiving sms's from these people since late December with regards to a Mr Price account. (My account is fully paid!) I have confirmation of this from Mr Price. At first I couldn't even get a hold of them. Today 01/14/2019 I got a hold of them and spoke to a representative.

The account that they are harassing me for is for a Miss Gloris M... a former employee of mine. These people will not give me a reference number for my call, they will not tell me who I am speaking to, they only laugh and say you will continue receiving these sms's..

I am NOT ARREARS in on any account! I also asked for their head office's number which they will not provide me. Is this ethical behaviour from a law firm?

Please assist!

Good day, i am from Western Cape, SA...I am under debtreview, which order was emailed numerous times to MBD Attorneys as proof. the consultant told me she does not care about my debt review and she will not speak to my Debt Counseller. The Consultants are very rude and very annoying and REFUSE to understand when I tell them NOT TO PHONE ME AT WORK as I am not allowed to receive calls on the works landline and that they should contact me on my cell which I know is on their system, and they are now even harrasing my husband...I now had enough of the consultants from MBD...should I get another call from ANYONE at MBD I will lay a legal complaint against MBD... Debt Check can be contacted regarding my Debt Reviewr NOT ME. i have had enough now and the next phone call a legal complaint will be lodged and a case of harrasment will be lodged.

I paid my Standard Bank Loan account through BDM in 2017 but this year 2018 i am being called agin by standard bank saying i them. Florance Mokabane, [protected]. Munnik Basson Dagama my payments seem to have gone missing???

A couple of months ago MBD sent me a sms saying I needed to change their banking details to a standard bank account. I did so and my daughter has been doing a monthly payment to their account for months now. They say they haven't received anything and now I've received a letter from Munnik Basson Dagama Inc Attorneys to pay up. I am so sick and tired of the harassment from these people that I now do not have a number they can contact me on although I did say they could contact by email. Never received anything from them. Now this RED letter. Is someone in MBD pocketing this money for themselves?

Munnik Basson Dagama unethical rude behavior

I called the organisation on 27.09.2018 at 12:30pm and spoke to a lady to arrange a debit on both accounts, 20 min later 12:55pm a rude unprofessional lady called me with [protected] to tell me that I am lying and being dishonest, ' who does that" I might be having my rough time but your stuff do not have the audacity to bully your clients. Will await your response. [protected]

Munnik Basson Dagama refund not received

My name is Lesedi Matlhatsi
on the 24th August i had mistakenly deposited R2600 in the MBD standard bank account. the reference was Lesedi Rent
i then spoke to someone at legal department then he referred me to Magdeline Field. i sent her an email with the Proof of payment, she responded 2 days later only when i phoned to follow up, she sent me a refund form which i completed and sent back to her. i phoned the next day to check if she received it, she said she will send it to Finance this was on the 30th August. Today (6 September) i phoned again to do a follow up, she said she will check and get back to me as she has not

this is really frustrating as i need the money for important things. i have bounced debit orders

Munnik Basson Dagama [protected] vodacom account

Good Day

I have been trying to call MBD's office, after struggling i got hold of a consultant, after explaining that i wanted a paid up letter, she gave me the number of the Customer care, I have been trying to get hold of someone in customer care but have had no Joy. How hard can it be to send me a paid up letter as my account has now been paid up, i have emailed my settlement letter as well as the amount paid to [protected]@mbdinc.co.za as well as to [protected]@mbd.co.za who send me the paid up letter, yet I am still receiving messages to say that I have failed to pay my account, which I did. I know that I get billed for every sms, call and email you send me, but these that get send after a payment was made I will not pay for. Please send me my paid up letter, and correct it on my name as the credit bureau said that it shows that I still owe Vodacom 7000.00 which is not correct.

Ive received a call in the last week of june and ive arranged for payment via debit order. 

I gave my banking details. But than i received a letter as last demand. Please debit my account as arranged with the consultant.

Munnik Basson Dagama virgin active membership and contract cancellation

Good day I am very angry as this is my last option to resolve this query. First of all your consultants are incompetent and very rude and always drops the calls on our ears. I have spend more that r200 now trying to resolve this issue. I have received an sms stating that I had to pay my virgin active and the balance that was on the sms was r4421.06. To settle my contract. As below I have attached the proof of payment to sure that I have paid. To my surprise I received another sms the following day stating that this time I owe r4461. I called your contact centre asking why now is showing that I owe r4461 as I had paid r4221.06 that was stated on the sms on the 21st of june.? The consultant who answered the phone was moses he said he will listen to the call and come back to me. Few hour he called he did not tell me anything about the outcome of the call he just said I had to pay onlybthe difference as the money is reflecting on their system that I had paid. So I did pay the different plus extra r50 because he said it was for sms fees. As I had also attach the proof. He said after that I can send the proof o payment to his supervisors email address which was an invalid email address. Now today again I received an sms stating that I had not pay anything and I have to pay r462.70 what type of scamming company is this. I hope this not another invalid email address. This is the most incompetent pathetic company and they should just close their doors and save everyone from the most pathetic customer service, incompetent staff and poor use of basic things such as a phone or an email account. I have been getting the same harassing emails, sms messages and phone call over an account that has been paid long ago and I even emailed them the proof of payments multiple times. STUPID IDIOTS!

Good day
The company MBD has sent out people to interfere with me due to non payment given my unemployment status. They have broken every law in doing so and charges/lawsuit underway. I've also requested for emails however none thus far. When I requested for settlement years ago there was no response and now threatened calls and texts of legal prosecution followed by private investigators that are interfering with my family and I. Are there any lawyers or people out there that can resolve?

Munnik Basson Dagama woolworths visa debt collection

I had a Woolworth Visa account. I became disabled in December 2015 and could no longer work. I applied for the income protection cover to which I was entitled under my contract of employment. My claim was in process for over 11 months before it was rejected on the basis of my employer submitting false information on my employment status. I have now instigated legal proceedings against my former employer, but I am still unable to work and unemployed and have no income. Due to my illness, my mother has power of attorney over my accounts. My mother and I have both sent all documentation regarding her power of attorney and my illness (including medical reports and affidavits) to MBDCS on numerous occasions over a period of more than a year. A payment arrangement is in place. I continue to get calls from what sounds very much like the same call centre operator multiple times a day from different numbers. She is usually Sandra or Elaine. Every time she calls, she denies having any record of any documents and says she knows nothing about the power of attorney, however my mother has actually spoken to her many, many times, including to make the payment arrangement. Laying a complaint with MBDCS against her made no difference and now their line cuts out every time I try to get through to where I can lay a complaint. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, the line goes dead or when I get someone, they refuse to identify themselves with name and surname and direct line and then put down the phone. I don't know what more to do, except for to advise the public to never get a woolworths visa card - it will haunt you forever in the most horrible way. I can't believe a company that claims to be so ethical would use this debt collector to harass and destroy its customers. My name is EJ Attwell, DOB 01/06/1980.

Munnik Basson Dagama debt harassment

MBD attorney's keeps harrasing me with debt I own for an MTN account. Does not matter how many times I email them or tell them I never had an MTN account in my life. It just don't stop. I asked them to mail me anything that proofs that I own them something but they have nothing. Still they keep on harrasing. I even told them via email that I will go do sworn affidavid at police station as per their request but they need to respond per email that this will stop. But they just continue

Munnik Basson Dagama bad service and no feedback

I have been trying to sort out my account for 3 years I have been in contact with MBD via email and phone as I have so information that I require to see the detailed billing .
They have send this information to me but it does not make send as the date are note correct I have asked for more information and the refuse to assist me I gave made prob a 100 calls in the last 2 weeks and numerous emails that they just don't respond to they advised me on Saturday I can bring my lawyer and report they wherever as they will not give me more information. As all I wanted was a settlement letter to clear the account and this amount was R9087.19, I was not happy with the amount and the supporting documents that they gave so I requested more information. Due to them not being able to give me the information as it confidential they dropped the price that I need to pay for the settlement with R2000.00 I have made a Payment of R6000.00 and will not pay any more monies as they cant give me the correct information. Please could you help.

[protected]@gmal.com with Woolworths credit card account number [protected] I once fail to pay my account due to financial constraints then mbd call me to arrange the payment some couple year ago but I don't receive any statement to show my balance and went to Woolworths to check on a self help machine I found that my account balance is still the same, and when I check with them they said I'm no no longer their customer so I'm asking you mbd to hand me back to Woolworths so I can able to pay at the shop and check my balance there because you are frustrating me.

Munnik Basson Dagama prescribed debt

MBD call centre has been phoning me for several months now regarding a personal loan I had with Standard Bank years ago. Although we did pay off this debt, I have not kept my receipt for 9 years (I have not had any active accounts with Standard Bank since 2010) . I've e-mailed the prescription through to them on several occasions, and have a read receipt for one of the emails. They are unable to supply any documentation (i.e. proof of loan agreement, a statement reflecting payments, proof of letter of demand and/or summons), which I have requested every time that they phone me. They however continue to harass me on a weekly basis, on my personal cellphone and even on my work number.

Munnik Basson Dagama customer service

I have tried since Tuesday to get a paid up letter for a woolworths account that was settled last month. To date no-one has bothered returning my mail and i have sent about 3 a day for the past 4 days and no-one answered when i call. When someone does answer i am asked to hold and the call gets cut. This is the most disgusting service i have ever seen. Does no one care about customer service anymore? And the best of all is i only need a letter from them. Nothing else. How hard can that be?

Munnik Basson Dagama account paid still waiting for paid up letter

I paid of my African Bank loan to MBD in September 2017. I have been waiting 3 motnhs for them to send me a paid up letter. African bank advised that they have not yet received payment for my account and MBD says they have already paid over the funds.

The staff at MBD cuts my calls, puts me on hold and is so arrogant. They never return my calls and I have to always phone them. I am still receiving messages from them to offer me discount on my account however its been paid off 3 months already

Please assist in this matter as I am not getting any help from them
