Virtual mastercard
I ordered a virtual Mastecard, my order was 250 US dollars and I received 25 Us Dollars.
I tried to contact them to fix the issue, in vain.
They took my recognition point and now my money.
They have no online chat, no amil address and we live in Europe, so we have to call them and lost money again.
This mastercard was to pay my fligth ticket.
Desired outcome: I don't recommend them, the SAV is not working.
Virtual Visa Card
My experience:
I redeemed some credit from Delta airlines. Each time you redeem, you need to relogin. After a day, two of my four cards flat out disappeared.
Trying to reach someone at the company is basically impossible. The emails they sent for original redemption just take you to login - do not provide any card info. So now I am missing two cards and getting a hold of anyone is impossible.
myprepaidcenter.com is run by Black Hawk Networks and everything about the design of the site is meant to make it as difficult as possible to use the giftcards/credit you were given. Steps they take to obfuscate:
- Make you login for each and every single transaction
- Make you answer a captcha each time, sometimes 3 in a row
- No way to speak to live person. Their phone system just runs you in loops of menus.
- They send you an email that your card is ready - which does not provide the card number - but a link, that, you guessed it, makes you login again to see your cards.
- The card images on the website do not show the number until you click a link to see the number. Below that, there is a link where you can save an image of the card. If you didn't click the button to show the card number - it will not appear in the image. Who needs an image of a blank card?
I would suggest avoiding at all costs.
Visa Frontline card
I purchased the Heargard for my dog Shelby for six months and was going to receive the Visa credit card for $25.00 in which I did, but everytime I tried to use it, it was declined. Finally I called customer service and the recording said I had thrity five cents left on the card. How is this possible when I never used the card. I tried calling but no respond, I called the bank and no response. I am very disappointed in this service, you wants us to buy for six months so we can get a $25.00 discount and I never received it or I did but it never worked. Expiry date of Visa cards ....phone calls to [protected] not being answered to renew
I have 6 prepaid Visa cards for a total of $1875. USD and place orders to Amazon.com using all cards before the expiry date. Amazon thought this was suspicious activity, locked the account for security reasons, which I have provided to them. Now I received a notice on their site that they have cancelled all my orders and I have to re-order...except the 6 pre-paid cards have expired as of 07/21. Unable to activate card
Everytime I attempt to activate my visa gift card I get as message at the bottom saying "We were unable to process your information. Please try again." This has been going on for a day and a half now and not sure if it's a problem on my side or a problem on their side.

Can't activate the card
I received a ift card that i had to redeem on their website. I registered, I redeemed the card, but there was a problem. I can't activate the card, noone in the call center answered. It gave me errors and asked me to try again later, but no luck. I read another complaint and found out that the security code they gave me was the same as another user's. Totally a scam.

I had same issue. I tried to call the toll free number shown on the card and no one answered. I do not recommend to use this kind of prepaid card.
Cooper Tire gift award
I purchased a set of 4 Cooper tires due to a $70.00 gift I was to receive. I received it fine, I looked at it and it reads " funds do not expire" even though there is an expiration date., I put it away til I decided what I would use it on, I went to use it and was declined, went online to complain, and did not realize I needed to register it, however... it would not let me register due to the expiration date. It did let me check funds and to my surprise it had only $54.20.. even though I had not registered it. Please explain, first.. why it expired yet states funds do not expire, second, ... how can it no longer be worth $70.00 when I did not register, therefore could not use it.

I Received 2 prepaid Master Cards for 12.00 ea last week as a rebate offer from Michelob Ultra. I am unable to activate either of them by phone, or on the web.
Your web page States card information is not correct.

$25 prepaid Mastercard
I received a prepaid Mastercard over a month ago as a wellness reward from Blue Cross. I tried several times to activate the card on many different days. It wouldn't activate on line or via the phone number provided on the card. The card number is [protected]. I contacted Blue Cross and they provided what they thought was the Customer Service phone number [protected]. It was the same number that I tried unsuccessfully to activate the card. The Customer Service number does not provide a person to discuss problems and eventually hangs-up.

I received a rewards debit card, but I get an error message when I try to activate it. When I go through 3 tries over the phone it gives me the chance to talk to someone however, when I indicate I want to talk to a person it hangs up on me. I have tried going through the website to activate my card and over the phone, but nothing seems to work.

Contact the Prepaid Card Department at [protected]. Press option 1 to select English as your language. Wait for the next menu to start and then press 2 saying that you don’t have your card handy. In the next menu select the option to report lost, stolen, or inactive cards by pressing 3 and then press 1 to be transferred to a card service representative. The operator will do the activation for you.

We purchased 4 tires from our local Flynn's Tire Shop. We purchased them because there was a rebate of $60 . We were told it came in the form of a gift card. We received the card and was unable to purchase anything with it because it had been used by someone other than us to purchase Game Stop points for $55 and then $5. We reached customer service and they sent us a new card, but it had also been used to purchase $55 and then $5 at Game Stop. We called once again about this problem and the customer service tried to correct the problem while on the line with us. But again we tried to buy something and was told the card had no balance.
