MyPrepaidCenter.com review: Cant log into website or access delta gift card visa card 1

I was given $2000 in Delta Gift Cards for volunteering to forgo my seat on a flight which was overbooked and over weight. Myself and 13 other people who were traveling on DL 200 ATL to JHB on Thur 9 Nov were offered $2000 in Visa cards that, according to the Delta team at the gate, could be used anywhere, even in our home country of South Africa, and that the money could be withdrawn into cash or transferred.

After claiming the Delta cards and converting them to Visa cards - which was advised by the Delta team as they were 'the most widely accepted' - the process diverted to the MyPrepaids Center site where I was able to claim one gift card ($500) but not the other three.

Ive tried for days now to log into the site, where I'm met with error messages, even though I have a profile. When I try and redeem the other 3 codes for cards, they don't work.

These cards do not work in South Africa. None of the online retailers accept them as there's no bank authorization, and none of our local merchants accept them either.

Please can someone do something? I'm sitting with $2000 worth of funds I can't access
