My plastic cards from MyPrepaidCenter got lost in the post. It took 4 months to receive replacements due to difficulty getting any customer service resulting in the cards expiring before the credit was used.

I received Delta credit for giving up my seat on an oversold flight to Mexico on christmas eve. I spent a good portion of the credit purchasing a new ticket a couple of days later. I transferred the remaining credit into Mastercard's and Visa's and chose to have plastic cards sent to me. After waiting several weeks the cards never showed up at which point I tried getting through to the customer service number many times with no luck. I eventually found an email address for Black Hawk Network, after much back and forth, new cards were sent out 4 months after I requested the plastic cards. By the time the cards arrived I was left with little time before the cards expired losing $882 in unspent credit. This loss of credit could have been avoided had customer service been readily available for their customers. I think it's only fair the credit I was awarded be available for me to spend instead of being absorbed back into BHN proffits. I would also suggest that they have higher credit options on the cards they offer, I had to use 12 $250 cards to rebook the $2500 fare (only seat available last minute) which took 2 hours on the phone with Delta.

Claimed loss: $882

Desired outcome: I only think it is fair the $882 in lost credit be awarded to in consideration of the hard to reach customer service and 4 months the cards were lost.

I don't know why and how come everyone is probably having issues with where their myprepaidcentre.com cards is working, cuz I do know a marketplace platform it works just fine in so far as it's been truly activated and you can see the PAN alongside your activation billing address to use. In the platform the name of the merchant/business accepting the card for payment is IntraTex, they aren't standalone but operate as a merchant of the ecommerce platform, so you may need to be informed by anyone about them so as to get their services.

MAKE SURE TO READ UNTIL THE END AS IN THE END MAY LIE YOUR SOLUTION, AND THIS ISN'T FOR PROMOTIONAL SAKE BUT FOR EDUCATIONAL & CLARIFICATION PURPOSES

The issues I've personally found out with these gift cards is that they're not designed to work in/for strict security intensed platforms (mostly platforms that enforces alot of risk management & payment assessment rules alongside having forced 3ds authentication too), where some of these platforms for reality have actually banned/ruled/flagged the BIN of most of these Gift/Reward card issuers (BIN/IIN is the 1st 6 or 8 numbers of the card - majorly it's usually 6) either directly from their paymemt gateway/processor account (eg: 2checkout, Square, Stripe, etc) or through their own software security system for reasons best known to them.

So let's say as myprepaidcentre.com cards begin with probably "5447 68" for MasterCard or "4204 95" for Visa, either or both of the 2 may not support 3ds and so the platforms that mandate 2FA on all/any transactions goig through their system or payment processors will never be able to authenticate the card to agree that it's really you who is the card administrator, so therefore it will continually decline the card or instead record it as being of potential "high risk" thereby rejecting it ultimately. Now some of these reward cards do support 3ds though, but another declined scenario occurs when a marketplace/platform would've added the reward cards IIN to their list of "always decline" no matter what, as some major platforms don't like people using Gift Cards to transact in their website.

I can maybe walk you through the way you will be able to get your money out of the card for good and go about your day as every other usual days without bothering about if/whether you can ever be able to get your money out and maybe avoid card expiration fears/concerns. All gift card payments I've ever tried worked there on most/all of the trials/purchases because the platform uses Stripe Payments configurations that have lesser stringently enforced 3ds/2fa and maybe any other blocking rules or securities protocols that always rejects alot of gift cards issuers. IntraTex partnered/signed-up with the platform as their only exclusive seller merchant allowed to handle such forms of trades/purchases transactions using their e-commerce marketplace. The platform is owned by the U.S company Talos Inc. (Reach their commerce department at enquiries@commerce.taloscorporation or visit appointment.taloscorporation.com to view their e-commerce marketplace just incase you may later need their services) and IntraTex leverages their compatibility to deliver this service through their commercials arm known as Talos Commerce.

I've used my cards there and I always use my cards there, it always works just fine and easily with only 1 swipe/payment. They offer gift cards redemption products/services, and so you can redeem your any truly activated gift cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, etc) for items & commodities, or atimes (but hardly) even cash payment (only if they deem it fit and after some reviews & examinations), all at 50% fee (it is negotiable to lesser though, depending on ypur card issuer and the amount involved). Cash payouts/transfer by them though can be available for specific amounts, but it's worth it tor me though since it will get my money into my acceessible position rather than it expiring and getting wasted in the card.

I don't know if you can get in contact with me or something so I can walk you through but there may be no need if I put all the informations needed out here for you all, it's not my 1st time though as I've redeemed with them a whole lot of my surveys rewards cards and also those of my friends, you will see my receipt of payment email screenshot from Stripe sent once you've successfully paid added to this review and also some of my reward cards I used through them. I've given the help I can, I don't know if it's allowed to post contact infos here cuz I hope they don't tag me as a fraudster or something else bad.

There's high successful transaction rate there, and I always redeem my cards there regardless of whatever issuer owns the card, so far as it's a Gift Card you can work with them (as they only accept Gift cards they can identify for security purposes and monetary compliance regulations). They majorly accept/process survey sourced gift cards, but you can give whatever else gift cards you've got (have the proof of source) and they'd let you know if/whether they can process for you into Amazon orders, Walmart, Target, etc you name it, cash transfer in currencies they support (ACH or Wire for USD), etc.

Just tell them and they'd ensure you get excellently value for your money, I guarantee you this 200% as I've been transacting with them for like over a year now for all of my rewards gift cards, and I'm not lying about it.

Contact them with email via intratexservices@gmail.com or intratex.business_admin@taloscommerce.com or intratexdigital@commerce.taloscorporation.com, or contact them on phone number via WhatsApp on +[protected] or through their survey bio link in the last paragraph below.

There's also their bio landing page too that you can use just incase you want to go through as someone interested in their survey products (remember I said it's paid surveys things/stuffs that I use their services for, but it's not limited to that only). The website is https://bit.ly/m/intratexsurveys, select non-survey services such as card redemption, and you're good to go as you'd be taken to their WhatsApp account automatically.
