Why oh why remove Blue Bloods, just to aggravate customers. I will find it somewhere and then I won't need Netflix. ASAP I will drop Netflix. I don't have a clue just how many words you need to review a complaint. So, should I just keep writing the same thing over and over again. So, why in the name of all that is holy did you people make the monstrously ignorant decision to drop Blue Bloods. I know that big conglomerate companies don't give a crap about customers, so we should not give a crap about you. As soon as I find Blood Bloods somewhere else I will be dropping Netflix. orange is the new black show
This is a complaint with regards to the program "Orange is the new black".
On Season 2 Episode 6...at approx 46 minutes in...there was a statement made between 2 of the inmates regarding blowing a toddler!
Obviously, I know the content of this show since I have gotten all the way into season 2 BUT that comment is EXTEMELY DISTURBING!

So I hate that we can't remove items from our continue watching list. Some times I'll start watching something that I don't want to finish and I can't get rid of it even when I fast forward to the end of the movie or tv show. Also I don't like the watch it again category. For one I usually don't want to watch something a second time and if I do I can just search for it and two, I don't want other people who may use my Netflix (like my kids) to see what I've been watching.

series incomplete
Why air incomplete series? Only thirteen episodes of Korean drama Vagabond while in Korea they are airing the sixteen complete episodes. Very disappointing! We pay a monthly fee for complete series not whatever Netflix feels like airing! I checked Korean media and streaming sites and they are airing the last three episodes in a week! I called you CS and they said they were waiting for the license to air the last three episodes, ?

documentary: 72 dangerous animals
I would like to form a coplain regarding material on the Netflix platform. I am a very active user on the platform, which is always rich in contect. However i came across and decided to watch the Docu-series called "72 most dangerous animals: Asia and Latin America". At first i thought it would be an inforative documental about this planets nature and habitants.. However the documentary promotes stereotypes and portrays wild animals as monsters who pose a threat to humans. Sterotypes of that sort are not responsible, even more so in an era when wild life s threatened by enviromental change even more importantly and human explotation. I believe documentaries like this could and should be replaced by others with a more informative content that would also implement sensitivity to the viewer about the enrivronment and the wild life. I beliebe the Netlifx platform, in regards to its huge success, can play a crucial role in implementing sensitivity and informative content byt filtering what it uploads on the platform. I rest reasured that this request would be taken into consideration. Thank you in advance for your time and attention.
unauthorized debit card charges
I, Akanksha Bajaj have subscribed to Netflix Membership (One Month Trial) in the month of July 2019 (id-bajaj.[protected]@gmail.com). In the month of Aug 2019, membership was canceled. Post that an amount of 881.41( Ref. NETFLIX.COMAmsterdamnNLDNL Ref No. 143240) has been deducted each month. Kindly rectify the same and initiate a refund for these months (2724.65). Otherwise, We will be escalating the issue to the higher authorities.

forceful membership imposed by Netflix
I had registered for the free 30 days trial, however i had cancelled my membership before the 30 days trials which was on the 23rd of October. The cancellation was effective on the 24th of October as an email was sent to notify me of said cancellation. I was therefore shocked yesterday being 30th of October when 11.99 USD was deducted from my account to restart the membership that i did not apply for. if possible i want the present membership for Baba Oluwabunmi to be cancelled and my money refunded, if not i want no further unwanted deductions from my account as it would be without my consent. sling tv - bad and greedy (don't buy)
Date of incident - 09/27/2019
Incident - Sling TV had charged me for a cloud DVR service which they told I have subscribed which I didnt. I called them and asked for refund but they told me there service are just a prepaid service and it can't be refunded in any case. that DVR service I never used though.
Resolution for the issue is refund the full amount or partial if not full. I again n again asked them but they repeated same rules and regulation of prepaid service.
Never by anything from Sling its fake-ling.

Why the heck did you guys only bring half the shows onto Netflix. I was ready to watch the entire series and then boom halfway through it was cut off. Such BS either bring the entire show or not at all! I hate the fact that I watched all of it and once I got to season 3 episode 10 the show was done... apparently other regions in this world get to see the show entirely! Such crap Netflix, fix this ASAP
film called lawless.
Without any warning in the titles, the film 'Lawless' shows, within the first few moments of the film, a pig being murdered by gunshot to the head in real life.
Traumatic does not cover what we've just witnessed. I feel sick and completely overwhelmed with grief for the poor creature. How is this allowd to happen in this decade when protection of animals in the film industy is paramount?
We will be seeking legal representation against Netflix.

I keep getting an email advisory that my NetFlix account will be terminated due to lack of payment. The email provides a link, with a Netflix logo, that asks for personal and financial information, i.e. Social Security number, address, phone numbers and credit card information. I started to populate the requested data but felt ill-at-ease. My Netflix access remains active and I signed in to guarantee that my Bank of America Visa account is still automatically paying for your services monthly. The information you have on file is accurate and reflects automatic payments. If I'm missing something, please let me know. If not, you have a security issue.

On the kids profile, there is a show called Chuck Chicken. In one part of the show a character says she needs a hero "to kick vampire [censored]". My children are under 5 and I was completely shocked. They shouldn't be using this type of language even if a kid is 12 years old. Please check your cartoons.

marvel's luke cage
I want to complain that there won't be another season of Luke Cage because of how it ended. I belive that the season should end with a season 3 so it can explain what happened at the end of season 2 because it ended without explaining everthing. I hope i don't sound rude or anything I was just trying to understand the full story. The Marvel's Luke Cage is a very good season and there are plenty of unhappy fans who would like to understand the rest of the season. Thanks for reading/listening.
foreign shows
I'm not usually the type to complain but lately ive been binging on Netflix. Its j yummy s t. v theres so many foreign shows. Which is fine but so many are in there language. Its kinda hard following The Yard. When the city there in is in french italian, whatever. You loose a part of the story and in turn you never connect to the program. Its hard enough with such potent accents to really enjoy the series. That's it, I know it's nothing major but j feel that these issues are important to people in American! The reason Netflix was so popular was because there was variety, and they seemed to adhere to giving the audience what they wanted.

Very upset, Netflix advertise 1 month free trail, the day I signed up they deducted the money from my account. I though it would be just holding the fees for 1 month in advance once the month lapsed.
I contacted them to inform them i don't want to continue and they should cancel and i did asked about the money they already deducted and the stupid answer I got was that there was an account open before, "people that is soo funny I only got my fiber installed about 2 weeks before"
Before I had a capped LTE line, we couldn't update all iPhones and come out the entire month so where does Netflix comes from. So glad I dropped them before it becomes a burden.
the staircase s1 e3
I am really disappointed during episode 3 series 1 of the staircase that one of the main investigators on the case (grey beard) insulted Germany and Germans during his telephone call to ‘Mike'. He states that their parade, whilst he was visiting, reminded him on something they were doing back in 1942! Obviously making reference to the war. This man is, like everyone else, entitled to his opinions, but may I suggest his comment be edited out in future so as not to cause continued distress.

I ended my Netflix subscription 13th of October and then I got a email that said " welcome back " I never re activated my account. The R169 was deducted .
I went to the bank and they said they can't reverse it and that I must contact Netflix self.

netflix show called “big mouth”
This is a cartoon but borders on pornography. Found this on my 16 year olds watch list. I am very upset that this type of subject matter, sexually explicit, is being put in cartoon format. It attracts young viewers. This is not what we want our kids watching .
I'm afraid it's a "raunch"trend that may continue.

16th of okt, 2019, at 17:34 I made a payment using IDEAL services to Netflix (offered by Netflix on the application) of an amount of EUR 13.99 from ABN AMRO [protected]).

Since then I`ve been redirected for dozens of times from Netflix to ideal, from ideal to abn amro, from abn amro to netflix, from Netflix customer service guy to nowhere. Only excellent advice from Netflix has been..buy a gift card or add a new credit card and pay again.
And if I need to contact my bank again, I`m not doing it anymore, because I`ve done it already. Contacted ideal too.
The money has been transferred to ING account of Netflix and that`s the fact.
I`ve spent so much time, energy and money just calling and looking for answers.
