Netflix Overall

For one I would love to filter out languages and see options for English shows only. Finding something I want to watch only to discover it is in a different language and I have to read subtitles is fairly annoying.

Second I would love to completely block movies I have no intention of watching. There are so many options to choose from this would be a great option to filter out those I won't be watching.

Since I don't speak Spanish, Italian, Japanese, or any language other than English why not just give us more movies in K-Dubbed in English

Netflix Netflix

This is the second time in 2 mos . That I attempted to log in on app and it stated I didn’t have an acct. after the first time I took my credit card off the acct and used a gift card so my credit wouldn’t be compromised. so I changed the password and email address on Mac( I have the email that confirmed the change ) Then it logged me out saying I need to finish setting up the acct.

chatted with Netflix rep and he need the gift card number . Well who saves that after they enter it in ?!?!?! He (Brian ) stated that my original email or the one I JUST changed it too has no account so he couldn’t help me!

Very dissatisfied!

Netflix Subscription ended before it was supposed to

We re-subscribed for Netflix on January 18, 2022 and for some reason our subscription ended on February 4th. This really angers me. It is bad enough that there are some days the app is down and we don't get credit on that, but to have our subscription end a whole 2 weeks early is not right. I feel robbed.

Desired outcome: I want my 2 weeks that I still had left or refunded.

Netflix In my phone netflix not open properly...

Whenever I open netflix in my phone it always shows "sorry we could not reach the netflix service. Please try agin later." it shoes from 2 to 4 days regularly

So, please solve my problem..

This problem start from 3 jan 2022. My netflix still not working on my phone (realme xt) I unstall the app and install again but still not working.

Netflix Pricing/ movies & shows

The pricing can be a little more reasonable. Especially not finding anything really decent to watch. It takes me more than 45 minutes just to find something decent to watch. As for the tv shows especially anime it would be nice to have the episodes in order and a little more up to date. It’s sad that I have to try to find another site to watch some of my shows just because you don’t have all the episodes.

Netflix Jimmy Carr and racist and despicable jokes about holocaust victims.

This is a burning public issue. You, Netflix, know what is the adverse reaction by many and that there is an active petition. You, Netflix, allowed this extremely offensive material so do the right thing and delete it. Shame on you all.

Netflix Netflix jimmy carr show

I wish to register my shock at the appalling racist comments made by Jimmy Carr with respect to the holocaust and the death of Gypsies.

This cannot be allow to happen and the material must be removed and Jimmy Carr removed from you service.

We have just gone past holocaust remembrance day. Is this how Netflix wants to be seen to responding to the appalling event. I am not a Jew or a Gypsy!

Please act.

Netflix Movies

You guys have to start finding better movies to put on Netlflix. As soon as I open the application everyday I get so excited for their to be the same type of movies or even worse. I am not here to rant or be rude, just trying to better Netflix for you guys. Consider putting some Original, throwback movies that were award winning or award winning worthy movies.

Netflix Double billing & no customer service assistance

Going through checking statements as I close out 2021, I discovered Netflix has bee double billing us since February 2021. The payments are withdrawn from the same bank account on the same day. As we do 100% of our banking online (with only limited information & without the benefit of old-fashioned paper statements to peruse and markup at length) I see how I failed to notice this. While the dual payments to Netflix are slightly differing amounts; one is a mirror-image of our payment to Amazon, which only adds to the confusion potential.
I called Netflix and outlined the problem. After doing their account search, they can only find one set of payments. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and was told their are no supervisors there. When I asked to speak with someone -ANYone- else, I was told no; I could not.
I verbally protested their findings (gently; I was NOT abusive) and said there MUST BE another way to find this; as they are most assuredly taking this money from me twice monthly. The persons' response was if I didn't like their results I should file a dispute with my credit card company. at this point I was being stonewalled, with the agent simply repeating the same things over-and-over.
Attached are 2 'Search Results' pages from our checking account; one for the amount of $13.85 (which also shows our payments to Amazon) and one for $14.92. The latter is the mystery Netflix account.

Desired outcome: Close the account that was started in February 2021 and refund the $179.04 to our bank account.

Um, the $13,85 payments are from 2020, the $14,92 are from 2021. It's just one continuous subscription billed monthly but seems there was a small price increase (possibly due to tax) in February 2021. If you're seeing charges on an account not on the screenshots, find out what the number of the payment card is for that account and they can run the card in their system. You can also see your billing information (dates and amounts) for the past year on your Netflix account.

Please also understand that protesting or asking for a supervisor doesn't affect the outcome of the call, it only affects how the call reaches that conclusion and your own feelings about it. It's not stonewalling if the customer service representative has done everything they can to help you with your issue, if the issue is not resolved you'll get referred to your bank because the charges just don't exist in the system. No amount of protesting or requesting second opinions will change that - especially when you only have one monthly charge on your account as proven by your screenshots.

Netflix 4k ultra hd streaming.

Here, they treat us like garbage. On a fully managed, extremely high speed internet connect, many of their programmes lock up, are extreme poor quality resolution or just will not play at certain times.

Yet, I switched to Amazon Prime. Some of the same shows, perfect. No 4k ultra HD package or anything, but a completely different experience.

Worse, several times I have logged in to find netflix trying to sell me what is basically pedophilia which they promote!.

The whole network has become a creepy party political broadcast on behalf of the weirdo and pervert party and they cannot even manage to deliver the stuff that I would like to see. They are abusing the Balkans in particular. I have fully managed broadcast quality internet for business reasons. So they cannot pull the ' well it might be your internet problem' this time. Mine is managed 24x7. Not to mention that every other service, including just youtube and Amazon Prime, looks ten times better. Netflix is exploiting balkans customers.

Desired outcome: Stop ripping people off. Stop supporting pedophiles. Seems reasonable to me.

Netflix Vikings-valhalla

Can you explain who did the casting for this series?Why is there a black woman playing a Nordic king? Not only did the writers change the sex of an actual historic figure, they changed the race.There were no blacks in Viking times.At least try to be historically accurate, and not politically correct.At least inform viewers that this a work of fiction, and casting was done with no regard for historical accuracy or truth.Stop, stop, stop doing stupid inaccurate things to meet quotas.

Netflix Step brothers

Hello there. I was browsing your wonderful app and noticed something horrific. The movie step brothers (2008), has the current rating of 3 stars. Not only that but project x (2012) and superbad (2007) also have poor ratings. These are international treasures and I would love to see a change. Each deserve 5+ stars and it is extremely upsetting to see otherwise.

this has to do with what they get from review sites. your opinion is 5 stars ok great, but others have given them low marks. they then do an average of the number of star rating to find the rating across the board. so a say 5 star movie with say 7 ratings could be a 2.5 star if the average says it is. they cant change it based off one person unfortunately. there are many on there that should be pulled [horrible movies in my opinion] and many who should get 5 stars in my opinion, but i'm just 1 voice against the whole consumer base.

Netflix Poor customer service

I recently contacted Netfilx Customer Service via chat and phone in regards to trialing the Premium Service for a week to a month without having to pay the Premium fee. I was advised that this can't be done, I find for a billion dollar company this response for loyal customer who has been with them for 20 months very disappointing. To make thing worst I asked for a call back and was advise Netflix don't provide this service. As they say in Australia "Not Happy Jan"

They already told you it's not a service they offer, what did you need a call back for?
As for your request, a premium streaming membership doesn't add any additional content to your account, it's just so you can watch in better picture quality and on more devices at the same time. You can always try out another free service that offers UHD programming to see what the quality is like, or if you'd like to share the account with more family members, maybe they can each pitch in $2 to cover the premium.

@4445 in the mins this girl is going through a serious identity crisis and the boy she's with decides that it doesn't matter at all she could be a killer and says so and all he does is takes her shirt off and [censored]s her? In what world does this an example or a lesson?

Netflix Customer service/movie selections (lack thereof)

First, I tried to chat with someone, through my netflix account, and they kept avoiding my two simple questions: "how do I send an email complaint to netflix" and two "how do I rate netflix?" (Not tv shows or movies, but rate netflix itself) I was completely given the run around. Finally the person I was talking to sent me an email that he/she said I could respond to about complaints. I received the email, and replied with my complaint, and got a response that "it was a wrong address/no such email address exists. I wanted to complain about the terrible selection and the so few "new" movies that become available.. (most new to netflix movies are decades old) and they only become available every 3 weeks or so. And finally, that the "holidays" movies (now Christmas movies) selection are absolutely terrible. Not a single classic movie like:
Miracle on 34th street, Christmas vacation, Home Alone, Scrooged, Bad Santa, Die Hard, Elf, A Christmas Story and many others. The netflix selection of Christmas movies resembles that of a 90% discount Walmart bin. Does netflix not care anymore?

Netflix not refunding a charge

When I tried to turn on Netflix on my TV, the screen indicated I had to verify my information, which I did, before turning it on; I usually pay $8.99. The following month my bill was $17 and change. When I inquired, they said I had opened another netflix account with an email which was mispelled. I said I had no such intention.
They said they could not refund the overcharge, nor offer a credit.

Netflix Netflix account

I cancelled my subscription in September, but yet your company is still charging my account in October & November? Is my $30 really that important to you? I contacted your customer service department to say it wouldn't happen again, FAIL! I spoke to Gabrielle and Carlos today (you may want to think about additional training, especially for your "managers") they were the least effective customer service persons I've had the opportunity to speak to in my 41yrs. Never once did the address my issue, only went by your guidelines and tried to give me false information - luckily for me I'm not a dumb guy! I ultimately had to call my bank to put a block from you jerkoffs pulling money from my account anymore! Again, is my $30 really that important to your investors?.. how about you just give that back to me? I won't hold my hand on my [censored] waiting.

Netflix Service cancelation

I Bridget Peasley canceled my service in 6/20. You reactivated my account and linked it with my husbands account. We dont share the same last name so not sure how netflixed managed that. You have been charging me $13.99 and my husband $19.99. I never gave consent nor my husbands banking information! i want my $167.88 refunded to my account. Netflix also had my husbands phone number on the account as well. Your management was not helpful. I need to speak to someone in your legal department !
