I purchase 2 pair of Boots size 11 and what I received was maybe size 13+, they were made for an NFL or Basketball player, I have been trying to return them for over a month and every reply is an excuse not to? Or; some lame excuse, they want me to pay for the return after I paid for their delivery? DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, because they are in China and do not have any pride or integrity to do the right thing...they have you money, and that's all they care about...they don't care about even trying to do the right thing and making the situation right, like I said, they have your money and don't give a crap about you the consumer!
blackhead face mask
I ordered a blackhead face mask on January 12th and it never came in the mail. I tried downloading the UPS app to track it and it didn't work, nor did the suggested tracking website thats linked work. It said 7-20 for arrival and its 2/7/17 and I placed the order on 1/12/17. The status still says shipped but I dont know if it would change to say delivered. Manh reviews say they love their product, so theirs was recieved but I haven't gotten mine.

Second time in a row got a wrong size pair of shoes! If chance made the first ones suitable for my wife, ( we are talking 4size diff), the second pair needed oars or a paddle... With € 45 you could buy a decent pair of shoes even in a country like Finland!
What do I do? Probably nothing. But I'm gonna take seriously my wife and daughters sound advice: don't buy online FROM CHINA! The rest of the world seems safer, you've got the "moneyback" option.
As about my name, is Alin(not Ali)- Radu Simniceanu and buying Newchic shoes at a rate of 2 duds out of 6 makes me less proud of my selective accuracy, so, I humbly submit my case.

I bought bras 2 sizes bigger knowing they would run smaller, they came in and still were too small. I proceeded to ask for a return for correct size, they stated they can not do returns and will send one bra bigger and $4 credit, they also stated it was my fault for ordering the incorrect size, I let them know I order 2 sizes larger. I reported them to BBB because the way the conduct business is wrong.
Ordered 3 bras, 2 months later, no bras, cannot reach customer service with email and no other contact information. Scam!
I wish I never ordered from these people their sizes are not true. I ordered specific sizes even went up to sizes and still got an extra small bra do not order from this website very hard to contact customer support
ankle snow boots
I ordered the products on December 23, 2016 and they have not arrived. They took the purchase price out of my account the same day. Yet the boots a pair of red size 11 and blue size 12 have not been delivered. No money has gone back into my account because they didn't send them and no email has arrived to explain the problem to me. I was certainly hoping to get them before the snow starts falling, especially since I already paid for them! Please tell me when they were shipped and when I should receive them. I think this is a company in a foreign land based on the phone number, and I sincerely hope that this order for my boots is not a scam. Please do the honorable thing and ship my snow boots that I already paid for on paypal.
I bought some shoes from Newchic and one of them arrived and the size did not fit comfortably. I had other shoes that were waiting to be shipped and I contacted the company and asked them to stop shipment. I called the DHL company that was responsible for the delivery and they said that I could not cancel the shipment because it was not my account. I had to wait until delivery and refuse the shoes. I had a few e-mails with this company, and their attitude was "you ordered the shoes, you will pay for the returned shoes, We checked your order information, you totally placed these items in our website below, take a picture of your feet and send it to us, etc." Very poor customer service, this company acts like they are paying you and not the other way around. I am still waiting for my money to be reimbursed for the shoes that were refused. I filed a complaint with Paypal and they have not received a reimbursement from them. I will never do business with this company, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
winter boots
I ordered a pair of winter boots from Newchic over a month ago but never received them. I made repeated status requests and always received the same canned responses that they were shipped on Dec 8 and to check the tracking info. The tracking info is all in Chinese and of no use to me and I determined that they weren't even shipped. I have since requested a cancellation and refund but have not heard a response yet to my request. Newchic does not advertise that you are buying products directly from China otherwise I would have never made the purchase. I will never buy from your company again and find that you are ripping off everyone and should be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Total of 117 dollar they took the money within two seconds of hitting pay then I find out the kit is on back order amd I was not informed that was in October it has been two months waiting for these so called products I have had over 100 emails with customer service who sent the same message a tracking code then asked for a refund just kept getting a tracking code from carrie Li so then I decieded to dehumanize this person to get my point across the IBB was contacted and all posts then when carrie said she had sent a request for a refunds of both items it will take 2 to 3 weeks for international banking ! Fashioncosy too needs to be struck off Google, Duckduckgo etc ----looks like these (same) company have scammed the public of a lot of money - i looked at site discussing Fashioncosy scams (unfortunately i found it too late after i'd placed a mega order ) and there were so many people who had been scammed. I ordered sandals back in MAY and they are marked as SHIPPED, but I have not received anything as yet. How long does it take? I am VERY disappointed.

Newchic advertises Classic Leather hats but adds the innocuous letters PU. What this means is polyurethane
glued to some leather fibers...HARDLY Classic Leather.
I will file a protest with VISA and also the Fair Trade Commission since this Newchic is fraud.
A month ago I ordered a hat from NEWCHICK. Had I known it was from China I wouldn't have done it. After placing the order I received absolutely nothing. No confirmation, no account or order number. My VISA card has been charged and if I don't receive my order within a week I plan to file a protest with VISA and also the Fair Trade Commission.
Newchic are thieves! I placed an order 46 working days ago (on 24 August 2018) as was told I would receive it between 7 and 35 working days. I have contacted their online support chat twice and nobody can help. They keep saying it’s been shipped. I have been waiting 44 business days! When I asked if I could cancel they said NO because it has already been shipped! Fraud. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I STRONGLY advise not to do business with "New Chic". I think they are a phony company with no stock; a con, ordering merchandise from third parties to be dropped shipped long after they receive their payment and profit. They advised me that one hat would take seven to twenty days to arrive. It has already been 9. Never again.

I order two pair of women's suede ankle boots size 6, black & brown pairs. I waited well over a month and received today 11/21/16, two pair of men's tennis shoes. I did not order men's tennis shoes!
I am very disheartened with the length of time that it took to receive my boots, only to find out that they were not even the boots that I had ordered!
I hate the fact of having to ship them back to you & wait another month or so to hopefully receive the correct women boots that I had ordered! I don't plan on spending any more of my money on sending these men's shoes back, & if this isn't taken care of, I will never spend any more of my money buying from this company. I am not surprised. I ordered a pair of shoes which were apparently posted on 30th September. To date I have not received same. As much as sixteen e-mails have passed between me and customer service. They repeatedly ask me if I submitted the correct address or have checked the post office. They informed me that they would refund me within 72 hours but after 96 hours I am still waiting. I am so frustrated. They advertise customer service but there is really no customer service.
refused to replace small size shoes
I have made an order and purchased a pair of shoes from NewChic. My order arrived quite fast and shoes looked great, just like I expected. But when I decided to try them on I found out that they were too small. I contacted NewChic customer care service hoping to get a replacement for a bigger size. They asked me to send pictures which I did, but they claimed that the quality of the photos was not good enough. I asked my friend (which is a photographer) for help and later sent NewChic HD quality pictures but they still said that they need better quality pictures.
What a joke.
Stay away from this website, not the best place to shop.

Do not buy anything from NewChic!! I have ordered several items from this company about three months ago and when I received the package I found out that one item was missing. And that's not all! Everything I received looked terrible and quality was the poorest I've ever seen in my life! Emailed customer service and they said that shipping back would cost me a fortune and told me to keep everything. Never again!

I ordered from the really good looking photograph and made the mistake of buying 2 other different pairs of shoes before the first order arrived. Had i waited I would have never ordered more. First pair showed up with cheap materials, didn't look anything like the quality photos, and were too big ALL AROUND, like CLOWN SHOES!
Delivery took many weeks and they arrived unfinished! Interior soles were not glued in place, when i contacted customer service they told me to just buy some glue and glue them myself, , , i told them NO and they refunded me for the shoes, but i lost my shipping money..the other 2 pairs arrived(in soft packs, (flattened) and those were SO big and wide that they were unwearable-MORE CLOWN SHOES!, i donated them to charity immediately and took the loss.BEWARE! Same experience with size 10 1/2 men's. Drop ship from China. Marked 45 which translates to American 101/2. However as was said should fit Michael Jorden just fine. I get the feeling that this China based outfit doesnt have a clue about sizes bigger than the average local, and just figures Americans are giants.
