Nomorerack is selling counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. We received our pair on Christmas eve. They were not in a manufacturers box and did not include an owners manual. We thought for a second that these were perhaps customer returns or refurbished products, which would explaint the great price. We called today to ask and were told that these actual ship direct from a wholesaler who is well known on "webutation" for selling replica products. Nomorerack did not have any information on the product. Did nomorerack.com even investigate this seller? If they had they would have known immediately that this seller pushes fakes! There are several online complaints regarding this issue, all popping up since they first offered these a few weeks ago. Yet today they are selling more of these, now knowing that these are fake! Nomorerack offered to have us return these for a refund or an exchage. An exchange for what? Another set of counterfeits without a box or packaging? How do we send the product back for a refund when they were sent without a box and no packaging! If nomorerack is now aware these are fake they should give immediate refunds. Those of us who bought these are now going to scrounge to go get the real thing. Why should we pay return shipping and wait for a refund? I will be happy to send these back but want immediately repayment and paid return shipping! No one should have to wait for their money on a counterfeit product. I will spend the day spreading this online. Do NOT buy from this website!

This company on the surface seems to have great deals on products. However, quality wise you get what you pay for and rarely get what is advertised. Their products are cheaply made items from China. Now let's talk about their customer service practices. First, if you receive an incorrect item this company does not in any circumstance provide an exchange for the correct item you ordered. When a customer receives the wrong color, size, etc. and after contacting them their customer service provides a RMA number and instructions to return the item. Note that you must provide them with a copy of the receipt with the tracking number in order to receive a credit on your account for the return shipping. Not a cash refund! You will also not receive a cash refund for the item even though it was their error. In order to recoup your $$ your are forced to place another order with them to hopefully get what you ordered again. Oh by the way, it took me almost a month to receive a credit after contacting them every week about it.

I purchased a MID android tablet . After one week of playing and reading on it it does not turn on any more . Have tried different forms of charging the wall charger and computer charger that came with product, I knew at that price it would not last forever but thought for maybe a year .. I have a nook that is 3 years old that i use daily and is still working great. Thanks Mary Ernst

I finally did get my poor quality merchandise from nomorerack- It was only after I had threatened to get a hold of the Attorney General's office in New York. I screen shot everything I had purchased from them- Tracking numbers, copied all conversations on live chat with them and even saved the phone calls I made in my history on my phone. After all said and done the tracking number became active, Told them if I did not have my results within a certain amount of days that I would contact the Attorney Generals office. Why? The Attorney General's office does not take lightly to businesses such as this.
The consumer protection agency really is not a whole lot of help other than with complaints. The Better Business Bureau is just another waste of time. Just thought I would let you know if you are having a problem with a company, look up all of the companies info- Go to the Attorney General in their state- Tell them what is going on and they will resolve things much quicker.
My Case with no more rack-- Resolved, but the items were not as described.
The keyboard I ordered does not fit the 10" Mid Google android as stated.
The mid androids do not have regular USB ports as stated.
Adapters are going to be a pain to find to convert so I can use a regular USB.
Anyway I hope that this will help you with your problems with Nomorerack.com
Their site needs to be shut down is all I can say. False Advertising, Wrong merchandise, Wrong descriptions, Lies about shipping times, Rude customer Service, The list goes on and on.

I purchased an item, received it, opened it - no packing slip - put it back in box, then a couple weeks after purchased actually pulled prouct out - laptop tote - and when I went to unsnap the clasp, it broke. Sent messages to Nomorerack and they say, it's too late for an RMA - 30 days - I haven't had the thing for 30 days - they count from the date of order! Really? BUT they believe in customer satisfactionas their main goal.

I have had to return items at my expense because they broke. I had to keep emailing them for status on my refund. Finally I'm told that I have store credit. I said I want refund to my credit card. They would not refund. I then bought some more crap on my refund as I was forced to take a credit. That item arrived broke. Again I had to return it to them. I stated I wanted a refund to my credit card as I was forced to use a credit. They agreed I kept emailing them and the last correspondence was no credit card refund. I am done with this company and recommend no one buy as the cycle keeps going as what your credit is you always have to pay a little more. My order numbers were 4544830. Incident #1183870 where they said they would refund. And ticket#1355394 where they said I had to take a credit. REMEMBER MY ORIGINAL ORDER WAS WITH CREDIT CARD AND THEY STATED THEY WOULD REFUND TO ORIGINAL PURCHASE TRANSACTION. The credit crap was on their end.

Costumer service at NoMoreRack is horrendous! While placing an order on their site a few weeks ago, I typed in an accepted discount code, prompted and acknowledged on their site. I noticed the screen showed the code was accepted, but the total was not adjusting on the screen. I tried to go through their "24/7" chat, but there was no response. I completed the order and promptly sent an email, explaining what transpired, requesting the total be adjusted accordingly. That was the first of numerous correspondences via email chat, phone, always beginning with them having no record of my email or issue, yet unresolved. There is no excuse for such appalling service...I would recommend NOT using this company!

i put in an order on march 2 for a md google android 4.0 1.2 ghz 7 inch tablet . To this day have not recieved this merchadise and no other message from them on this order, but they sure took my money from me. my email is debrakurtz54@yahoo.com .Would be nice if i can find out how to get my money back and do fraud charges against this company. How can people get away with this stuff?

I ordered a spy camera from nomorerack. It's was of very poor quality. I followed all protocal for returning for a refund and I still have not recieved my refund. I purchased jewlery at the same time and it is also made of cheap quality. I didn't even bother with returning them, I knew I would not recieve the refund on them either.

I ordered what I thought was a set of animal tail towel hangers. The cost was $8 plus$2 shipping. I recieved one duck hanger! Researching on the internet I found the actual cost to be $.58. I wrote to nomorerack 5 times and got no satisfaction. The response was boiler plate. I will never do business with them again. Their customer service is deplorable and their product quality sub-par.

I placed an order on 4/3/13 for a jumpdrive charger. The order didn't show it was processed, so I reordered. It showed processed. When I checked my email later, it showed 2 orders. This was around 8 pm at night. I immediately sent an email cancelling one order. I was told it was too late. I then cancelled both orders. I was told the order had been processed. Per their own policy you can cancell an order for any reason prior to 9 am the next day est. I cancelled the orders prior to this. They told me I can return it for a refund, but so far I haven't talked with anyone on the internet who has ever got a refund fromt hem.

When you try to email them everyday for answers that they are not giving you, they banned me from making comments on merchandise or asking for why my order has not been shipped or commenting on others posts, or posting on their facebook page, now all i can do is email them, I have been nothing but polite to them.

I placed an order with Nomorerack on March 27th, 2013. It is now the middle of April and I still have not received my order. According to the shipping information I received, my parcel left Illinois and was sent to the east coast. I live in Arizona! I find this kind of customer service absolutely deplorable. I'll never do business with Nomorerack again.

I have purchased many items from nomorerack.com since discovering the website about 6 mo.ago. For the most part I have been pleased with my purchases.My complaint is customer service regarding returns. I have only tried to return 2 items of everything I've bought. Both times I have been given reasons why I can't. i will probably not order again from thie site, as threre is no way to know whether an item can be returned, even though they say there is. Very disappointed!

I saw this company's ad's on the Internet and the products they were selling at unbelievable prices. I ordered several items, all of inferior made and quality. I wrote to their customer service to report my displeasure. Their representatives informed me of their sorrow over my displeasure. I was told if I did not want the products I could dispose of them and receive credit for those purchases. Now, this company wants my credit card company to charge for these items which I discarded. I will contest their decision. The one product, an electric shaver had a warning that this device had a problem which could result in cancer or birth defects! an electric shaver?

I originally order 12 tank tops for $30. They said there would be 2 white, 2 black and other assorted colors. I received 3 white, 3 black 2 royal and other assorted colors. When I complained, they gave to $30 credit and did not require me to return the tops.. I then order a set of heavyweight 100% cotton sateen sheets. When I received the sheets and unpacked them, they smelled bad and I had to wash them twice and hang them in the sun before I could get rid of the smell. I did not realize until I lay down on the sheets and they felt hot that they were 100% microfiber polsester. I don't like polyester sheets, they are HOT! They said that I should have sent them back immediate without washing or trying to use them. How was I supposed to know. This is a complete fraud and they now will not answer any more emails from me.

Sorry, You had your chances before I posted to this site. I got the feeling that this "Max" was having a good time laughing at me because I was so frustrated. We have a saying in this country..."you fooled me once, shame on you; you fooled me twice shame on me." I want nothing to do with you EVER AGAIN.

Sorry, but had your chances to help me during several emails with "Max" who, I feel was having a fun time because of my frustration with your attitude concerning my order. We have a saying "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". I will never deal with you again, and I will warn everyone that I know to avoid you. I am not the only customer disgusted with your service.

Purchased a Beats By Dre Beatbox from nomorerack.com and when received it was not in a box, didn't come with accessories that should have been included or a manual nor did the item description state that it was a refurbished item, speaker covers were loose and popped off as soon as it was touched. Returned item and was promised a credit back to my debit card which was original payment method only to be given a store credit for their website after a dispute was filed through my bank. Customer service barely speak english and give you the run around. Took weeks after return to even get the credit. SUPER SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM AND IF YOU HAVE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ATTORNEY GENERAL. I can bet my last dollar there will be a class action lawsuit eventually.

I have tried three times to order a black purse from NoMoreRack.com. The first time the purse they sent me was white. The next two times I received a completely different style from what I ordered. They do not accept returns or exchanges. Be careful what you order!
