Nomorerack is selling counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. We received our pair on Christmas eve. They were not in a manufacturers box and did not include an owners manual. We thought for a second that these were perhaps customer returns or refurbished products, which would explaint the great price. We called today to ask and were told that these actual ship direct from a wholesaler who is well known on "webutation" for selling replica products. Nomorerack did not have any information on the product. Did nomorerack.com even investigate this seller? If they had they would have known immediately that this seller pushes fakes! There are several online complaints regarding this issue, all popping up since they first offered these a few weeks ago. Yet today they are selling more of these, now knowing that these are fake! Nomorerack offered to have us return these for a refund or an exchage. An exchange for what? Another set of counterfeits without a box or packaging? How do we send the product back for a refund when they were sent without a box and no packaging! If nomorerack is now aware these are fake they should give immediate refunds. Those of us who bought these are now going to scrounge to go get the real thing. Why should we pay return shipping and wait for a refund? I will be happy to send these back but want immediately repayment and paid return shipping! No one should have to wait for their money on a counterfeit product. I will spend the day spreading this online. Do NOT buy from this website!

I placed a order - Parts of order came different times. Contact customer service about other parts that are missing they have NO clue on any info. They act stupid. then they post items saying its discounted when you look that item up on other sites. its the SAME price.
I have contacted them more than one time they have nothing but lame excuses on why they are USELESS. and Why they do not ship items in a timely manor. still waiting on more than 4 parts of order 1 month later.

I did email all info over. I did get a reply saying the same thing as the first email that did not have my info. Please I am just.making sure.other people are aware of the lies. Lack of customer service. Lack of CARE. The reps have.so if they order they know what to expect. I did my part in letting other buyers know before they order. I will make sure its aware everywhere.

I made a purchase of the 4 dresses back in middle of May. I have made purchases through NMR before and never have made changes to the billing/shipping information. Well this time the idiots sent the package to my billing address which is in Florida..My shipping is New Mexico. how in the world could a normal person get those confused especially since its been like that for over a year now. I have emailed and emailed and get some bogus reply saying they are working on it. then yesterday I get an email from a total different person saying the package will go back to vendor. once they have proof vendor has package then they will give me NMR credit.. WHAT?!?!?!?! y'all made the mistake and I have to WAIT to get refund and it will only be NMR credit? I asked for the package to just be resent. Company messed up right? you would think they would do whatever they could to make customers happy, nope just opposite.. they do not accommodate at all! I say STAY AWAY from this bogus company! fraud, scam!

I ordered a netbook for my son and a tablet for me, they both worked for about a week, then they stopped, when I contacted them they gave me the shippers phone number and I called them who are located in Athens NY, they sent replacements for both but they were no better. When I contacted nomorerack again they said I had the products for to long, I informed them that I would no longer purchase anything from them and I contacted all my friends that I had told about the site and they have also stopped purchasing from them.

I have been ordering from nomorerack for about a year, the things were cheap but so are the prices.

I ordered a fanny pack, paid for it and never received it. Now the Company won't do anything about it . If you want cheap stuff that breaks or never receive your merchandise then this is the company for you. If you are like me where you want to get the merchandise that you paid for then please do not buy anything from NOMORERACK.

Ordered a watch from this company two weeks ago or so, and received confirmation of receipt of the order along with a tracking number to track the delivery of the item. I was given an approximate delivery date of 11 Sep 13, but have yet to see the merchandise. Finally received an e-mail response today, but again, they were still working on it. So frustrating. I've never encountered this kind of customer service from any website I've dealt with.

I ordered the gold ball stud earrings. They said on the advertisement the earrings are 14K and will include certificate of authenticity. I got the earrings and the certificate but the certificate was nit from a gold jewelry store, I think they just made their own certificate, The earrings were not stamped 14K gold. I also bought a screwdriver set, the screwdriver handle was yellow and the handle was broken and there was white glue in the crack where they had glued it back together, I bought a set of colorful nightlight sockets, the description on the website indicated they were URL tested but no where on the nightlights or the packaging did they indicate they are URL safe. Also, the" luxurious" set of white towels are a JOKE! The towels I got at walmart are much more thicker than their towels and they indicated they were hotel quality but they are very thin and not worth the price. These items were a bargain, would have returned everything but the cost of S&H would cost more money. I have complained to NoMoreRack per email but have not heard from them. I believe they sell used items or supermarket items that have been returned by retailers that people did not want to keep. I am glad I did not purchase a lot off items, I was hesitant
to order from them because it was too good to be true how cheap everything was and I wish I could have listened to my gut feeling. I am going to the website to remove my credit card info and close out the account. I will never shop from them again and will warn others not to go there and be tempted to buy from this company.

You might want to contact Fedex if they said they delivered it...the store sent it...Fedex lost it so they need to investigate...after you let Fedex know...then let the store know...Just going by experience that when a company says they delivered it...they had their hands on it AFTER the store so it is their fault!

Purchased a set of 6 bras for approximately $30 dollars. They were not true to size. I had to submit a photo of their bra and one of mine to show that it was not true to size. Then I received a full credit for the purchase that I could use in the future. This did not go well either. I received email instructions and had to ask twice to get a set that worked. Originally I used the entire credit to purchase one item. The order seemed to go through, but after about 3 weeks I contacted them and they had no record of the order. I then used part of the credit to make another purchase and knew I had more to use. Today I tried to use the remaining credit and low and behold there is no more credit available from my return. So the first purchase I made, using the credit, was $18.00 for socks. I had about $15.00 remaining on the credit and today I find that I no longer have that credit. So the $15 set of socks just cost me $30. Won't use this site ever again.

I received an email on November 18, 2013, stating that my merchandise was being sent that I ordered. I had not ordered anything from Nomorerack in 3 weeks. I am not sure who ordered it due to the fact that I am the only one who has control of my credit cards. The merchandise that I did order I received in a timely manner and am happy with the product. I am not sure how this happened but I am hoping that someone will take care of it - SOON. Thank you for your prompt attention.

The company offered me a $10 promo code. I tried to use it and kept getting an error. It took them over 2 weeks to correct the issue and when it finally showed in my account I tried to check out again and then got another error. It then deleted all products in my cart and deleted the credit. Apparently you can't even use credits the company gives you.

I then came across this site and see all complaints. I figured this was a bad site when it doesn't give you a phone number for customer service and the only way to contact them is via email. Very Shady Company!

After trying to "Unsubscribe" from the daily deluge of emails from this group, I got an email from a "Bill Doss" from nomorerack.com., asking me to confirm my email address by clicking on the link provided in the email.Well, I clicked on it, and the message was, "Welcome to our email mailing lists"! WTF do you have to do to tell these people to go away?

Last July I made two orders with NoMoreRack. As I was with my husband out of state while he received chemotherapy for stage 4 cancer, I did not discover that while I was charged for the orders, neither one had been delivered until Friday, 11/29/13, when I received my first email addressing my order, an email which told me the order had been delivered and the order date was 11/29/13. When I called customer service, they categorically denied any responsibility to refund my money or send me the products, and refused to give me information so as to take my complaint to a higher level. They did insult me with an offer of $5 towards my next purchase from them! Their rating on resellerratings.com is 3.3 out of 10. I sure wish I had checked that first.

DO NOT BUY FROM NOMORERACK! They did not ship the product that I purchased and ignored my repeated emails. It was only after I posted a negative comment about them on Facebook did they finally respond, but oops - it's been too long and they cannot give me a refund. Then they said they do not carry anything - they are just the middle man for the products and do not ship anything themselves. They refused to take the blame and refused to refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM NOMORERACK!

I made a purchase on Dec2 for 3 items at 11:47pm right before bed. I found the next morning that the order was duplicated. I was checking my emails at around 9 am. At this time I sent a request telling them of their error and duplicating the order and charging my account twice. I also went on to Paypal and filed a dispute over the duplicate charge and called the company while doing this and got no answer, well on hold with a wait time of under 2 mins. that was at 18 when I hung up. I contacted Paypal by phone at his time to see if they had a better phone number and it was the same the customer service at Paypal tried to call and had the same issue so she emailed the company also informing them of the duplicate ordering. They have not yet responded to Paypal it is 2 days now. I got an email stating I had to cancel by 9am the following day of the order to cancel, to my knowledge first I only placed 1 order and didn't want it cancelled. Second I did not screw up. I tried to inform them of their mistake and did nit get a reply until 7:48 pm on 12/3. I received another email telling me I need to return the merchandise to the seller then they need to send it to them at Nomorerack and then I will get a refund for their incompetence.

I thought I would try this company once...well. I ordered 2 things. It's been a month and my second item hasn't been delivered after receiving 2 emails that state "delivery confirmed"...with bogus tracking numbers. Not a single shipping company has this package. I have escalated this with Paypal, and the emails are still coming directly from this company...they will give me store credit...umm no, I never plan to use Nomorerack again. I again wrote Paypal hoping to resolve this mess...so the old saying holds water...if it's too good to be true, it is. Don't plan on using this company and do not recommend them.

Terrible service, very slow delivery, I ordered 10 days ago, one of them wasnt even shipped.no response when u try to reach them.i would never order from here again!they lied about my order date..I ordered it on Thanksgiving day and on the email it says 5th of december. Very bad experience.

Where do I start? I ordered a comforter and sheets on Nov. 17, order number [protected]-[protected]. I received the wrong comforter and the sheets were the wrong color. When email to return, received email back saying would hear something in 24-48 hrs, 5 days later had not heard anything so called to straighten out... what is to be a 2 min or less wait was at LEAST 22 min EVERY time I called! Said I could return both but had to pay shipping on sheets... after MANY phone calls and talking to management I was told they would pay for shipping! After days of not receiving return labels I called again... to find out they sent it to wrong email and would not send out another. After more phone calls finally agreed I could ship them back and I would be reimbursed for the shipping costs. Was told to ship ground USPS.. when went to ship was told going to cost 122.00 for one package... so nice me call again and informed them the price and told them cheaper to ship UPS. So I did that and instead of money back on my credit card I was issued a in store credit and in the WRONG amount. Still fighting this process. NEVER again will I shop from this store!

I purchased one pair of boots - they sent two different sizes. I followed their return policy and sent them back - it's been over two weeks and they have NOT refunded my money. They won't answer my emails and they deleted my post from their facebook page. I've now heard the same story multiple times from different people. I feel foolish for thinking this company was good when clearly they're not!
