On 29 August 2023, I took a 14-day Trial Subscription of Norton 360 Deluxe for my mobile phone. When I checked my bank account, I realized I was charged $89.99 immediately (on that same day).
I signed in to my Norton account My Account page shows Norton 360 Deluxe (which was supposedly a 14-day Trial) as well as Norton Password Manager (which I did not subscribe to). See screenshot 1.
On the Manage Licenses page it says it's a full-year subscription, not a 14-day Trial. This is incorrect. See screenshot 2.
When I checked my bank account, I saw the $89.99 debit amount labeled Norton. See screenshot 3.
I could not cancel my trial subscription using the steps provided in the Help section of the Norton website.
I could not chat with a support agent for assistance. The Chat Now button doesn't work. I tried several times using Google Chrome and Edge (even with cookies enabled and accepted), but the Chat Now button did not do anything when I clicked it. See screenshot 4.
I had great frustration dealing with the above issues.

Desired outcome: Can you please help me with canceling the trial subscription, as well as refund my money which should not be charged due to it being a 14-day trial subscription?
