I have just purchased Norton 360 Deluxe. it says I can connect 5 devices, up to now ive put it on my mac book (Monterey) and my iphone. I tried to contact Norton because I could not log in! I kept getting messages, saying wrong password! but id only just set it up! Anyway I requested a password thing 3 times, and got a msg, saying that an email had been sent, 3 times (I waited 10 -15 mins between each request) no emails arrived! I could not get into chat or phone, kept bringing up the options page. I gave up, and created a new account, which finaly got accepted. I have 2 issues How do I link my 360deluxe to the new account I had to create? While trying to download 360 on my iphone, I am halfway through installing it, and I need help, because the instructions on screen, do not match my menu. How do I get to speak to someone, at Norton? Also, following the on screen instructions, I clicked on add another device, added the phone & despite being told to scan the QR code to continue, I have been charged a further 22 gbp? Despite being told my subscription covers 5 devices? How do I get my money back for the phone? Thanks in advance!

The Norton system needs fixing. Just reach out to their billing support and demand for a refund because of the extra amount they charged you. Connect your subscription to the new account by using the same activation code that you have been given before. If it won’t, get Tier 2 involved or call in your support team directly. Do not relent until everything is back to normal again.
