I am trying to obtain a refund for my 93yr old step mother in law for £44.99 charged to her credit card in August 2023 in respect of CBA BULLGUARD.
In 2018 she had Bullguard installed on her laptop and was happly to pay the annual subscription, however in 2020 her husband died and she no longer uses the laptop and bullguard is no longer on it, and no Norton account in her name.
The bullguard account was registered with an e-mail account that belonged to her husband and has long been closed down. According to my research so far Bullguard was taken over by Norton in 2020 and in theory transferred to Norton.
I cannot sign into an unknown Norton account as have zero details given the e-mail account is no longer in existence , basically stuck in no mans land.
So I have e-mailed [protected]@bullguard.com, [protected]@bullguard.com no replies received so far. I reckon the bullguard email accounts are dead now.
Seems to me that many folk are in the same position when looking at trustpilot. https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.bullguard.com
Norton need to get a grip of this for obvious reasons.
